Chapter Eight: Snake Eye Healing Technique

Tokyo was brightly lit that night.

The Suzuki Private Hospital was no exception, especially the second floor of the operating room,

a place hidden from the outside and the focus of attention that day, which was practically bathed in daylight.

Considering that using my inner energy would expose some of my secrets, Tominaga Akira didn't come into

the operating room to help. Instead, Kyoka, Keiko, Akiko, Nanako, and Sugiko came in, as if it were my first time

performing surgery there.

I had initially thought that since Tominaga Akira wasn't coming in, it would be fine just Kyoka and me, but Kyoka

disagreed, saying that Louisa's condition was more serious and she needed several experienced people to assist her.

As for the four beautiful nurses, she was quite blunt: "I've known them for so long, don't you think

I know? They could never like another man besides you, so they're the ones we can

trust ."

The beautiful head nurse was spouting nonsense, but I actually understood. Just

like genuinely showed affection for me, but I felt I already had enough wives

and didn't want to get involved in any more romantic entanglements.

When I told Kyoka this, the bright and beautiful young woman glared at me and said, "Honey, you can't just

hide from romantic entanglements. You allow those girls to form cliques, but you don't allow me to have a few good helpers?"

I was speechless for a moment and quickly changed the subject, letting Kyoka call the four beautiful girls together.

Upon hearing that they would be needed to assist with tonight's surgery, and that Kyoka had told them not to tell anyone about

the secret I was going to reveal during the surgery, the beautiful nurses immediately perked up, their eyes practically

overflowing with affection as they looked at me.

Allowing them to know my secret already signifies a step forward in our relationship.

How could the four of them not be overjoyed to be so close to the man they admire and respect?

At 8 PM, Akiko and Keiko wheeled Louisa into the operating room. Kyoka, Nanako, Sugiko, and I

were already waiting inside.

Tominaga Akira was still standing guard outside. He was honest and very respectful of his teachers, and

he had no objections to Kyoka's arrangements.

"Kyoka, you'll be in charge of monitoring her heart. If her heart rate exceeds..."
