A few days ago, I had to go on a business trip to another city where many of my colleagues from our branch office would be. One of them was a beautiful woman who worked in administration; her child was just a year old, and her looks were above average. Several times when she went on business trips, she was responsible for arranging rooms. To respect her former boss, she always asked for his opinion on which room to choose. He bluntly said, "If you come to my room at night, I'll book a double room; otherwise, any room is fine." I suggested maybe he was drunk, but she said no, because this wasn't the first time. I believed her; actually, it wasn't that strange. A beautiful, lively, and sensible woman will always win people's hearts. As for whether anything will happen, that depends on the woman's own self-control.
I think the theme today was farewell, since we won't be direct colleagues anymore. So, every now and then, after my rambling conversation, the topic would shift to cherishing our connection. I also politely asked her if there would be any problems if she got home late. She frankly said that her husband had gone on a business trip and her son had been taken to his grandmother's. I quickly said that was good, as long as it didn't bother her.
I ate very little for dinner, almost nothing, but I still drank some alcohol, which made me drunk faster. After drinking half a jin of 56-proof baijiu and a few bottles of beer, I was already a little dizzy. At this moment, I couldn't help but think of the spacious bed in the hotel. Tonight's arrangements were all made by the beautiful woman. Did she have any ulterior motives?
