Women's Prison Management Regulations

Those who violate this rule may be disciplined and punished by guards using whips, electric batons, or restraint ropes.

2 (Changing) Female prisoners are escorted by guards to the receiving area, where they remove all clothing, jewelry, and other personal belongings in the changing room, which are then sealed away…

3 (Shower) Guards take female prisoners to the communal bathroom for a cold water shower. Before the shower begins, guards use fixed neck locks to restrain the necks of each female prisoner. The bathroom has 100 fixed neck locks, one end of which is fixed to the ceiling and the length is adjustable. Guards should adjust them to the height at which the female prisoners stand at attention. The shower is completed using a high-pressure water jet and lasts for 15 minutes. After the shower, the female prisoners continue to keep their necks locked, stand at attention with their hands behind their heads, and wait for the inspectors to take them to the inspection room one by one.

4 (General Inspection) Female prisoners are taken to the inspection room by the inspectors. Physical measurements are taken, including height, weight, hair length, ankle diameter, breast size, foot size, bust, waist, hip measurements, vaginal thickness, vaginal length, and anal depth, to determine the size of the prison uniform, relevant restraints (handcuffs, leg irons, restraint belts, chastity belts, collars, etc.), and possible instruments of torture (back brace, breast rings, vaginal/anal plugs, restraint high heels) and piercing patterns. Time: 10 minutes.

Chapter 1: Admission and Classification Procedures 1 (General Principles) All female prisoners entering the women's prison undergo admission procedures and a thorough physical examination. The latter includes an examination of the vagina and anus. The goal of the entire procedure is not only to complete the relevant matters of admission, i.e., numbering, classification, and issuance of restraints and clothing, but also to provide female prisoners with maximum physical and mental humiliation. The entire process is recorded by surveillance cameras. Throughout the entire admission process, female prisoners must remain completely naked. Noisy, whispering, and crying are prohibited. Covering any part of the body, especially the genitals and chest, is prohibited. While waiting and queuing, maintain an upright posture with hands behind your head.
5 (Special Inspection) Female prisoners will be placed on an examination bed (similar to a gynecological examination bed), with their limbs spread out in a "T"
shape and secured with belts. The degree of genital enlargement is adjustable. Inspectors will carefully examine the female prisoner's private parts using a speculum/anal instrument. Pubic hair, armpit hair, and any hair exceeding a certain length will be shaved.
This process takes 20 minutes. To ensure the test results reflect their endurance, the first-place finisher in each round is exempt from the remaining rounds, while the second and third-place finishers will be punished with increased restraints during their first month of imprisonment (strict supervision). The last-place finisher, regardless of their rank, will be completely naked and handcuffed during this period. This procedure takes approximately one hour. 2) Carrying in shackles: Wearing the aforementioned shackles, two people are chained together by collars and tasked with carrying extremely heavy objects. They must complete a quota of moving 250 kg of stone one kilometer within two hours. Failure to do so will result in both being punished with complete nudity and handcuffs

behind their backs during the solitary confinement period. 7 (Classification, numbering, and issuance of corresponding clothing and restraints): Female prisoners are brought into the room, marked with their body number according to their class, and issued corresponding prison uniforms, trousers, and standard restraints. Pre-A level, i.e., low restriction level, sentence of less than one year but more than three months (excluding solitary confinement period): Female prisoners in this level are held in groups. Standard restraints include 2.5 kg extended leg irons (70 cm chain length) and leather collars. The prison
uniform for female prisoners in this level is a white long-sleeved shirt, with an extra coat in winter, and a gray skirt (reaching the calves, but not covering the leg irons). They are issued side-tied underwear and sanitary napkins. They must wear white running shoes. (To ensure the shackles are worn long-term, female prisoners are all dressed in skirts, not for aesthetic reasons. Bras are strictly prohibited except for iron bras used as instruments of torture.) Female prisoners in this category do not have any permanent piercings. Besides a collar number indicating "prea," date of incarceration, age at incarceration, and weight (e.g., prea200609082352,
the last item of the number indicating the degree of personal humiliation, increasing with each level), there are no other markings.

Level A, or general restriction level, has a sentence of one to three years. Standard restraints include 5 kg long shackles (50 cm chain) and 0.5 kg handcuffs with a 30 cm chain. Wearing a 0.5 kg iron collar
with a buckle for easy locking. The prison uniform is a yellow low-cut shirt (not fully covering the chest) and a yellow knee-length skirt. No shoes, but white socks are allowed. Female prisoners in this category wear disposable underwear, changed weekly.
This category of female prisoners has no piercings. In addition to the collar number: a) date of incarceration, age at incarceration, and chest circumference, there is also a special ink mark on the outside of the right thigh, which can only be erased upon release. When asked to state their number, female prisoners should lift their skirts for verification.

