Changes in my wife

It's been a while since I've written anything. Tonight, I'll talk about the recent changes in my wife. Now, there's absolutely no passion in our sex life. Like people say, it's like doing homework, and my wife feels the same way. She even says I'm not good enough; I ejaculate as soon as she gets a little aroused. This has happened several times, and now she just sleeps with the kids, saying it's better if nothing happens, and she doesn't even want to think about it anymore! She says she's exhausted from work every day and has no energy left!
My wife's workplace is mostly male; there are only two women, and both of them are almost fifty. My wife is 35 and works in the warehouse handling inbound and outbound goods. There are older men and unmarried men in their twenties at her factory, and they all take good care of her, always ready to help. My wife often tells me how good they are to her. One of these men, who seems to be in his early twenties, is particularly close to my wife. My wife always jokes that she treats him like a child. After work, when I'm home, she'll video chat with him, talking about normal things! But I've noticed that my wife also initiates conversations with him at night; she checks their chat history first thing when she opens WeChat! My wife initiates all the texting; she replies to some and not others. I've never met the guy. But I can sense my wife has feelings for him, though I haven't asked her. Can
you guys help me analyze this? Will something happen between them over time? The main issue is that the guy probably hasn't been with a woman before! I wonder if he has feelings for my wife? I'm just letting things take their course and not asking any questions.
