[Wuxia] I Have a Harem in Tianlong (Complete) - 14

Chapter 98

Chu Bawang understood Dao Baifeng's meaning. He raised himself up, placing his hands on either side of Dao Baifeng's head, his hard lower body pressing against her vulva. The fleshy, firm sensation ignited Dao Baifeng's desire. Dao Baifeng bent her legs to the sides, slightly raising her buttocks, using her wet vulva to welcome Chu Bawang's penis. After a few touches, unable to find the right spot, Dao Baifeng disregarded her ladylike demeanor and reached her hand down to grasp Chu Bawang's penis. Although it wasn't the first time she had held a man's penis, nor the first time she had held Chu Bawang's, the hardness of Chu Bawang's penis still made Dao Baifeng's heart and lower body tremble. The large glans pressed against her vulva, and Dao Baifeng released her hand. Chu Bawang thrust forward, his penis penetrating Dao Baifeng's wet, soft vagina. Dao Baifeng's small red lips parted but made no sound. Her neck arched slightly backward, and after a moment, a long, panting groan seemed to emanate from deep within her body. She stretched out her arms and hugged Chu Bawang's waist, feeling the back-and-forth thrusting, colliding, and rubbing of Chu Bawang's penis in her lower body, matching Chu Bawang's rhythm with her soft panting and moans.

The quiet room soon became filled with the sounds of wet, rubbing genitals, accompanied by Chu Bawang's rapid thrusting. Dao Baifeng's lower body was already overflowing with fluids. Even Dao Baifeng herself blushed at the sound of such lewd noises, but the pleasure brought by Chu Bawang's powerful thrusts forced the Dali princess to close her eyes, tilt her head to the side, and moan uncontrollably: "Ah...ah...ouch...um..."

Meanwhile, Duan Xiaoqiang was still shouting and screaming madly in the mourning hall. Despite not knowing any martial arts, Duan Xiaoqiang gave the impression of being possessed. Fortunately, Duan Xiaoqiang was in a daze and his mind was hazy. He only thought the lewd words that Dao Baifeng heard were his hallucinations. Otherwise, he would have definitely discovered that Dao Baifeng and Chu Bawang were having an affair. He would never have imagined that his usually aloof and dignified mother would also be having an affair, especially in front of his father's still-warm body in the mourning hall.

As soon as Chu Bawang penetrated her, he felt an extreme sense of comfort. Her moist vagina was soft and elastic, as if every inch of her flesh had a trembling power. Each withdrawal left a lingering drag on his penis, and each insertion felt like the end yet also a deep penetration. The smooth feel of Dao Baifeng's delicate skin and the perfect strength of her legs clamping him on both sides gave Chu Bawang a feeling of ecstasy. He almost ejaculated the moment he penetrated her. Even though he had made love with Dao Baifeng countless times, Chu Bawang always deeply cherished her "water curtain cave." That's why Chu Bawang spent so many days with Dao Baifeng in her Taoist temple, indulging in passionate lovemaking.

Duan Xiaoqiang was smashing things wildly in the mourning hall. Zhu Danchen and others rushed over upon hearing the noise. Chu Bawang, however, continued his rapid thrusting from behind a pillar. Dao Baifeng could no longer bear it; her moans grew louder, her legs lifted off the ground, gradually hanging around Chu Bawang's waist. Her lower body was wet, almost dripping with vaginal fluid. Her small feet were raised on either side of Chu Bawang's body, her round, white toes slightly curled towards the soles of her feet. Her expression of extreme pleasure was incredibly satisfying, incredibly lewd. Anyone who knew Dao Baifeng would never have imagined her displaying such lewdness.

"Ah...ah...Chu Lang...I can't...ah...I can't take it...anymore..."

Dao Baifeng's hands were already gripping Chu Bawang's waist, her legs spread wide as far as she could. Her small, pink nipples were now hard and erect, exceptionally delicate and pink.

Chu Bawang tightly embraced Dao Baifeng's beautiful buttocks, kissing her round little earlobe with his lips. He felt the softness and elasticity of her full breasts pressed against his own. His lower body was tightly inserted into Dao Baifeng's body, using the force of his buttock muscles to thrust and grind deep into her vagina. The deep penetration had already reached the end of Dao Baifeng's vagina. Each touch of his glans made Dao Baifeng's lower body tingle and tremble. "Ah...ah...ya...um...Chu Lang...ah...um..."

Dao Baifeng moaned and even cried out louder. Her delicate voice further stimulated Chu Bawang's passion in his ears. Her slender legs were wrapped around Chu Bawang's waist, her two little feet hooked together, her toes pointing upwards. A few puddles of water were barely visible on the ground.

Chu Bawang raised his body, grabbing one of Dao Baifeng's small feet with each hand, and stretched Dao Baifeng's legs apart and straightened them. He knelt on the ground and began to thrust in and out from a horizontal angle, pulling his penis out to the edge of her vagina each time before forcefully plunging it back in. Chu Bawang lowered his head, looking at Dao Baifeng's plump, tender vulva as his penis continued to enter and exit. From Dao Baifeng's wet vagina came the sounds of "squelch, squelch" and "splish, splish." His penis, which he pulled out, was already covered in wetness, and his pubic hair was also covered with patches of Dao Baifeng's vaginal fluid. "Ah...I...um...Chu Lang...ah..."

At this moment, Chu Bawang changed his position again, making Dao Baifeng lean her upper body against the pillar, while her legs stood straight up on either side of Chu Bawang's shoulders. Her lower body was exposed to receive Chu Bawang's continuous thrusting. The waves of stimulation and impact made Dao Baifeng's whole body weak and limp. Her whole body trembled wave after wave. The numbness and strong impact from her vagina made Dao Baifeng seem to forget everything. She just kept moaning, twisting her slender and soft waist, her head was tilted back, and a layer of fine beads of sweat appeared on the tip of her small nose. Her pointed and round chin was held up, and the blue veins on her white and thin neck were faintly visible. Her pair of full breasts trembled back and forth, dancing in an alluring rhythm and wave.

"Ah...ah...I can't take it anymore...ah...Chu Lang...ah...no more...ah...ah!" Dao Baifeng tightly wrapped her arms around Chu Bawang's neck, and placed her legs around Chu Bawang's waist. Her two long, white legs clamped around Chu Bawang's waist, swaying with Chu Bawang's thrusts. The muscles of her vagina twitched continuously, tightly wrapping around Chu Bawang's penis, as if a soft, moist, and warm fleshy hoop was enveloping Chu Bawang's penis. With the back and forth thrusts of Chu Bawang's penis, it contracted and released, while constantly secreting excited mucus.

Dao Baifeng trembled uncontrollably, an unprecedented climax overwhelming her entire body. A dizzying sensation swirled in her mind, everything before her eyes was blurry, only the constant stimulation and spasms of her vagina echoing throughout her body, accompanied by continuous moans and gasps. Dao Baifeng's soft, voluptuous body clung to Chu Bawang, twisting and trembling, her lips and tender cheeks constantly rubbing and kissing Chu Bawang's face, reveling in the excitement of her climax beneath him.

Chu Bawang tightly embraced the excited, almost wanton, mature woman beneath him. With Dao Baifeng's body tightly entwined, he thrust his penis in and out as much as possible, feeling the tight, full sensation of Dao Baifeng's wet vagina. The tingling, gripping sensation of his glans constantly stimulated Chu Bawang's excited nerves. The inexperienced Chu Bawang only knew to continuously pursue stronger stimulation until he finally reached the peak of ejaculation. He laboriously rose and fell his hips, thrusting his penis in and out, his wet genitals constantly rubbing and colliding together, the sticky, sizzling sounds filling the air. Amidst Dao Baifeng's soft moans and panting, the scene became even more lewd and wanton.