Category b, also known as the aggravated restriction category, has a sentence of three to five years. Standard restraints include 7.5 kg leg irons (50
cm chain), 1 kg handcuffs on the front of the hands, and a 15 cm chain. Wearing a 1.5 kg collar with four buckles
. Wearing a 3 kg collar with four buckles. Female prisoners in this category are completely naked. Both nipples are pierced with stainless steel nipple rings and secured with 1.5 kg nipple chains. A belt with four buckles is added to the waist for guards to pull or suspend. The labia are pierced with stainless steel labial rings, and the clitoris with a stainless steel clitoral ring. The female prisoner has permanent branding below both breasts and on the buttocks, bearing her number (bitch, time of incarceration, age at incarceration, breast diameter).
Female prisoners in this category are topless, only receiving a cloak in winter, but not allowed to cover their chests. Both nipples are pierced with stainless steel nipple rings and secured with 0.3 kg nipple chains for guards to pull. A belt lock is added to the waist and linked to the handcuffs to further restrict the freedom of movement of their hands. A short skirt is worn (barely covering the genitals), and underwear and shoes/socks are not allowed. The female prisoner has a permanent branding below the left breast, bearing her number (bitch, time of incarceration, age at incarceration,
breast diameter).

Category C, i.e., low confinement, with a sentence of ten years. The standard restraints consist of 10 kg leg irons (30 cm chain length),
and 2 kg handcuffs with a 5 cm chain length. A 2 kg collar with four buckles is worn.
Female prisoners are completely naked. Stainless steel nipple rings are pierced through both nipples, with 0.5 kg nipple chains attached for guards to pull on. A waist belt lock is added and linked to the handcuffs to further restrict the freedom of movement of the hands. Stainless steel labial rings are pierced through the labia. They wear specially made prison high heels with a 12 cm heel. Female prisoners have a permanent brand below their breasts, bearing their number (bitch, year of imprisonment, age at imprisonment, breast diameter).

Class S, i.e., general confinement, carries a sentence of ten to fifteen years. The standard restraints consist of 12.5 kg leg irons (15 cm chain length), 2.5 kg handcuffs with the hands behind the back (2 cm chain length), and a 2
kg handcuff with a 1 cm chain at the elbows. A 2.5 kg collar with four buckles is worn. Female prisoners are completely naked.

6 (Physical Fitness Test) Female prisoners are taken to the physical fitness test area for testing. Specific items include: 1) Running in shackles: Female prisoners are grouped into sets of 10, each wearing 10 kg leg irons and with their hands handcuffed behind their backs. They undergo three sets of 1000-meter long-distance running competitions.
Stainless steel nipple rings are pierced through the head, with 1 kg nipple chains added for the guards to pull on. A waist belt lock is added and linked to the handcuffs to further restrict the freedom of movement of their hands. The labia are pierced with stainless steel labial rings, and the clitoris is pierced with a stainless steel clitoral ring. The prisoner wears specially made high heels, 15 cm high. The female prisoner has a permanent brand below her breasts, bearing her serial number (bitch, date of incarceration, age at incarceration, breast diameter).
SS level, i.e., aggravated confinement, with a sentence of 20 years. Standard restraints include 15 kg specially made leg irons (connected to the ankles and thighs, 1 cm long), and 3 kg handcuffs with 2 cm long chains on the hands behind the back.

SSS level, or super confinement level, is a sentence of life imprisonment. The prisoner's arms and legs are surgically amputated to prevent movement. The standard restraints are a 4-kilogram collar with four buckles. Female prisoners in this category are completely naked, with a hood covering their eyes and even nose. While their mouths are not covered, they are permanently fitted with a cylindrical gag—a hollow cylinder—which is held in their mouths and then secured to the back of their heads with a leather strap attached to the cylinder. Both nipples are pierced with stainless steel nipple rings and reinforced with 2-kilogram nipple chains. A belt with four buckles is added to the waist for guards to pull or suspend them. The labia are pierced with stainless steel labial rings, and the clitoris with a stainless steel clitoral ring. The female prisoner has permanent branding below her breasts and on her buttocks, bearing her number (bitch, date of incarceration, age at incarceration, breast diameter).

8. (Compulsory Services) To increase revenue and compensate for insufficient funds, this prison uses compulsory services against inmates. Except for Pre-A level, all other levels must provide services to the prison, with the following service schedule: A level 1 day per month, B level 2 days per month, C level 4 days per month, S level 15 days per month, SS level 20 days per month, and
SSS level 25 days per month. To protect client privacy and safety, inmates must wear the following attire when providing services: completely naked, hands bound behind their backs, blindfolded, ears plugged, and wearing a cylindrical gag. Inmates of S level and above must have their legs restrained, such as by binding them in a split or other restraint method, with the aim of enabling them to serve two or three people simultaneously.
