Was I scammed by the guy from Shijiazhuang for my first experience with 69?

My experience of being scammed (69):
Because it was my first time using this service, I saw a post from a guy in Shijiazhuang and bought a membership. I added him on QQ, and we chatted quite well. I live 120 kilometers away from them, and they said they wanted to come over. I said I'd book a room for them.
They said they'd book it themselves, and since they were worried about the effort, they'd stay for two days. I agreed.
Later, they said they were worried about hidden cameras if I booked the room. They said they'd book for two days, and I'd pay for one day first, then they'd leave. I thought it was a good deal, so I transferred 500 yuan for the room.
On the way, they mentioned their wives wanted to buy some sex toys, and I agreed.
Two hours later, they said they'd arrived at the hotel and asked me to transfer the remaining room fee and the sex toys first, as they didn't want to discuss money in front of their wives, fearing it would upset them. I said, "Come down, we'll transfer the money when we meet." Indeed, he shared my location, and he did arrive at the hotel, but he wouldn't answer video or voice calls, insisting on the money first. I thought it made sense, so I transferred 1000 yuan. He said his wife would come down to pick me up immediately, and he'd give his phone to her so we could get to know each other.
I suspect it was one person playing two roles. They asked for a red envelope first; since it was our first meeting, I transferred 200 yuan, but they said it had to be 521 yuan before they'd transfer it.
I told them I brought them perfume and two bottles of red wine for the older brother. I sent them photos. They insisted they wouldn't transfer it until I did. I felt scammed. Two hours later, it still hadn't transferred, so I went home.
The person is from Shijiazhuang; their phone number and QQ number are 1934399382.
They offered Alipay transfers, but the name is Nong Yi Shi.
I don't know if I was scammed.
