Yes, what exactly do I want? In the end, I still don't understand myself. I've read many posts and experiences from friends in this forum, many of which are very good. But to be honest, being dogmatic is not advisable, and it's unrealistic to simply take other people's experiences and apply them to yourself. This kind of interaction is unique and rare, but if your partner is unwilling to accept it or understand your feelings, then forcing things will only lead to an unhappy ending.
Speaking of which, some people might worry about what happened to us later.
But thankfully, when I figured everything out, I chose to have a long talk with her, just like when she was willing to leave her hometown and come to this Midwestern world with me. "You finally understand, in my world, there's only you and me," these were the most profound words my beloved wife said to me that night. We shed tears together for the first time, and then held hands, kissed, and lingered there. That night will never be forgotten.
So perhaps we were a unique couple in the amusement park. There was no real interaction, no thrilling stories, but I'm still grateful for this place. It helped me understand many things I'd never known before, things that had always existed between Jing and me, things that had been overlooked. Now our lives have returned to normal, but the taste of first love and the beauty of holding hands have quietly returned to my wife and me.
