Inspection Notes

Today I took my wife to the hospital for a breast exam (we went every month before the pandemic). Since there was no dedicated breast surgery department, we registered with a general surgery department and waited for our number to be called. When we entered the examination room, we were both stunned. There were two doctors and one patient, and they were all men. We wanted to go out and wait, but the doctor who saw our number started asking us who was seeing us, what was wrong, and where we felt uncomfortable. I had a tendency to expose my wife, so I pointed to her and told the doctor she would look at her. My wife had no choice but to sit down. The doctor asked her what was wrong, and she remained silent, embarrassed. I answered for her, saying she'd had a sharp pain in her breasts for the past few days and felt some lumps. The doctor then told her to sit closer to him, which she did. He then asked her to lift her shirt and unbutton her bra. She hesitated at first, but after I said there was no need to avoid seeing a doctor, she glared at me and did as the doctor said. The doctor was sitting across from us, so he could see my wife's breasts. I was standing next to the doctor examining her, so I could see the whole thing. Only the male patient was sitting parallel to my wife, so he could only see one breast. However, I could sense that everyone, including me, was very excited; I could even hear heavy breathing. The examination lasted for about ten minutes, and I noticed both of my wife's breasts were a little red.
