Third Anniversary

Today is a memorable day.
Three years ago today, after months of online communication, I finally met a couple of friends at a hotel in Haidian District.
Because we had chatted for so long, there was no awkwardness in meeting in person. After dinner, we started playing cards in alternating pairs (of course, the loser had to take off their clothes). I quickly lost all my cards, and the wife was my partner. She helped me take off my last piece of clothing; she was a little shy, her face flushed. My luck was bad, and the wife's clothes soon disappeared as well.
After that, we obviously couldn't play cards anymore, so we started our separate activities! In the room, as agreed, she put on her blue underwear again, which I helped her take off, and we started "climbing the bed" (a term we later used to describe our sexual encounters, another way of saying it was "climbing a mountain"). The husband, who was both scholarly and athletic and had an amazing memory, started studying classical literature after our encounter, and supposedly even recited entire ancient texts.
After a whole night of commotion, when we broke up the next morning, I discovered something even more astonishing: the last two digits of my car license plate were 61, and the last two digits of the other person's car license plate were 16. It was an unbelievable coincidence.
