A Less-than-Successful Participation (Part 1)

Following up on the last time, after drinking with that friend and his girlfriend, I didn't accept his invitation to his house.
Later, I gradually became acquainted with my friend—or rather, with that friend; I'd only met his girlfriend once.
One day, we were having lunch out for business when he suddenly called his girlfriend, asking her to come over for lunch. He even flirted with her on the phone, telling her to dress up nicely and such. And sure enough, she came right away. She was wearing a white trench coat, about 160cm tall, with fair skin, just like my friend, who was also quite fair-skinned and of average build. My friend
and I were drinking beer facing each other in a small shop. When his girlfriend arrived, she wanted to sit next to him, but he insisted she sit next to me, claiming he had his briefcase on the chair. She didn't really refuse and sat down next to me. Immediately, a faint scent of perfume wafted over. To be honest, I'm quite sensitive to perfume and really liked that smell.