"Ah...Chu Lang...um...don't move...ah...ah..." Dao Baifeng trembled violently, her hands and feet tightly wrapped around Chu Bawang's body, her lower body pressed tightly against Chu Bawang's hard penis, forcing Chu Bawang to move slowly on Dao Baifeng's soft body without being able to thrust. Her vagina, wrapped around Chu Bawang's penis, twitched and contracted continuously, her delicate nose, pressed against Chu Bawang's face, felt cool, and her hot lips kept kissing Chu Bawang's face and lips, her soft moans and panting echoing in Chu Bawang's ears.

As Dao Baifeng tightly embraced Chu Bawang, Chu Bawang was steadily approaching the peak of his excitement. The tingling sensation on his glans told him he couldn't hold on much longer. Every time Chu Bawang made love, he would thrust continuously until he ejaculated. Just as he was about to ejaculate, Dao Baifeng experienced a powerful orgasm and tightly embraced Chu Bawang to stop him from stimulating her further. In the instant he stopped, Chu Bawang could feel his penis still twitching a few times, and a few drops of fluid flowed from his glans. Chu Bawang tried his best to move his penis inside Dao Baifeng's body, rubbing against her vagina, which was convulsing during her orgasm. Although he wasn't thrusting, the rhythmic trembling of Dao Baifeng's soft, wet vagina gave Chu Bawang the same intense stimulation.

"Chu Lang, hold me... um..."

Dao Baifeng gasped and moaned in Chu Bawang's ear. Chu Bawang slipped his hand under Dao Baifeng's body, feeling a layer of sweat on her smooth back. He hugged her tightly, feeling the softness of her full breasts pressed against his chest. His lower body involuntarily thrust deeper into Dao Baifeng's vagina. "Ah--" Dao Baifeng let out a long moan, her crossed legs and buttocks pushing upwards forcefully. Chu Bawang's penis touched the trembling depths of her vagina, the stimulation on the glans causing his penis to throb twice, ejaculating hot semen. "Ah-ah..."

Dao Baifeng felt the warm impact inside her body; Chu Bawang's fierceness seemed to want to penetrate her alluring core. She was driven to ecstasy, her hair disheveled, panting heavily, her eyes glazed, her whole body feeling incredibly comfortable, her fragrant sweat and vaginal fluids soaking the sofa. At this moment, Dao Baifeng convulsed and trembled, tightly embracing Chu Bawang's waist and back, her hot spring water gushing out. Feeling an unbearable tingling sensation at the head of his head, Chu Bawang finally couldn't help but tremble violently, like a volcanic eruption, scalding lava shooting out, shooting pleasurably deep into Dao Baifeng's flower core.

Dao Baifeng was incredibly comfortable from the hot lava, and finally couldn't help but let out a long, high-pitched moan. Chu Bawang trembled violently, his passage spasmed, and scalding lava gushed out, burning Dao Baifeng's delicate body, making her tremble, tightly embracing Chu Bawang as they soared together! The two reached their climax simultaneously, tightly embracing each other. After the climax, they finally remembered their current situation and dared not savor the afterglow of passion. They hurriedly tidied their clothes. Dao Baifeng was fine, she only needed to put on her underpants, but Chu Bawang was not as convenient as Dao Baifeng, needing to tie his belt, which was a bit more troublesome, and he was much slower than Dao Baifeng.

After their lovemaking, Dao Baifeng finally remembered Duan Xiaoqiang, who had gone mad with lust, and hurriedly called out worriedly, "Yu'er, what's wrong with you? Don't scare your mother!" When Duan Xiaoqiang first heard Dao Baifeng's worried call, he regained a little bit of his senses. Before long, he was overwhelmed by the chaotic internal energy surging through his body, causing his head to throb. The internal energy within his body was so strong that it felt as if it was about to burst out of his chest. If he waved his hands and feet and threw something, he would feel slightly better. He waved his hands wildly in the air, and after a while, he faintly heard Dao Baifeng's cries again. Moreover, the cries were so peculiar, like the lewd sounds of a pair of adulterers making love. However, he just thought that his mind was confused and quickly forgot about it. His head was constantly throbbing from the impact of the internal energy, and he kept thinking about those things between men and women, so he just thought that he was being paranoid. Then he saw Dao Baifeng emerge from the pillar, her hair disheveled, her face flushed, her eyes filled with alluring desire. But Duan Yu was completely unaware of this, and didn't bother to examine Dao Baifeng closely. He didn't notice anything amiss with her, and was utterly oblivious to the fact that his beloved mother was at his father's funeral, witnessing her incestuous relationship with her lover. He was incapable of thinking anything else; his mind was a blur, his thoughts clouded, focused solely on venting his anger, smashing the things around him—only that could make him feel better! He only knew there was someone beside him, but he didn't know who it was!

Dao Baifeng stood to the side, tears streaming down her face, saying, "Yu'er, my Yu'er, what's wrong? Don't scare your mother!"

Duan Yu, hearing Dao Baifeng's ever-worried voice repeatedly, finally regained his senses and said painfully, "Mother, I don't know what's wrong, it hurts so much, it's so painful!" Dao Baifeng was extremely worried when she saw Duan Yu flailing his arms and legs. Just then, Duan Zhengming and Zhu Danchen walked in. Seeing Chu Bawang there, everyone greeted him with smiles and glances. Duan Zhengming, upon entering, smelled a peculiar odor and muttered to himself, "Why does this smell so strange?" Zhu Danchen and the others also smelled it and nodded slightly. Chu Bawang seemed unaffected, but Dao Baifeng's face turned bright red. She lowered her head to hide her distress and, in a moment of quick thinking, asked, "Yu'er, how are you feeling?" Seeing Duan Yu's state, Duan Zhengming hurriedly asked, "Yu'er, what's wrong?"

Duan Xiaoqiang, seeing Duan Zhengming enter, cried out, "Uncle, I'm going to die!"

His hands waved wildly in the air, looking like a madman.

Duan Zhengming saw Dao Baifeng weeping beside him, her face haggard, and understood her feelings. She had just lost her husband, and now her son was like this; anyone would be heartbroken. Although Dao Baifeng was sad and worried, her appearance wasn't due to the reason Duan Zhengming suspected, but rather the result of her recent lovemaking with the Chu Overlord. Seeing her disheveled hair and panicked expression, Duan Zhengming comforted her, "Sister-in-law, don't panic. It's just that the poison you ingested in Wanjie Valley hasn't been cleared yet. It's not difficult to treat."

No matter how hard Duan Zhengming racked his brains, he couldn't understand why Dao Baifeng's hair was disheveled—it was because her movements had been too vigorous, and why she was panicked—because she was relieved that Chu Bawang and she had reached climax in time. Otherwise, things would have been quite embarrassing. She couldn't imagine the awkwardness of being discovered if they had made love a little longer; she probably would have wanted to die!

Chapter 99

Duan Zhengming asked Duan Yu, "How are you feeling?"

Duan Yu stamped his feet repeatedly, looking extremely pained, and cried out with difficulty, "Nephew, my whole body is swollen, it's extremely uncomfortable, Uncle, please let some blood out for me, okay? I'm really in so much pain, my body is about to explode."

