Part Three of My Hospital Internship: A Female College Student Takes Off Her Underwear in Front of Me

Gynecology is a department that many men find mysterious. Although I studied medicine, I was no different from most men, because my previous exposure was mainly from books and videos, even less than what I'd seen on pornographic tapes. The doctor said, "Okay, lie down first." The girl pulled down her pants and lay down on the examination chair. Within three seconds of her taking off her pants, none of us felt a sudden, unbearable stench emanating from her genitals! The doctor asked her, "Have you ever had sexual intercourse?" She said yes. Upon hearing this, the teacher exclaimed, "Then why are you doing a rectal exam? Do a bimanual vaginal exam!" After the examination, the teacher turned to us and said, "This girl is pregnant, not long in the womb. Her cervix is purplish-blue and very thin. You can all experience it!" By this time, the girl had already pulled up her pants. The teacher's face immediately darkened. "Who told you to put your pants on? Can't you see there are still so many students who haven't been examined?" The girl seemed a bit stunned and obediently pulled down her pants and lay back on the examination chair. I was the first intern to examine her. Her labia majora were very full, while her labia minora were relatively small, somewhat like a steamed bun. Her vaginal opening was a bit sore, clearly indicating a sexually active girl. There were also some cottage cheese-like substances at the vaginal opening, clearly indicating candidal vaginitis. The foul odor was probably caused by the vaginitis. I put on disposable examination gloves, inserted my index and middle fingers into her vagina to touch her cervix, and then checked the color of the cervix through a speculum. Later, because I wasn't wearing a mask and couldn't stand the unpleasant odor from her lower body, I quickly stopped.

After she left, our teacher said she actually knew the girl. She was a university student who had already had three abortions.
