On the Possibility and Necessity of Father-Daughter Sexual Relationships –

Before Incest: Recently, sexologist Li Yinhe published her research findings on the positive significance of family sex on her blog, sparking much discussion. This indicates that
people are no longer deliberately ignoring this prevalent phenomenon. My doctoral dissertation, "A Study of Incest in China," has been approved. This article is a rewritten version
of my dissertation, intended as an advocacy piece for the public, and includes some of the survey and analysis findings on father-daughter incest from the dissertation.

In fact, father-daughter sexual relations are far from as mysterious as people imagine; in most cases, they occur naturally. One of my volunteers
recounted her sexual experiences in an email:

"For example, I was a little over six years old when my parents divorced. I lived with my father, who loved me very much. During the divorce, he gave up all his property to
take me from my mother, and to ensure I wouldn't be mistreated, he never remarried." When I was little, I often wanted my father to hold me while I slept. Sometimes I would wake up in the middle of the night
to find his penis hard and erect, pushing against his underwear. Although I didn't know what was happening at the time, I had a vague
sense of sexuality and knew that such things shouldn't be talked about casually. For a while, I had a skin condition on my thighs, and my father would bathe me every day, carefully washing
my thighs I felt a vague sense of pleasure. After that, I often asked my father to bathe me. Sometimes, I would open the door and go in
to bathe with him while he was bathing. Later, we always bathed together. And every time my father bathed, his penis was very hard. It was clear that when my father washed my genitals,
he was experiencing sexual pleasure and the torment of trying to suppress it. After I turned ten, I gradually developed. Sometimes, when my father bathed with me, he couldn't bear it anymore and would ask me to
masturbate him until he ejaculated, which I enjoyed. But before I turned thirteen, my father never thought of possessing my body. Sometimes, when he woke up in the middle of the night, tormented by
sexual desire and unable to sleep, he would masturbate in front of me or ask me to masturbate him. One night, because it was too hot, I turned the air conditioner
down very low. I woke up feeling cold in the middle of the night and groggily hugged my father. I was awakened by his heavy breathing and vigorous caresses. What followed was quite natural

For example, a fifty-year-old father recalled his sex life with his daughter, saying, "Actually, I was interested in my daughter's body when she was very young. After all, boys and girls
are different, and it's almost impossible not to feel sexual desire when facing a tender little girl. When my daughter was nine, she whispered in my ear.
The special scent that only little girls have, mixed with her breath, assaulted my ears. Her beautiful braids brushed against my face, making me suddenly
feel itchy all over, generating a strong sexual urge. I involuntarily hugged her tightly. My daughter didn't resist at all and seemed very excited. From then on..." Later,
I realized that even such a young girl could have very strong sexual desires. That time, I ejaculated all over my daughter, and my wife only
discovered this secret when she was washing her clothes. My wife only scolded me a few times and then acquiesced. The three of us slept together until my daughter got married, and now when she visits her parents' home, we
still have sex.

For example, a woman from Shaoxing, Zhejiang, said in an email to me: "I work in a local government office, and my husband is my college classmate. Our daughter
is naturally timid and never dares to sleep alone at night, always sleeping with my husband and me. My husband and I can only..." It usually happens after the child is asleep.
But one time, I saw my husband's large penis erect, and my daughter lying next to him, her panties stretched out of shape because of her sleeping position, exposing her genitals,
which were very smooth. Faced with this situation, I suddenly had a very strong idea of letting my daughter and husband have sex. But I couldn't say it at the time,
so I deliberately moved closer to my daughter during sex, waking her up. Then, under strong sexual urges, my husband naturally had sex with my daughter.

And to my surprise, most wives did not object to their husbands' sexual relationship with their daughters, and in many cases... The husband only had relations with his daughter
after . In my surveys of volunteers (all conducted via email, without external interference, so these should
represent their true intentions), most women believed that sexual relations with their fathers had a positive impact on them. This was unless the father raped them, which was rare,
and most cases were consensual.