Duan Zhengming looked at his face and hands, and saw no abnormalities, not a bit swollen. He knew he was delirious, so he frowned and said, "Now we can only wait for the imperial physician to arrive." Recalling her earlier licentiousness, Dao Baifeng's face involuntarily flushed slightly, and she whispered to herself, "I hope Yu'er is alright, otherwise I don't want to live either." After waiting for a while, the imperial physician finally arrived, and everyone immediately breathed a sigh of relief, temporarily placing their hopes on the imperial physician. Then, everyone's eyes were fixed on Duan Yu.

After carefully taking Duan Yu's pulse, a royal physician calmly bowed and said, "Your Majesty, the young master's pulse is extremely strong, seemingly indicating excessive blood and energy. In

my humble opinion, perhaps some bloodletting would be appropriate?" Duan Zhengming thought that Duan Yu might be confused to ask him to bleed, but since the physician had suggested it, he nodded and said, "Alright, bleed him."

The physician replied, "Yes!"

The physician opened his medicine chest and took out a large leech from a porcelain box. Seeing this, Chu Bawang was puzzled. Why would this physician carry such a large leech? Did he have some kind of precognitive ability, knowing beforehand that Duan Xiaoqiang needed bloodletting? After thinking it over, Chu Bawang came up with a phrase: "It's necessary for the plot." Chu Bawang sighed inwardly: Even Jin Yong couldn't escape this cliché!

Leeches are good at sucking blood, making it the most convenient and painless way to remove stagnant blood from a patient. The imperial physician grasped Duan Yu's arm and aimed the leech's mouth at his veins. The physician, who knew no martial arts and possessed no internal energy, felt no reaction upon contact with Duan Yu's body. However, the leech, upon touching Duan Yu's arm, wriggled incessantly, refusing to bite. The physician was greatly surprised and pressed down hard on the leech. After a while, the leech stiffened and died. The physician, embarrassed before the emperor, sweat poured down his forehead. He hurriedly took a second leech, but it too remained stiff and dead. Another physician, his face filled with worry, said, "Your Majesty, the physician's body is poisoned; even the leeches have died."

Little did he know that after Duan Yu swallowed the python-like toad, all snakes and insects would flee at the mere scent of the poison, even the most venomous snakes were subdued, let alone a few small leeches.

Duan Zhengming asked anxiously, "What kind of poison is that, so potent?"

One imperial physician said, "In my humble opinion, the Crown Prince's pulse is rapid and hot, indicating he has been poisoned by a rare type of heat toxin. As for its name…"

Another physician said, "No, the Crown Prince's pulse indicates yin deficiency, and the toxin is purely cold. It should be

neutralized with warming medicine." The two physicians each held a different view and could not offer a definitive explanation. Duan Zhengming listened to their endless debate. These two were the most skilled physicians in the Dali Kingdom, yet their opinions were so diametrically opposed. It was clear that the evil toxin in his nephew's body was extremely strange. Duan Zhengming extended his right index, middle, and ring fingers and gently placed them on Duan Yu's wrist at the 'Lieque' acupoint. The pulse of the Duan family descendants often did not originate at the cunkou point but at the Lieque point, a condition physicians called 'reverse pulse'.

The two physicians were greatly impressed by the Emperor's profound medical knowledge. One physician said, "Medical books say: 'A reversed pulse on the left hand indicates nobility, on the right hand indicates wealth, and on both hands it indicates great wealth and nobility.' His Majesty, the Prince of Zhennan, and the Heir Apparent all have reversed pulses."

Another said, "The three are already wealthy and noble, but that doesn't necessarily mean they are.

The first physician said, 'Not so. Since the Heir Apparent's pulse indicates great wealth and nobility, it proves that although the illness is dangerous, it's not a serious problem.'

Another imperial physician disagreed, thinking, 'Don't people who are extremely wealthy and noble die young?'

But he couldn't say this aloud.

Duan Zhengming noticed that his nephew's pulse was strong and fast; how could his heart withstand such a rapid beating? He slightly tightened his fingers, trying to check for any abnormalities in his meridians, when suddenly, his own internal energy rushed out and vanished without a trace. He was greatly surprised and quickly let go. He didn't know what Duan Yu's condition was, but the Lieque acupoint was the acupoint in Duan Yu's absorption meridian." Duan Zhengming channeled his inner energy into Duan Yu's body, and suddenly felt a jolt throughout his body. A surge of fire rushed up from his dantian, and his lips and tongue became dry, sparks flew before his eyes. He immediately realized something was wrong, and felt his inner energy being continuously absorbed by Duan Yu. He was shocked and shouted, "Yu'er, have you encountered Ding Chunqiu of Xingxiu Sea? Still relying on your hands? How can you enjoy it? Forum reputation guaranteed! The more abundant the inner energy, the higher the internal strength. Once the inner energy is lost, even if one does not die, one will lose all martial arts and become a cripple. Duan Zhengming had diligently cultivated his internal energy for many years, his true qi was extremely abundant, but the moment his palm touched Duan Yu's, his entire body's true qi surged forth like a river bursting its banks, uncontrollable. He shouted twice in succession, but Duan Yu was already unconscious and completely unaware.

Duan Yu cried out, "Ouch!"

His whole body trembled violently, shaking uncontrollably.

Duan Zhengming took two steps back, still shaken. Duan Yu finally regained his senses and said, "Ding... Ding Chunqiu? Nephew doesn't know who he is."

Duan Zhengming said, "I heard he's an old man with an air of otherworldly grace, like a celestial being in a painting."

Duan Yu said, "Nephew has never seen him."

Duan Zhengming said, "This man possesses a wicked skill, adept at dissolving others' internal energy, called the 'Dissolving Power Technique,' which can ruin a person's entire life's martial arts cultivation in an instant. All martial artists in the world deeply abhor it. If you've never seen him, how... how did you learn this wicked skill?"

Duan Yu hurriedly said, "Nephew hasn't learned... learned it. Ding Chunqiu and the Dissolving Power Technique..." "This is the first time I've heard my uncle mention this."

Duan Zhengming knew he wouldn't lie, much less try to neutralize his internal energy. In a flash, he understood: "That's it! It must be that Crown Prince Yanqing learned this evil art and used some strange method to transfer it into Yu'er's body, causing him to unknowingly harm me and Chun-di. Heh heh, this man is known as 'the most evil person in the world,' and he truly lives up to his name!"

Duan Yu scratched and clawed wildly at his body, tearing his clothes to shreds and scratching his skin until it bled. He struggled to suppress his cries and groans. Dao Baifeng kept comforting him, "Yu'er, be patient, you'll be fine in a little while."

Seeing Duan Yu scratching and tearing at his body, his clothes ripped to shreds, Duan Zhengming felt a pang of pity and thought, "This problem can only be solved by seeking help from Tianlong Temple."

He said, "Yu'er, I'll take you to see some elders; I think they'll have a way to cure your evil poison."

Duan Yu replied, "Yes!"

He was feeling increasingly unwell, only hoping for a speedy recovery. He quickly changed into a farmer's robe and followed his uncle out of the mansion, each mounting a horse and galloping northwest.

Along the way, Dao Baifeng occasionally glanced discreetly in the direction of Chu Bawang. The two adulterers, of course, had already tidied themselves up and appeared calm and composed, as if nothing had happened. However, Chu Bawang muttered to himself: How could Duan Xiaoqiang be like this? In the original book, he absorbed the true energy of many masters because he practiced the Northern Darkness Divine Art, which led to this situation. Logically, he shouldn't be experiencing this again. He's clearly experiencing a surge in power that he can't control. He wasn't given the Northern Darkness Divine Art, so how could he suddenly learn it?

