Panyu Three People

On May 26th , 2018, my 18th day in Shiqiao, Guangzhou, due to work,
I took my usual day off. My colleagues and I went to an internet cafe to play games. I received a message on QQ from my older brother asking if I was free on Sunday the 27th, as he wanted to arrange an activity. The original plan was to go to Haizhu District, but since I wasn't familiar with the area, my brother and sister-in-law decided to come to Shiqiao to meet me
. They suggested we go to Lianhua Mountain (a place to worship Guanyin Bodhisattva). After we discussed everything, my brother said we could just meet naturally, and if that didn't work out, they would treat it as a holiday outing since we had only exchanged photos. I said okay. Everything is up to their wishes! I met them around 4 pm. I don't know if they actually went to Lianhua Mountain.
When we met, my sister-in-law looked as sophisticated as in her photos, but she was slightly chubby. My brother was typical of thin Cantonese people (I think Cantonese people are generally thin).
I felt that my sister-in-law wasn't very enthusiastic when we met (maybe she wasn't too happy with me; I later learned she was tired from hiking). My brother quickly tried to smooth things over, sensing the awkward atmosphere. (To be honest, I was a little uncomfortable at the time. I didn't ask for anything, so there was no need to give them a hard time. :) I didn't think too much about it; I just thought since they were here, we should have a meal together! That way, they wouldn't have come all this way for nothing. My sister-in-law went along, encouraged by my brother! I'd like to recommend the sashimi at the "Daily Fish Farm" at No. 31 Jieyuan Road in Panyu—it's incredibly delicious! If you're traveling, you should definitely try it!
The atmosphere during the meal was great; everyone was chatting and laughing like three old friends! Because of the sashimi, all three of us drank a little bit of baijiu (Chinese liquor), and maybe under the influence of the alcohol, my sister-in-law gradually became more talkative!
