Making friends over the past few years

So finding someone to hang out with isn't hard, but finding a good friend isn't.
I've been on this forum for almost a year now, and I see that most people here talk about swapping rather than making friends. I repeatedly emphasize that we're choosing to make friends. I feel that making friends and swapping are two different paths. Swapping is like indulging in animalistic desires, while making friends is like the sublimation of sexual pleasure.
"Quality single men," "quality couples"—I don't know who invented these terms. Coming to this website, if you don't add "quality" before your gender, it's like you haven't even entered this community. But what exactly is "quality"? Can anyone give a precise definition? Without knowing this, how can we talk about quality?
Most people on this forum seem to be tired of having sex with their partners and just want to constantly find new genitals to rub against and release their desires. This is just simple sexual release. Sex is built on a foundation of feelings and communication. If you just add friends, communicate basic information, exchange photos and videos, and then wait for a hookup, what fun is there in that? The greatest fun of making friends lies in the initial communication.
I saw someone's blog mentioning family ties. Isn't this the essence of friendship? Friendship is more about being able to talk about anything—love, ideals, career, even sex. It's true freedom of speech. It's about treating each other like true friends. Marriage is a love story between two people, while friendship is a love story between four. Some friends feel like they've known each other forever, but their relationship in bed might not be so perfect.
Friendship and dating are like two different factions: one driven by emotion, the other by lust.