The King of Chu only knew that the "Python Crimson Toad" Duan Yu consumed possessed the innate ability to absorb venomous snakes and insects, but he didn't know that the "Python Crimson Toad" was a product of chance, born from the mating of several types of snakes and insects over generations, possessing many unknown effects. Zhong Wanchou and his wife, along with Zhong Ling, only knew that the toads' calls would attract countless snakes, but they didn't know that consuming them would cause such a strange phenomenon. These toads themselves were rare treasures, seen only once in a thousand years. If Duan Yu hadn't willingly sought death, who would dare to consume such a vicious insect capable of controlling venomous snakes? Duan Yu swallowed the pair of python-shaped toads, which interacted with the toxicity of the "Yin-Yang Harmony Powder." Not only did the yang energy become overwhelmingly strong, but if Duan Yu didn't have internal energy, it would be fine. However, if he learned internal energy, it would stimulate the interaction between the "python-shaped toads" and the Yin-Yang Harmony Powder within his body, giving rise to a characteristic that allows him to absorb the true energy of others.

When Duan Yu encountered a disciple from Wuliang Mountain, the disciple tried to grab him, but the moment his hand touched Duan Yu's arm, his entire body shuddered as if struck by lightning, and his internal energy surged out. He cried out in fright, "Ouch! Ouch!"

Originally, Duan Yu had only swallowed the "Python Toad," which wouldn't have been a problem. But things happened by chance. While practicing the Lingbo Weibu technique left behind by Xiang Yu, he gradually developed a trace of internal energy. Eventually, the "Toad Divine Skill," which he accidentally created, possessed limitless suction power. It would absorb whatever it touched, even a third party touching it, causing their internal energy to be absorbed as well. The internal energy cultivated for many years by the dozen or so disciples of Wuliang Mountain was completely drained. It seems some things are destined, and no one can change them! Now, the Empress is also destined to belong to Xiang Yu, because Duan Zhengming will become a monk after this!

Chapter 100.

The ancestors of the Duan family, those who were emperors, often abdicated and became monks. They all took vows at Tianlong Temple, making it the ancestral temple of the Dali royal family, the most revered among all temples in the country.

Chu Bawang's Lingbo Weibu (a martial arts technique) was incredibly profound and fast, making his journey effortless. He constantly leered at Dao Baifeng, who was still flushed from her earlier lewd behavior in front of Duan Zhengchun's memorial hall. Every time she saw Chu Bawang's lewd gaze, Dao Baifeng couldn't help but think of the impact and excitement of their encounter. The thrill of breaking ethical norms and the near-discovery deeply captivated her.

As recorded in the original book, Duan Yu, riding on horseback, followed Duan Zhengming's instructions to calm the turbulent internal energy within his body. With his unease lessened, Duan Yu followed Duan Zhengming to the temple. Sunlight shone on the glazed tiles of the temple roof, creating a dazzling golden glow. The temple's magnificent appearance rivaled even the imperial palace of the Dali Kingdom. This Tianlong Temple was a place frequently visited by Emperor Baoding. Although he was an emperor, many of the high-ranking monks in the temple were his elders. Therefore, while the guest monks received him with utmost respect, they did not appear trembling with fear or panic. Since Tianlong Temple was a place Emperor Baoding often visited, he immediately went to pay his respects to Abbot Benyin. If arranged according to lay seniority, Abbot Benyin was Emperor Baoding's uncle. However, monks do not adhere to the formalities between ruler and subject, nor do they consider familial seniority; the two met with equal courtesy. Emperor Baoding recounted in detail how Duan Yu had been captured by Crown Prince Yanqing, how he had been poisoned, and how he had acquired evil powers that could transform others' internal energy.

Abbot Benyin pondered for a moment and said, "Please follow me to the Muni Hall to meet my three fellow disciples."

Duan Zhengming said, "Disturbing the peaceful cultivation of these masters is a grave offense."

Abbot Tianyin said, "The Prince of Zhennan will be the future heir to our throne, and his fate rests on the shoulders of the entire nation. With your knowledge and internal strength, you are second only to me. Since you have come to ask me, it must be a very difficult question."

Two young novices led the way, followed by Abbot Tianyin, and then Duan Zhengming and his nephew. They passed through more than ten rows of houses and arrived at the side of a long corridor. The two young novices bowed and stood on either side, stopping in their tracks. The three continued westward along the corridor, arriving at several houses. These houses were entirely constructed of pine wood, with plank doors and wooden pillars; the wood was unpeeled, possessing a natural, rustic charm, quite different from the opulent halls they had passed through. Many of the plank walls and pillars were rotten, making these houses resemble hunting lodges in a remote mountain valley.

Abbot Benyin clasped his hands together and said, "Amitabha, I have a question that I cannot resolve, and I apologize for disturbing your studies, my fellow disciples."

A voice from inside said, "Abbot, please come in!"

Benyin slowly pushed open the door. The plank door creaked and groaned, indicating it was rarely opened or closed. Duan Yu followed the abbot inside. He heard the abbot refer to them as "three fellow disciples." Inside, four monks sat on four prayer mats. Of the three monks who entered, two were gaunt and withered, while the other was a burly, middle-aged man. The monk on the east side faced the inner wall, motionless.

Duan Zhengming recognized the two withered and thin monks as Ben Guan and Ben Xiang, both senior disciples of Abbot Ben Yin. The burly monk, Ben Can, was Ben Yin's junior disciple. He only knew that Tianlong Temple's Muni Hall had three eminent monks: Guan, Xiang, and Can, but he was unaware of the other monk. He immediately bowed in greeting. The three monks, Ben Guan and Ben Xiang, returned the greeting with smiles. The monk Bai Bi, whether in deep meditation or at a crucial moment in his practice and unable to concentrate, remained unmoved. Duan Zhengming knew that the word 'Muni' meant silence and stillness, and since this was the Muni Hall, it was best to speak as little as possible. So, he concisely explained that Duan Yu had been poisoned, and concluded, "I humbly request the four virtuous ones to guide me."

The monk pondered for a long while, then looked at Duan Yu for a long time before asking, "What do you two junior brothers think?"

The monk said, "Even if I slightly lose internal energy, I might still be able to cultivate the sixth level..."

Before he could finish, the monk suddenly interrupted, "Junior brother, please be careful what you say!"

He glanced at Chu Bawang almost imperceptibly, and the monk followed his gaze, immediately realizing that the monk was reminding him that there were outsiders present and he shouldn't casually reveal the temple's secrets. He hadn't thought things through, and now, reminded by the monk, he couldn't help but feel a little awkward.

Upon hearing the word "six" at the end of Benshen's words, Chu Bawang knew he was referring to the "Six Meridian Divine Sword." Benshen's sudden interruption clearly indicated his concern about Chu Bawang's presence. Although he understood the implication, he still felt uncomfortable being treated with such suspicion. He thought to himself, "What are you old monks doing, beating around the bush? Not only did I know long ago that your Tianlong Temple possessed the 'Six Meridian Divine Sword' manual, but Kumārajīva and Murong Bo also knew. Yet you're still hiding it like it's a secret. Heh heh, not only that, but I've also learned the most powerful move of the Six Meridian Divine Sword. If I hadn't been so busy chasing girls, I might have learned the whole thing!"

He knew the upcoming discussion would involve the "Six Meridian Divine Sword," a secret manual of the Dali Duan family's martial arts. These old bald monks would never let him stay and listen, but he didn't need to listen to their ramblings. He knew the Six Meridian Divine Sword inside and out; he had other plans for being there. Judging by the time, the person should be arriving soon.

