[The Girls' School Teacher] (Episode 27, Chapter 8)

Chapter Eight: Healing the Wounds, Not the Heart

Remembering that my intimate moment with Sakura at the movie theater tonight was most likely captured on surveillance cameras, I decided to create a

short circuit to destroy the surveillance footage.

The spirited and beautiful girl stuck out her tongue in agreement; after all, if our identities were exposed, someone

with ulterior motives would discover our intimate behavior, and it wouldn't be good if the Hiraiwa couple found out.

Sakura wasn't particularly concerned about Miyazawa Akira's fate, and besides, it was already nine o'clock.

After a passionate kiss, the girl reluctantly got into a taxi and returned to her residence in Tokyo.

When I arrived at Suzuki Private Hospital, the ambulance had just taken Miyazawa Akira to the emergency room.

Fridays were usually a time for Kyoka and the four beautiful nurses to relax and have a get-together. Hearing that I was coming, Kyoka quickly

ended her party early and ran back from the nearby izakaya.

The beautiful woman's face was flushed, clearly from drinking quite a bit of sake; the four beautiful young women following behind her were all

delicate and charming, their fragrance enhanced by the sake, making me feel as if I were surrounded by a sea of flowers.

"Sir, is it another emergency surgery?"

Nanako asked curiously. She had the highest alcohol tolerance among the five, so she only blushed slightly, otherwise

remaining unaffected.

Unlike Keiko and Sugiko, who were already nestled together on the office sofa, half-asleep.

I recounted my encounter with Miyazawa Akira, omitting Sakurako and saying I

met her while watching a movie alone.

Perhaps emboldened by the alcohol, Nanako looked at me and said, "Sir, if you want to watch a movie again

next time , just ask me to go with you! I'm free anyway..."

The voluptuous nurse believed that taking the initiative was the key to getting what she wanted, so

she acted very confidently around me.

I blushed slightly and nodded. "I'll invite you next time I have the chance."

Spending so much time with the beautiful nurses had made my expression more natural than before, but only towards them

. When facing doctors like Tominaga Akira or Minori, I was still the outwardly cold and aloof Dr. Nak.

Hearing my affirmative answer, Nanako's eyes lit up, and she happily retreated to the back.

The beautiful head nurse pondered for a moment and said, "Sir, for this patient with mental instability, do you plan to

treat him now, or use a sedative to calm him down first?"

"No sedatives. Sedatives contain anesthetic components, which will damage his mental state, and long-term use

will lead to drug resistance."

At this point, I asked Akiko, "Akiko, what Chinese herbal medicines treat mental disorders

?"

Akiko was the most shy of the four beautiful nurses. She generally didn't participate in drinking unless she was forced to

, so even though Keiko and Sugiko were drunk, she only blushed slightly.

"The first recommendation is jujube seed, the main ingredient in 'Jujube Seed Tranquilizer Tablets.' According to the *Pharmacopoeia of Chinese Materia Medica*,

jujube seed is fragrant and invigorates the heart, warm and nourishes the spirit

. It is essential for those with weak heart, mental instability, palpitations, forgetfulness, night sweats, and thirst."

Akiko said without hesitation, "For consumption, lotus seed and lily bulb porridge is best. Lotus seeds can strengthen the essence, calm the mind

, clear the heart, and relieve irritability, while lily bulbs treat incessant weeping and relieve epigastric fullness and pain. Consuming it several times will naturally open up the heart."

She paused, feeling a little flustered after rattling off so many opinions, and timidly said, "But both

jujube seed and lotus seed and lily bulb porridge are effective only with long-term consumption. For his acute mental

disorder , it seems unlikely to be very useful."

I nodded, "You mean you're not very

confident ?"

Akiko hesitated for a moment, then nodded slightly, "Akiko's knowledge is insufficient, and that's my understanding. But your medical

skills are superb; you should be able to solve this problem."

"My knowledge alone is nothing; one must constantly summarize the efforts of predecessors to gradually improve,"

I said calmly. "After so much learning, it's time for you to put your knowledge into practice. You'll

lead today's treatment."

"Huh?"

The beautiful, slender nurse pointed to herself in surprise. "Me?"

"What, you're afraid?"

I frowned.

"Oh, no, no..."

Akiko said, her joy tinged with apprehension. "I'm just afraid I won't do it well."

"What's there to not do well?"

Kyoka was eager for her sister to learn more skills, and since her husband was teaching her, she was

naturally more direct: "When your husband asks you to do something, he'll naturally guide you. Today, your older sister and Nanako

will be your assistants. Don't be afraid, just act as you normally do..."

"Hmm..."

The beautiful, slender girl glanced at Kyoka and Nanako, then secretly looked at me, clenching her fist tightly: "Then

I'll give it a try!"

After cleaning Miyazawa Akira, the nurses dressed him only in beach shorts and pushed him into the massage and bone-setting

room.

Nanako said that the nurses couldn't help

but laugh , finding him hilarious.

The massage and bone-setting room is where I massage and improve the circulation of meridians for my neighbors. Since Miyazawa Akira's

problem isn't physical injury but rather a mental disorder, there's no need for him to go to the operating room.

