What are the benefits of sex for men?

    page views:1  Publication date:2023-05-07
How pleasurable is sex? Many people want to have it again after just one time, finding it hard to resist. In fact, sex has many health benefits, all scientifically proven. Many women complain that their men have too high a libido, wanting to have sex almost every day, leaving them feeling overwhelmed. Once you understand these benefits, you'll understand why your man desires sex so much.
1. Promotes healthy blood vessels in men. A new study from Queen's University Belfast in the UK has found that sex has heart-protective effects for men. Having sex three times a week can reduce the risk of a fatal heart attack in men by half. A new 20-year study involving 914 men found that regular sex helps cardiovascular health. However, Dr. Grim Jackson, a cardiologist at London Bridge Hospital, cautions that men over 50, overweight, or with poor health must exercise moderation in their sexual activity.
2. Makes men happier. Dr. Aaron Ghosh, a sexual health expert at the Spire Hospital in Liverpool, England, says that sex helps promote the release of endorphins in the brain, which can bring joy, improve mood, and enhance mental health in men. This is especially important for men who tend to hide their emotions.
3. Helps men sleep soundly. Sufficient sleep is essential for good health. Studies have found that for men, a strong orgasm lasting 5-10 seconds is equivalent to taking 2-3 milligrams of tranquilizers, helping them fall asleep quickly. Oxytocin, the "love hormone" released during orgasm, is a natural sleep aid.
4. Reduce the risk of prostate cancer. Regular sexual activity helps men prevent prostate cancer later in life. A study by the National Cancer Institute in the United States found that men who ejaculate an average of 21 times per month have a 33% lower risk of prostate cancer than men who ejaculate an average of only 4 to 7 times per month. Studies have shown that abstinence may have a relatively higher incidence of prostate cancer. A study by the University of Nottingham in the UK also found that men around age 50 who maintain regular sexual activity have a lower risk of prostate cancer.
Sex has many health benefits, so I hope everyone will do what they want in life, without hesitation, and get wild in bed!