They were currently inside Tianlong Temple, but Duan Zhengming couldn't make a decision on his own, so he looked at Abbot Benyin. Benyin turned to Chu Bawang, palms together, and smiled, saying, "What you say is very true, benefactor. As the abbot, I cannot personally receive you; this is truly an insult to you!"

He then bowed to Chu Bawang and beckoned a young monk in, instructing him to arrange a meditation room for Chu Bawang and to take good care of him. The young monk accepted the order, bowed to everyone, and Chu Bawang also bid farewell, then followed the young monk out of the Muni Hall.

The young monk led Chu Bawang through several turns until they arrived at a row of monks' quarters, then led him into a room and invited him to sit and rest. On the way there, he had also summoned another young monk, instructing him to stand guard outside and await Chu Bawang's orders. He then returned to the Muni Hall to report to the abbot, where he waited for Emperor Baoding and Duan Yu to emerge, saying he would immediately inform Xiang Yu as soon as they came out. Xiang Yu, however, was far from obedient. Sure enough, as soon as the little monk left, he transformed into a "gentleman on the roof" and climbed onto the roof!

Upon hearing the words "Six Meridian Divine Sword," Duan Zhengming's heart skipped a beat. He pondered, "When I was young, my father mentioned that our Duan family ancestors possessed a martial art called 'Six Meridian Divine Sword,' with immense power. But my father said it was just a rumor; he had never heard of any ancestor who knew this skill, and no one knew exactly how miraculous it was. Master Bencan's words mean that such a wondrous skill truly exists."

He then thought, "Master Bencan means that he intends to use internal energy to detoxify Yu'er. This will inevitably hinder their progress in cultivating the 'Six Meridian Divine Sword.' But the evil poison and evil skill that Yu'er has been afflicted with are extremely strange. If it weren't for the combined efforts of the five of us here, how could we cure him?"

Although he felt apologetic, he ultimately did not refuse. Monk Benxiang stood up without saying a word, bowed his head, and took a corner in the northeast. Benguan and Bencan also stood in their respective positions. Abbot Benyin exclaimed, "Excellent! Excellent!" He then

positioned himself in the southwest-southwest direction.

Duan Zhengming said, "Yu'er, the four venerable elders have spared no effort to expel the evil poison from you. Quickly thank them."

Seeing his uncle's expression and the four monks' actions, Duan Yu knew this was no small matter. He immediately knelt and kowtowed to each of the four monks. The four monks smiled and nodded. Duan Zhengming said, "Yu'er, sit cross-legged. Don't think about anything, and don't exert any strength. If you experience severe pain or itching, these are normal signs; don't be alarmed." Duan Yu

agreed and sat down as instructed.

Benyin and Yan raised their right thumbs, slightly concentrated their energy, and pressed them onto the Fengfu acupoint on the back of Duan Yu's head, channeling their One Yang Finger power. The Fengfu acupoint is an inch from the hairline and belongs to the Du meridian. Following the monk Benxiang, who pressed the Ren Meridian's Zigong acupoint, Bencan and Yan pressed the Yinwei Meridian's Daheng acupoint, Abbot Benyin pressed the Chong Meridian's Youmen acupoint and the Dai Meridian's Zhangmen acupoint, and Duan Zhengming pressed the Yinjiao Meridian's Qingming acupoint. Of the eight extraordinary meridians, the five left the Yangwei and Yangjiao meridians untouched. All five used the One-Yang Finger technique, employing pure Yang energy to expel the evil poison and harmful practices afflicting Duan Yu through the acupoints of the Yangwei and Yangjiao meridians.

The five masters of the Duan family were all highly skilled in One-Yang Finger, and with a hissing sound, five streams of pure Yang internal energy simultaneously entered Duan Yu's body. Duan Yu felt a jolt throughout his body, instantly experiencing a warm, indescribable comfort, like being basked in the winter sun. The five masters moved their fingers in rapid succession, feeling their own internal energy gradually dissolve after entering Duan Yu's body, never to be withdrawn. Duan Yu had never practiced the "Northern Darkness Divine Skill" of the Eight Extraordinary Meridians, but the five masters forcibly injected it into him with the power of the One-Finger Divine Skill. Duan Yu was helpless, and the internal energy was stored in his Tanzhong Qihai. The five masters of the Duan family looked at each other, all of them surprised and uncertain.

Chu Bawang (Overlord of Chu) didn't come for the Six Meridians Divine Sword, as he had already memorized it and mastered its most powerful move—the Shaoshang Sword. His sole purpose was to prevent Duan Xiaoqiang from being taken away by Kumārajīva. He wanted Duan Xiaoqiang to obediently remain as emperor, because Duan Zhengchun was dead, and Duan Zhengming would, as in the original story, become a monk to cultivate one branch of the Six Meridians Divine Sword in order to fight against Kumārajīva. Therefore, as long as Duan Xiaoqiang wasn't taken to Wang Yuyan by Kumārajīva, he would have no choice but to remain obediently in the palace as the little emperor. In that case, all the beauties of Tianlong would belong to Chu Bawang; no one would compete with him. Even if Duan Xiaoqiang knew martial arts, he would still have to stay in the palace and be the emperor of Dali! Furthermore, after Duan Zhengming became a monk, his empress would no longer be able to escape Chu Bawang's grasp and would be at his disposal! Therefore, Duan Zhengming's becoming a monk was truly a great benefit to Chu Bawang. Chu Bawang only now realized that Kumozhi was actually quite adorable! He had done quite a few "good deeds" for him! At most, he would have to go easy on him later, hehe!

Suddenly, Chu Bawang heard a loud "whoosh—" shout. If Chu Bawang hadn't possessed profound skill, he might have been knocked down by the sound. Even so, his ears were ringing. Chu Bawang knew that this was a top-tier skill in Buddhism called the "Lion's Roar," a powerful shout containing profound internal energy, with the effect of intimidating enemies and alerting allies.

Chapter 101

Chu Bawang also knew that this shout came from Elder Kurong. Elder Kurong was the most senior monk in Tianlong Temple, and had been meditating in seclusion for decades. None of the monks in Tianlong Temple had ever seen his true face. Even Duan Zhengming had only heard of him by name and had never met him. He had always heard that he was practicing solitary meditation in Shuangshu Courtyard, and hadn't heard anyone mention him for over ten years, only saying that he had already passed away. However, to confront Kumārajīva, Kurong had no choice but to leave seclusion. Although Kurong's martial arts were formidable, he was still quite a distance from Kumārajīva's. Chu Bawang was well aware of Kumārajīva's strength; he was a top-tier master in Tianlong Temple, comparable to other top masters like Qiao Feng, Xiao Yuanshan, and Murong Bo. How could Kurong possibly defeat him? That's why he had Duan Zhengming join in as a substitute. Kurong said, "A powerful enemy will arrive soon. Tianlong Temple's century-old reputation is teetering on the brink of collapse. Whether this brat is poisoned or possessed, is it worth wasting our strength for him at this juncture?"

His words were filled with authority.

Abbot Benyin said, "Uncle-Master's teachings are correct!"

With a wave of his left hand, the five of them retreated simultaneously.

Upon hearing Abbot Benyin address the man as his "Uncle-Master," Duan Zhengming hurriedly said, "I was unaware that Elder Kurong was here. I have failed to pay my respects properly and have committed many sins."