The air conditioning in the room is set to 24 degrees Celsius, a little higher than the temperature during surgery, but acupuncture treatment requires

this temperature to prevent one's energy from being trapped and unable to emanate.

A box of twenty-four silver needles of varying lengths and sizes is already placed beside Miyazawa Akira,

and an alcohol lamp is lit next to it, preparing for the moxibustion before the needles are used.

This set of silver needles is one of the few things my father gave me, said to have been passed down from an ancient acupuncture

master ; half of the acupuncture techniques my father taught me also came from this master's medical books.

Of the twenty-four silver needles, twelve are hollow and twelve are solid, and their thickness, length, shortness,

curvature, and straightness all vary. It would take three to five years of meticulous polishing to achieve the desired shape.

The silver needles are made of very ancient materials, but I have checked them and they are all very pure. Heaven knows how those ancient

people refined such high-purity silver and made such exquisite silver needles.

Akiko, who often assisted me with acupuncture, had seen a great deal and was very familiar with this set of silver needles.

I served as Akiko's assistant, while Kyoka and Nanako handled miscellaneous tasks. The beautiful, slender girl

took a deep breath and stood beside Miyazawa Akira.

"Thank you all!"

Akiko bowed slightly, mimicking my gesture.

"Thank you!"

we returned the bows as assistants.

Akiko's eyes swept over the row of silver needles, and with a swift movement, she took three small needles in her

left , drew one out with her right, and inserted it into the Guangming acupoint on her right calf.

When a person is angry, anger rushes to the liver and gallbladder, then to the heart. The Guangming acupoint is the Luo-connecting point of the Gallbladder Meridian. The liver and gallbladder are internally and externally related

; stimulating the Guangming acupoint with acupuncture can promote the smooth flow of Qi and blood in the liver and gallbladder, dispersing stagnant liver Qi.

The second needle was inserted into the Yinbao acupoint on the left leg, and the third into the Taichong acupoint on the left leg.

These two acupoints are key points on the Liver Meridian. Acupuncture at Yinbao and Taichong points can relieve depression and dissipate stagnation, as well as soothe the liver and strengthen the spleen.

Once the Qi channels of these three acupoints are unblocked, Miyazawa Akira's liver and gallbladder Qi will flow smoothly, and his anger will subside significantly.

When inserting the first needle, the beautiful and slender nurse seemed a little hesitant and uncertain, but after three needles, her

right hand was very steady and no longer trembled.

The only slight regret was that her strength was not enough; if she could have inserted the needle one or two centimeters deeper,

the effect would have been better.

Next, Akiko picked up the two thinnest silver needles and immediately inserted them into Miyazawa Akira's right hand at Shaoshang

and Shaochong points.

Shaoshang belongs to the Lung Meridian and can restrain the upward movement of liver Qi; Shaochong belongs to the Heart Meridian and can clear heart fire and replenish heart Qi.

Stimulating these two acupoints can also treat depression and melancholy, and inexplicable anxiety.

Combining these two acupoints with the three acupoints above, the anger in the liver, gallbladder, and heart is removed, restoring

calm.

Akiko, as expected of a diligent girl who has thoroughly studied hundreds of Chinese medical books, inserted the

same , thus passing the first hurdle in treating Miyazawa Akira.

Seeing Akiko sweating profusely after inserting the five needles, Nanako quickly grabbed a tissue to wipe

it , encouraging her, "Wow, Akiko, you're amazing! His breathing is much calmer now..."

Kyoka immediately pushed Nanako away, bumping her breasts, "Hey, can you be quiet?

Akiko is a doctor, you're harassing a doctor..."

Nanako pouted, wanting to argue, but afraid of distracting Akiko, she could only glare at Kyoka

and retreat behind me.

When no one else was around, the four of them and Kyoka treated each other without distinction of rank—and I, of course, wasn't an outsider either

.

To be honest, the beautiful, slender nurse was quite nervous during the acupuncture treatment, even a little

depressed. The reason was simple: this was her first time treating a patient alone… and beside her stood

the man she admired most; how could she not tremble?

Although Nanako's words disturbed her peace of mind, hearing her best friend's encouragement and Kyoka's

scolding , Akiko smiled gently, her mood improving considerably.

From Nanako's unseen angle, Kyoka winked at me, signaling me to cheer Akiko on as well.

I didn't want to, but my beautiful wife was demanding, so I had no choice but to yield.

Gently patting Akiko's shoulder, I calmly said, "Not bad, keep it up!"

Although it was just a simple word of encouragement, Akiko's eyes suddenly lit up, her gaze

softening and becoming alluring. "Yes, I know, thank you…"

Akiko wasn't good at expressing herself, but that didn't mean she was cold-hearted.

On the contrary, Akiko is very persistent in her feelings; I discovered early on that this beautiful, slender young nurse

liked me.

Feeling I already had enough wives, and since she was Kyoka's younger sister, I naturally didn't want to add to

my romantic entanglements, which was why I hadn't deliberately encouraged her earlier.

