Section Six: As expected, plans are subject to change. Just
when everything was ready, I suddenly found myself with nothing to do. I texted Aji, who was coming from H city to N city, but he didn't reply. The more flustered I got, the more confused I became, and I accidentally typed out "condoms." Before I could even retract the message, my wife had already seen it.
Me: Of course I need to prepare them! After the aromatherapy spa, you felt so good, I want to have sex with you. I want to make love to you after the masseuse leaves.
Wife: You're so irresponsible! I'm ignoring you now, I'm going to get my hair done.
I congratulated myself on my quick thinking, but I also realized my wife still had reservations about preparing condoms. Just as I was lost in thought, Aji texted me.

Me: So fast? I'm almost ready too.

Me: Didn't we agree on everything? Why are you doing this now?
To be honest, it's partly my fault for not communicating properly and sending the wrong message, leading to my wife's misunderstanding. Seeing her firm refusal, I felt helpless.
Wife: I'm in a bad mood, don't say anything more. If you don't want to cancel, that's fine too. I can just buy a ticket to T city now; it's about the same whether I go tomorrow morning or tonight.
I knew there was no point in trying to persuade her any further, so I gave in.
Me: Okay, then we won't have the aromatherapy spa. I'll go to the movies with you tonight.
My wife was probably really angry. She used the excuse that she needed to stay home tonight to work on tomorrow's presentation materials and refused all the activities I had planned. She now sees me as someone with ulterior motives, so she's chosen to be a hedgehog, keeping everyone at bay.