Elder Kurong was the most senior monk in Tianlong Temple, having meditated facing a wall for decades. None of the monks had ever seen his true face. Even Chu Bawang had only heard of him, never having met him. He had always heard of him meditating alone in Shuangshu Courtyard, and for over ten years had not heard anyone mention him, assuming he had long since passed away.

Elder Kurong said, "There are priorities. The appointment with the Great Snow Mountain Great Wheel Bright King is imminent. Zhengming, you should also consult with him."

Duan Zhengming replied, "Yes."

He thought to himself, "The Great Snow Mountain Great Wheel Bright King's Buddhist teachings are profound; what connection does he have with us?"

Duan Zhengming took the letter and recognized the inscription: "Respectfully presented to the Abbot of Chongsheng Temple." He pulled out a thin sheet of gold paper from its sheath, written in Sanskrit, which essentially said: "Years ago, with the Murong family of Gusu..." Mr. Bo and I met and became friends, discussing contemporary martial arts. Mr. Murong spoke highly of your temple's "Six Meridians Divine Sword," expressing deep regret for not having had the opportunity to see it. I recently heard of Mr. Murong's passing and am deeply saddened. To repay my friend, I intend to request the scripture from your temple, to be burned at Mr. Murong's grave. I will come to collect it soon; please do not refuse. This humble monk will naturally repay with a valuable gift, for I dare not take it empty-handed.

The letter is signed "Kumārajīva, disciple of the Great Wheel Temple of the Great Snow Mountain, bowing 100 times." The Sanskrit characters on the letterhead are inlaid with platinum, the craftsmanship exquisite, clearly the work of a master artisan who has devoted countless hours to its creation. The envelope and the letter alone are two priceless treasures; the extravagance of this Great Wheel King is unimaginable.

Duan Zhengming only knew that the Great Wheel King Kumārajīva was the Dharma King protecting the Tibetan Kingdom, but he had only heard that he possessed great wisdom, was well-versed in Buddhism, and that every five years he would hold a sermon, attracting eminent monks from all over the Western Regions and India to gather at the Great Wheel Temple in the Great Snow Mountain to discuss scriptures, debate, and study Buddhist texts. After listening to the Dharma, they would all depart with joy and praise. Duan Zhengming had also considered going to listen to his sermons. The letter mentioned that he had discussed martial arts with Murong Bo of Gusu and become close friends, indicating that Murong Bo was also a master of martial arts. Such a wise and insightful person, if not practicing martial arts, would certainly be extraordinary.

Speaking of Kumārajīva, Xiang Yu (the Hegemon-King of Chu) was undoubtedly the most familiar with him. He had read the books, and Kumārajīva's martial arts were undoubtedly among the best of his time, his Buddhist teachings profound. However, he broke the precept against greed. After Murong Bo subtly mentioned the Six Meridian Divine Sword, he became obsessed with this supposedly number one sword technique in the world. In truth, if he had focused on cultivating his Flaming Saber, he wouldn't have been far inferior. After all, the Flaming Saber was a martial art he created himself, and what suits one best is the best. Although the Six Meridian Divine Sword was the number one sword technique in the world, in terms of proficiency and understanding, Xiang Yu might even be slightly inferior to Xiang Yu's Flaming Saber, which he had cultivated for decades. Therefore, Kumārajīva shouldn't have gone to such lengths to steal the Flaming Saber. However, Murong Bo exploited this very trait of Kumārajīva's, ultimately leading to Kumārajīva's complete loss of martial arts skills. It must be said, Murong Bo was truly a remarkable figure!

Abbot Benyin said, “'The Six Meridians Divine Sword Manual' is the most precious treasure of our temple, the supreme secret of the Dali Duan family's martial arts. Zhengming, the most profound martial arts of our Dali Duan family are in Tianlong Temple. You are a secular person, and even though we are your own nephews, many secrets of martial arts cannot be revealed to you.”

Duan Zhengming said, “Yes, I understand.”

Abbot Benyin said, “Our temple possesses the Six Meridians Divine Sword Manual, which even Zhengming and Zhengchun do not know. I wonder how the Murong family of Gusu found out.”

Duan Yu Hearing this, he suddenly remembered that in the 'Langhuan Blessed Land' of Wuliang Mountain, where the stone had observed, there were labels on the empty bookshelves marked 'Da Jin Duan Shi,' with the words 'One-Finger Divine Technique, missing' and 'Six Meridian Divine Sword Manual, missing.' He thought to himself, 'The Fairy Sister has collected martial arts manuals and boxing manuals from all over the world, but she has never obtained my family's 'One-Finger Divine Technique' and 'Six Meridian Divine Sword Manual.' He

felt a little proud, but also melancholy, thinking that the Fairy Sister must feel regret about this.'

Benyin said angrily, "This Great Wheel King is a world-renowned high monk. How can he be so unreasonable as to dare to forcibly demand this scripture from our temple? Abbot Zhengming knows that those with good intentions don't come, and those who do are not well-intentioned. The consequences of this matter are not small. He cannot make the decision himself, so he asks Uncle Kurong to come out and take charge."

Benyin said, "Although our temple possesses this scripture, we are ashamed to say that none of us have mastered the divine skills described in it, not even a slight understanding of its essence. The 'Dry Zen' practiced by Uncle Kurong is another divine skill of our temple, and it will take more time to fully master. Outsiders are unaware that we haven't mastered the divine skills, but does the Great Wheel King really think he's so fearless, unafraid of the Six Meridians Divine Sword's ultimate technique?"

Chapter 102

Kurong coldly said, "I suppose he doesn't dare to underestimate the Six Meridians Divine Sword." "It's obvious. In his letter, he expressed such high regard for Mr. Murong, and Mr. Murong was also fond of this sutra. The Great Wheel King knew the importance of this. However, he anticipated that our temple had no outstanding masters. Although the sutra was precious, it would be useless if no one could master it."

Bencan said loudly, "If he admires it himself and asks to borrow it for a look, we respect him as a high-ranking Buddhist monk and at most politely decline. It's not a big deal. What's most infuriating is that he actually wants to burn it for the dead. Isn't that underestimating Tianlong Temple?"

Benxiang sighed and said, "Junior brother, there's no need to be angry about this. I think that Great Wheel King is not a delusional person. He wants to follow the example of hanging a sword on Wu Jizha's tomb. It seems that he admires Mr. Murong very much. Alas, a good friend has passed away, and the old friend is gone..."

He slowly shook his head as he spoke. Emperor Baoding asked, "Does Master Benxiang know the character of Mr. Murong?"

Benxiang replied, "I do not know. But considering what kind of person the Great Ming Wheel King is, to earn such admiration from him, Mr. Murong must be no ordinary person."

As he spoke, he seemed lost in thought.

As expected, Duan Zhengming shaved his head and disguised himself as a monk to gather six people to use the scattered "Six Meridians Divine Sword" to resist the Great Wheel King. Afterwards, Master Kurong taught Benchen, i.e. Duan Zhengming, a style of "Guanchong Sword." Chu Bawang understood that "Guanchong Sword" was a style of swordsmanship where true qi travels from the dantian to the acupoints in the shoulders and arms, from Qinglengyuan to the Tianjing in the elbow, and further down to the Sidu, Sanyangluo, Huizong, Waiguan, Yangchi, Zhongzhu, and Yemen acupoints, condensing true qi and shooting it out from the "Guanchong" acupoint on the ring finger.

