My wife went out with her lover again last night.

She texted me saying her lover called and asked her to come over, but she said she didn't want to go. I told her to ask him to come over so I could go too, but she refused. In the end, she went alone. When she came back, I asked her to tell me what happened, but she just gave me a perfunctory answer.