For example, I saw a case on a Chinese court website: a young girl lived with her grandmother in the countryside while her parents worked away from home. At thirteen, the girl
came to the city where her parents worked. Due to housing shortages, she slept in the same bed with her parents, and was repeatedly raped by her father. In anger, the girl ran back
to the countryside, but returned voluntarily within a week. When the father was arrested for allegedly raping a minor, the two had had relations over a hundred
times in a year.

While writing my thesis, I published some survey statements on websites, hoping volunteers would share their incestuous experiences, but they were quickly deleted by internet censors as inappropriate
content. I then posted in English on foreign websites to collect materials from domestic volunteers, and within just one week, I collected over seven hundred
. Consider this: how many Chinese people understand English? And those who understand English... How many people actually surf the internet? How many of those who do surf the internet can access foreign websites?
How many of those who access foreign websites also like to post? And how many of them happen to see my recruitment ad? Very few indeed, and among this tiny minority, over seven
hundred have had incestuous experiences! This demonstrates the prevalence of incest.

This article only introduces some experiences from families where father-daughter incest is not yet established. The scientific and moral explanation for father-daughter incest:
Modern urban life tends to cause girls to mature earlier. Faced with precocious daughters, parents are often at a loss and extremely anxious. Most urban girls begin to show female characteristics around eight or nine years old. Their breasts gradually develop, and their genitals begin to change. Their skin becomes whiter and smoother, and their buttocks slowly become more rounded, forming a figure unique to girls. At this time, girls experience even greater psychological changes. As their ovaries begin to secrete estrogen, they begin to experience initial sexual desires, often manifesting as a strange, itchy sensation that can spread to their fingertips, tongue, and even cause clitoral erection. Some parents believe that young girls don't understand sex and their sexual desires aren't strong. However, this feeling is actually very intense but often suppressed, leading to eccentric temperaments and a melancholic nature in girls at this stage. Their attitude towards others is often more coquettish. Girls during this period are particularly emotionally rich, which can cause difficulty concentrating, declining academic performance, mood swings, eccentric personalities, and increased susceptibility to other illnesses.
Most urban girls experience their first menstruation between the ages of nine and eleven. Afterward, their breasts gradually develop, and the first pubic hair grows. From this point onward, girls undergo significant physical and psychological changes. First, their skin becomes whiter and smoother, and their buttocks slowly become more rounded, forming a figure unique to girls.
Girls at this age experience greater psychological changes. As their ovaries begin secreting estrogen, around a year after their first menstruation, they begin to experience their first sexual desires. This manifests as a persistent, inexplicable tingling sensation, sometimes spreading to their fingertips, tongue, or even causing clitoral erection. Because this sensation is intense yet often suppressed, girls at this stage often exhibit eccentric temperaments and are prone to melancholy. Their attitude towards others is often characterized by coquettishness.
The only solution to this problem is to let young girls experience sexual pleasure and achieve sexual satisfaction. This conclusion may be
opposed , who believe their daughters are too young and their bodies are not yet fully developed to withstand penile penetration. Even if they could withstand
penetration, they would rather let their daughters endure the torment of sexual desire than allow them to lose their virginity so early. In reality, this thinking is extremely selfish. They
always wishfully think their daughters can endure this awkward period, but it's a fact that their daughters have developed sexual desire. Suppressing it will only
lead to neurasthenia and even other more serious illnesses. Selfish and careless parents don't realize that in the quiet of the night, when their desire burns
brightly , they themselves can enjoy sex to their heart's content.

But what about their daughters? They are tormented by sexual desire, their bodies tingling and itching, tossing and turning, unable to find relief through intercourse. Therefore, the correct approach is to satisfy their sexual desire through legitimate
sexual activity . Parents should understand that a girl's body is naturally prepared for sexual intercourse. Developing breasts, a beautiful figure,
fair skin, and a charming demeanor are all designed to attract men's attention and arouse their sexual desire, and the tingling sensation can only be relieved in a man's tight
embrace . The question is, what kind of man is best for a girl of this age to have sex with?