Chu Bawang also knew that when Kumozhi first fought against the four monks and Duan Zhengming, he used his flaming saber to drive the smoke of incense to attack the five of them, while the five of them used their own style of swordsmanship to attack each other. Both sides attacked each other with force from a distance, and the saber force and sword qi clashed, driving the smoke of incense to attack each other. This was equivalent to a battle of internal force. Later, when Duan Yu wielded the Six Meridians Divine Sword alone against Kumārajīva's Flaming Saber, both sides unleashed their full power, sword energy crisscrossing and saber energy dancing.

Just as described in the book, Kumārajīva used the green smoke from six incense sticks as guidance to fight the five. Chu Bawang, recalling the events in the book, watched intently. The descriptions in the book were detailed, but nothing compared to seeing it firsthand. Chu Bawang's use of internal energy was still somewhat unfamiliar; seeing how miraculously internal energy could be used, and verifying it with his own thoughts and the method of circulating energy in his dantian, truly gave him a unique feeling.

Kumārajīva switched from defense to offense this time, five streams of green smoke swirling and dancing with incredible agility. The sixth stream of green smoke remained stationary three feet behind Master Kurong. Master Kurong, wanting to see through his weaknesses and how long he could hold out with five attacks followed by a pause, refrained from attacking. As expected, Kumārajīva expended considerable internal energy to maintain control of the six wisps of green smoke. However, he was incredibly resilient, and the sixth wisp of green smoke eventually moved inch by inch towards Master Kurong's head.

The subsequent events unfolded exactly as described in the original text. Master Kurong, with his superior wisdom, forced Kumārajīva back with his twin swords. Kumārajīva, slightly outmatched, used his silver tongue to emphasize the difference between "sword formations" and "sword techniques," enraging the five. Master Kurong, dissatisfied, retorted, but Kumārajīva argued that Tianlong Temple had a slight advantage in the first round, and he was confident in the second, thus proposing a second match. After a brief exchange, Kumārajīva gained the upper hand. Suddenly, smoke rose in front of Master Kurong, and four streams of black smoke split, attacking Kumārajīva. Kumārajīva was already quite wary of the old monk who sat facing the wall, never turning his head. Suddenly seeing the black smoke approaching, he couldn't fathom the monk's intentions, but still used his "Flaming Blade" technique to parry from four directions. He didn't retaliate immediately, guarding against a possible attack from Benyin and the others, while observing the situation to see what other powerful moves Master Kurong had up his sleeve.

The black smoke grew thicker and thicker, the attack extremely fierce. Kumārajīva hesitated, secretly wondering why Master Chu Kurong wanted to burn the manual! He felt a pang of pity, still harboring a thought: even if it had to be burned, he should at least learn the "Six Meridians Divine Sword" before burning it. Everything proceeded as usual; the sword manual was burned, and Kumārajīva was both shocked and furious, quite resentful of his two defeats, yet he had a plan in mind. He stood up, clasped his hands together, and said, “Master Kurong, why be so rigid? Your unyielding spirit is truly admirable. I feel deeply apologetic that your precious scriptures were destroyed because of me. Fortunately, these scriptures cannot be mastered by one person alone, so whether they are destroyed or not makes little difference. I will take my leave now.”

He turned slightly, and before Kurong and Benyin could reply, he suddenly reached out and grabbed Duan Zhengming’s right wrist, saying, “My country’s king has long admired Duan Zhengming’s demeanor and is eager to meet him. Therefore, I request Your Majesty to grace us with your presence in Tibet for a discussion.”

This unexpected turn of events startled everyone. This Tibetan monk’s sudden attack caught even Duan Zhengming, a skilled martial artist, off guard, as the monk had his “Lieque” and “Pianli” acupoints on his wrist seized. Duan Zhengming frantically channeled his internal energy to strike the acupoints, attempting seven times in an instant, but he could not break free. Benyin and the others all felt that Kumārajīva's move was too despicable, far below the standards of a top master. However, they were filled with anger but had no way to save him, because Duan Zhengming's vital points had been sealed and he could be killed at any moment. Master Kurong laughed and said, "He used to be Duan Zhengming, but now he has abdicated and become a monk, with the Dharma name Benchen. Benchen, since the King of Tubo wants to see you, you might as well go."

Duan Zhengming had no choice but to reply, "Yes!"

He knew Master Kurong's intention. Kumārajīva considered him to be the king of a country, and capturing him was a valuable asset. But if he believed that Duan Zhengming had abdicated and become a monk, and that he was merely a monk from Tianlong Temple, then he was insignificant and might let him go.

Since Kumārajīva entered the Muni Hall, Duan Zhengming had remained silent and showed no unusual behavior. However, to wield the Six Meridians Divine Sword, even though it was only one of the six swords, required a first-rate martial arts master with exceptionally profound internal strength. Everyone in the martial arts world knew which masters were first-rate. Kumārajīva had come prepared, having thoroughly inquired about the appearances and ages of the Dali Duan family and the monks and laypeople of Tianlong Temple. He had also discerned about their temperaments, habits, and martial arts skills. He knew that besides Master Kurong, there were four other masters in Tianlong Temple, and now suddenly a new one, 'Benchen,' had appeared. He had never heard of this person before, yet his internal strength was in no way inferior to the other four monks of the 'Ben' generation. Seeing his dignified and imposing demeanor, exuding an air of wealth and honor, he guessed that he was Duan Zhengming. Upon hearing Master Kurong say that he had "abdicated to become a monk," Kumārajīva's heart stirred: "I have long heard that the emperors of the Dali Duan family have often abdicated to become monks. It is not surprising that Duan Zhengming has become a monk at Tianlong Temple. But when an emperor abdicates to become a monk, there must be a grand ceremony throughout the country, with food offered to monks, worship of Buddha, construction of pagodas and temples. It will surely cause a sensation and will not be so obscure. When the Tubo Kingdom learns of this, it will also send envoys to Dali to congratulate the new emperor on his ascension to the throne. There is something fishy about this." He then said, "Whether Duan Zhengming has become a monk or not, please come to Tubo for a visit and pay homage to our king."

Saying this, he pulled Duan Zhengming and stepped out the door.

Benyin shouted, "Wait!" He

swayed and blocked the doorway with Benyin. Kumārajīva said, "This humble monk has no intention of harming His Majesty Duan Zhengming, but if you all force me, I cannot worry about that." He

made a gesture with his right hand, aiming at Duan Zhengming's back. His 'Flaming Blade' palm strike was invincible. With Duan Zhengming's pulse points captured, he was completely at the mercy of the enemy, utterly powerless to resist. If the monks of Tianlong Temple were to attack together, they would be hesitant, fearing the consequences, and they had no chance of victory. However, Benyin and the others hesitated. Duan Zhengming was the ruler of Dali Kingdom; how could they allow the enemy to take him hostage?

Kumārajīva shouted, "I have long heard of the great reputation of the eminent monks of Tianlong Temple, but I did not expect that even on such a small matter, they would be so fussy and childish. Please make way!"

Duan Yu had been very anxious since he saw his uncle being held hostage. At first, he thought that his uncle's martial arts were so high that he had nothing to fear, and he would just endure it for the time being and escape when the time was right. However, the more he looked, the more something seemed amiss. Kumārajīva's tone and expression were arrogant, while Benyin, Benguan, and the others looked anxious, angry, and helpless. Seeing Kumārajīva grab Duan Zhengming's wrist and lead him step by step towards the door, Duan Yu, in a panic, shouted without thinking, "Hey, let go of my uncle!"

and stepped out from in front of Master Kurong.

