[Foreword] Let's start with IDs

This is an even smaller account than my previous one. I re-registered with a new email address and chose a new, unused ID. I've been observing this website for a while now and it seems pretty good, so I decided to share my story and make some friends.

I'm a 35-year-old Beijing guy with a wife and kids, and since my wife doesn't plan on traveling, I'll be a bit more reserved when I'm on this forum.
