Let me share some of my experiences and thoughts over the years.

First of all, I'm an ordinary person with a master's degree, over forty years old, and basically at the level of corporate management. An ordinary life, an ordinary person. No self-created halos. There are all sorts of swindlers and cunning people here, but that's not me. I don't have the energy to mess around with that.
I can say I have basic manners and won't be selfish or self-centered in public. (Those who understand will understand.)

1. Humans are a type of animal, but superior to animals. At our age, we have plenty of ways to satisfy our physiological needs. I'm here to seek sensory and emotional satisfaction, not purely animalistic gratification.
2. I've been fortunate to meet some older brothers and sisters. The takeaway is that respectful communication is essential. Everyone's situation is different; what kind of scenario allows you to relax, and how others can help you gradually relax. Each experience is a chance to relax. I don't really like people who act like animals from the start because it disrespects others.
3. Knowing when to stop and understanding the boundaries in life. This is a lesson learned from predecessors and a basic principle of being a person and doing things.
