Second post 

Taking a short break, I'm writing a post on 69. My main purposes are twofold: to share and to ask for help. 1. The content I'll share is about exercise and fitness, all based on my own experience: I exercise daily now and genuinely feel that lower body strength is the source of strong sexual function in men. Lower body strength is essentially about the legs. My suggestion is to jog or cycle for 40 minutes, followed by 20 squats with a weight that varies depending on individual fitness levels; my current weight is 60 kg. If you stick to it, you'll experience changes in your body. I'm 177cm tall but weigh over 80kg, and I don't have a big belly. For upper body exercises, bench presses and push-ups are good options. I hope this experience is helpful to you guys. 2. I'm asking for help. My wife is currently in Beijing, and I'll be visiting her during my vacation. I want to take her to the movies, but that's not our main purpose. We'd like to have sex in the cinema. We've done it outside, but never in a cinema. My wife has already agreed, so I'd like to ask you guys for some advice on having sex in a cinema. Thank you very much!