Girls aged eight to thirteen may still appear as children, but their bodies are beginning to transition to adulthood, especially their genitals, which often experience intense itching and
numbness, causing them great distress. At this age, only the penetration of a man's erect penis can provide relief, as naturally as drinking water when thirsty or eating when hungry.
Boys of the same age are still in childhood, therefore, they cannot be sexual partners.

Sexual intercourse between young girls and men in their twenties is also inappropriate, as these men are just reaching sexual maturity, have strong libidos, and little sexual experience. Seeing a
young, tender girl, their sexual desire can explode like a bomb, and forceful penetration could cause vaginal tearing,
resulting in lifelong physical and psychological trauma. Furthermore, the exposure of such a private matter can lead to other problems. Therefore, the ideal sexual partner for girls of this
age is a close relative, between forty and fifty years old, with the girl's own father being the most suitable.

Sexual intercourse between father and daughter is considered incestuous, meaning "incestuous relations between close relatives," or an abnormal sexual relationship between family members. Incest has been considered an extremely sinful and immoral act
throughout history and across cultures . However, moral values are products of specific historical conditions and
evolve with the progress of historical science. For example, free love in feudal society was highly immoral and shameful to the "normal people" of the time because arranged marriages by parents were beneficial to
the stability of feudal families, which were the cornerstone of feudal society's existence and, in turn, conducive to social development. In
today's society, however, the feudal system has become an obstacle to social development, and feudal morality has lost its legitimacy,
making the current moral standard.

Similarly, in ancient times, with virtually no contraception, allowing father-daughter relationships to develop unchecked would increase the likelihood of unhealthy offspring, thus impacting human
development . But modern science has solved this problem; people can enjoy sexual pleasure between fathers and daughters without worrying about pregnancy.
Therefore, the scientific basis for the moral view that "incest is shameful" no longer exists, and in the near future, father-daughter relationships will be very common and worth promoting.

From a scientific perspective, humans are not born to be suppressed. Human physiological needs are reasonable. Hunger can only be solved by food, not by endurance, and
sexual desire can only be resolved through sexual intercourse. Simply preaching and suppressing desires is like scratching an itch through a boot—it simply cannot solve the problem. Moreover, long-term endurance and suppression can only
lead to more serious
adverse consequences. Scientists understand this better than we do, which is why masturbation is encouraged as a way to release sexual energy. If masturbation is encouraged, why not sexual intercourse? What is the difference between masturbation and sexual intercourse? Is masturbation pure while sexual intercourse is considered immoral?

In reality, there are far more sexual relationships between fathers and daughters than have been exposed. The reason for exposure is mostly because the father
-daughter relationship has resulted in pregnancy. If such a relationship doesn't lead to pregnancy, most father-daughter relationships remain unknown to outsiders. However, some situations reveal certain problems. According to surveys,
most women, after reaching adulthood, often fantasize about incest with their fathers during intercourse, and many husbands report that their wives unconsciously
call out . This shows that many girls' first sexual experiences come from their fathers.

Sexual intercourse between fathers and daughters is the most socially condemned, yet it is also the most suitable, because: First, fathers know their daughters best and have more sexual
experience . Older fathers are often more considerate of their delicate daughters, inserting their semen gently to avoid causing injury. This
is especially important when the daughter is young and her vagina is not yet fully developed. Second, girls between the ages of eight and thirteen experience the strongest Oedipus complex.
At this daughters are more receptive to their fathers' caresses, and father-daughter intercourse is more likely to bring them to orgasm. Third, father-daughter intercourse is less likely to cause emotional problems that could affect
the daughter's future marriage. If the mother can also help her daughter through this initial sexual experience, the transition from girlhood to womanhood can be more
natural , and the family atmosphere will be more harmonious. The biggest problem with sex for young girls is pregnancy, which is precisely the advantage of father-daughter intercourse, because fathers can
take precautions beforehand, which is not a problem for sexually experienced fathers. However, if no contraception is used, the father must never
ejaculate into his daughter's vagina, as pregnancy will cause serious problems for the daughter. Another issue is reputation. Incestuous relationships are not currently
accepted , so confidentiality is crucial, which is entirely achievable.