But now, the effect was indeed very good; Akiko's fatigue vanished instantly, and her energy increased dramatically.

Taking a deep breath, Akiko chose to use a medium-sized, hollow silver needle,

slightly , and following my instructions, pressed eighteen major acupoints on Miyazawa Akira's front, including Zigong, Tanzhong, and

Jiuwei, then sequentially pressing along the Hand Yangming, Shaoyang, and Taiyin meridians.

After this set of acupuncture points, Akiko's body appeared even more exhausted, causing Kyoka and Nanako great concern.

As Akiko stopped using the silver needles, Miyazawa Akira's arm gradually swelled, especially his palm,

which swelled to twice its normal size within five minutes.

Seeing this, Akiko immediately used a large, hollow silver needle to pierce the skin of Miyazawa Akira's ten fingers.

After a few breaths, black blood slowly seeped from Miyazawa Akira's fingers.

Fortunately, Kyoka and Nanako, as Akiko had requested, placed two silver basins beside Miyazawa Akira,

preventing the floor from getting dirty.

I brought over a stool for Akiko to sit on. The beautiful, slender nurse, already exhausted

, didn't refuse and leaned back in the chair.

Seeing her close her eyes, her small mouth slightly open, breathing rapidly, and fragrant sweat dripping down her face, my heart

softened and I reached out and patted Akiko's shoulder again.

"Oh..."

Akiko felt a warm current spread from her shoulder throughout her body, instantly feeling a warm, comforting sensation,

even more so than soaking in a hot spring when utterly exhausted.

Enjoying this comfortable state, Akiko didn't open her eyes; shy yet blissful, she lazily drifted off to sleep.

This must be the true energy the master cultivates! "

Wow, that's amazing! Just like that, you've relieved my fatigue. You truly are a remarkable person!"

While Akiko was resting, the two curious children beside her had already raised questions. Now that Akiko's treatment

was over , they came to ask me.

"Sir, he wasn't poisoned, nor was he injured, so where did this foul blood come from?"

Nanako looked at the half-basin of foul blood, somewhat alarmed. "He's so thin; can he handle losing

so much blood?"

"He was indeed poisoned—heart poison,"

I smiled slightly. "Just now, I was clearing the blockages in his liver, gallbladder, and heart meridians. Now, I'm unblocking the obstructions."

"The blood in his heart vessels is damaged. Miyazawa Akira wasn't just angry, but also heartbroken from being fired.

So-called sadness makes one sad, and sadness, doesn't it just damage one's own heart?

How can the heart beat healthily and energetically again if the toxins aren't expelled?"

"Also, didn't you ask if he, being so thin, could withstand such a lot of treatment? Acupuncture at eighteen acupoints

not only helps his body's energy flow smoothly and broadens his mind, but also helps strengthen his vital energy. As for

his weakness after acupuncture, a bowl of white ginseng soup will suffice when he wakes up; there's no need for special tonics."

"That makes sense,"

Nanako nodded and smiled.

The beautiful headmistress continued, "Sir, is the treatment over now?

How did our Akiko perform? Perfect, right?"

"Not so easy,"

I said calmly. "Akiko's treatment has removed the hidden dangers from his pent-up emotions and damaged blood vessels. From a

physical perspective, there's not much of a problem. The next step is to guide his mindset, giving him a renewed goal to strive for,

so he can recover his physical and mental health more quickly."

"Sir… there's something I'm not sure I should say,"

Akiko, having rested enough, looked up and whispered. "Go ahead,

"

I waved my hand.

"Cases like Mr. Miyazawa Akira's are common in Tokyo and throughout Japan. We can

save one, but we can't save them all."

Akiko's voice was soft, but earnest.

"Are you testing my compassion again?"

I countered.

I rarely made a witty remark, which surprised Akiko and made her voice relax a little. "No,

I just wanted to know what you think, sir."

After a moment's hesitation, I slowly said, "Perhaps we can't save many people, but at least when we encounter them, I have to

help. As a doctor, it's okay if I can't save everyone, but saving those I encounter who need help

is a very fulfilling and happy thing."

A silence fell over the room.

Even my beautiful wife, the dean who had made love with me countless times, was moved to tears by these words.

Not to mention Nanako and Akiko; the burning flame in the eyes of those two beautiful girls was irresistible

.

"So, I'm saying that deciding to stay here was the right thing to do!"

Nanako laughed, her smile full of alluring seduction. "Sir, if I become an old maid and

can't get married, you'll have to support me for the rest of my life..."

I secretly blushed.

"Ahem, just say you want me to marry you, why beat around the bush?" The beautiful, slender nurse

spoke up, "Sir, me too... It's Akiko's lifelong honor to learn from you... I will,

I will always stay by your side... to be your good helper..."

Actually, she wanted to omit the last few words, but given Akiko's shy nature, how could she dare

to say such straightforward things in front of Nanako and Kyoka?

After the two charming young women finished speaking, they both avoided looking at me. I stared directly into Kyoka's eyes.

The beautiful headmistress rolled her eyes at me, saying nothing...

"Hmph, I'm already yours, why do you need me to say those obedient words..."