Chu Bawang knew that Duan Xiaoqiang would soon use his immature Six Meridian Divine Sword, which was why Kumārajīva had taken a liking to him, spouting nonsense about taking him to Murong Bo's tombstone for prayer. Duan Xiaoqiang would then meet Wang Yuyan. Chu Bawang's purpose this time was to prevent Duan Xiaoqiang from being captured by Kumārajīva, lest Duan Xiaoqiang meet Wang Yuyan and jeopardize his plans for seduction. "It seems it's time to make a move," Chu Bawang thought to himself.

Kumārajīva had long seen someone hiding in front of Master Kurong, but had been wondering who this person was and what their purpose was. Seeing him step forward, he turned back to ask, "Who are you?"

Duan Yu said, "Don't ask who I am, let go of my uncle first."

He reached out his right hand and grabbed Duan Zhengming's left hand.

Duan Zhengming said, "Yu'er, don't mind me. I'm abdicating the throne to you now. Quickly accept the throne. I'm just an old monk living a carefree life, what's there to talk about?"

Duan Yu forcefully pulled on Duan Zhengming's wrist, shouting, "Let go of my uncle!"

He pressed his thumb's Shaoshang acupoint against the acupoint on Duan Zhengming's wrist. With this exertion, Duan Zhengming's whole body trembled, and he immediately felt his internal energy leaking out. At the same time, Kumārajīva also felt his own true energy rapidly gushing out, and his expression changed drastically. He thought to himself, "How did the Duan family of Dali learn the 'Dissolving Power Technique'?"

Chapter 103

He immediately gathered his energy and tried to resist this insidious and evil technique. Suddenly, Duan Zhengming felt a fierce force pulling outwards from each of his hands. He immediately used the "borrowing force to strike" technique, directing the two forces towards each other. As the two forces clashed, he found himself caught in the middle, his hands unaffected. With a wave of his hand, he broke free from Kumārajīva's restraints, and with Duan Yu, he gracefully retreated, secretly thinking, "I'm ashamed! I'm so grateful for Yu'er's rescue today."

Kumārajīva was truly astonished, thinking, "Another great master has emerged in the Central Plains martial arts world! How come I knew nothing about him? This person is so young, only in his early twenties, how can he possess such cultivation? This person calls Duan Zhengming 'uncle,' so he must be a member of the younger generation of the Dali Duan family." "

Thinking of this, Kumārajīva slowly nodded and said, "This humble monk always thought that the Duan family of Dali was so focused on their ancestral arts that they had no time for anything else. Little did I know that their younger generation, so talented, had gone to befriend the Starry Sky Elder and study the strange martial art of 'Dissolving Power Technique'. How strange!"

Although he was erudite and wise, he also mistakenly thought that Duan Yu's 'Toad Divine Skill' was the 'Dissolving Power Technique'. However, out of respect for his status, he refused to speak ill of Duan Yu, so he referred to the Starry Sky Elder as the 'Old Man'. Martial arts practitioners all called the 'Dissolving Power Technique' a demonic art, but he called it a 'strange martial art'. After their exchange just now, he guessed that Duan Yu's internal strength was no less than that of the Starry Sky Elder Ding Chunqiu, and that he was not a disciple of that old monster who had passed on his skills. Therefore, he used the word 'befriend'.

Duan Zhengming sneered, "I have long admired the Great Wheel King's wisdom and extraordinary insight, yet he utters such absurd words. The Star Constellation Old Monster is skilled in sneak attacks and despicable acts; how could my Duan family disciples have any connection with him?"

Kumārajīva was taken aback, his face slightly flushed. The eight words "sneak attacks and despicable acts" in Duan Zhengming's words were clearly a rebuke of his earlier actions. Duan Yu said, "The Great Wheel King is a guest from afar, and Tianlong Temple has treated him with courtesy, yet you dared to offend my uncle. We have only been accommodating because we are all Buddhist disciples, but you have become even more arrogant. Among monks, who adheres to the rules as strictly as the Great Wheel King?"

Hearing Duan Yu's righteous rebuke, everyone secretly rejoiced, while simultaneously remaining vigilant, fearing that Kumārajīva, out of shame and anger, might suddenly attack and harm Duan Yu.

Unexpectedly, Kumārajīva remained calm and said, "How fortunate I am to have met such a sage today! Please, do not hesitate to teach me a few moves so that I may improve." Duan Yu

replied, "I know no martial arts; I have never learned any."

Kumārajīva laughed, "Excellent, excellent. I take my leave!" He

slightly shifted his body, and with a flick of his sleeve, his hand emerged from beneath it, unleashing four moves of the 'Flaming Blade' technique simultaneously at Duan Yu. The enemy's most powerful attack struck suddenly, leaving Duan Yu completely unaware. Duan Zhengming and Bencan simultaneously extended their fingers, deflecting the four 'Flaming Blade' moves, but under the sudden impact of Kumārajīva's extremely strong internal energy, their bodies swayed. Bencan even coughed up a mouthful of blood.

Upon seeing the true form coughing up blood, Duan Yu realized that Kumārajīva had launched another sneak attack. Enraged, he pointed at Kumārajīva's nose and cursed, "You unreasonable foreign monk!"

With a forceful flick of his right index finger, his mind and breath aligned, and he naturally unleashed the 'Shangyang Sword' technique. In the original story, he absorbed the internal energy of many people, making his Six Meridians Divine Sword much more powerful. However, he hadn't absorbed the true energy of many people, so his Six Meridians Divine Sword wasn't as powerful as in the original. He had only seen the diagram of the Six Meridians Divine Sword in front of Master Kurong and witnessed the seven monks fighting with invisible swords. His finger strike had unconsciously aligned with the sword manual. With a hissing sound, a sword aura shot towards Kumārajīva. Although his internal energy was not as strong as in the original story, it was still formidable.

Kumārajīva was startled and quickly parried with his 'Flaming Blade'. Duan Yu's move greatly surprised Kumārajīva, and Kuru, Benyin, and others were also taken aback. The most puzzled were Duan Zhengming and Duan Yu themselves. Duan Yu thought, "This is extremely strange. Why is this monk so focused on blocking my casual finger gesture? Ah, ah, it must be because my finger-pointing posture is correct; this monk thinks I can use the Six Meridians Divine Sword. Haha, if that's the case, I'll give him a fright."

He shouted, "This Shangyang sword skill is nothing! I'll show you a few moves of the Zhongchong sword technique!" He

then pointed his middle finger. However, although his technique was correct, this time there was no internal energy accompanying it; it was merely a hollow, ineffective point. Seeing the man point his middle finger, Kumārajīva immediately braced himself to meet it, but to his surprise, the man's finger strike was completely powerless. He thought the man was feinting and had a backup plan. When the man pointed again, it was still empty and hollow. Kumārajīva couldn't help but feel amused: "I thought there was no one in the world who could wield both the Shangyang Sword and the Zhongchong Sword. Sure enough, this kid's bluff was intimidating, and I gave him a fright."

He had suffered several somersaults at Tianlong Temple and thought that if he didn't show his strength, the reputation of the Great Wheel King would be greatly damaged. So he immediately split his left palm and slashed left and right, using his internal force to block Duan Zhengming and the others' path to help. Then he slashed out with his right palm, heading straight for Duan Yu's right shoulder. This move, 'White Rainbow Piercing the Sun,' was a masterpiece of his 'Flame Blade' technique, and he was going to dislocate Duan Yu's right shoulder in one strike. Although the "Flame Blade" bears the word "flame" in its name, it has no heat whatsoever. Instead, it's merely an invisible force, imperceptible to anyone without profound internal strength and keen senses. Duan Zhengming, Benyin, and Bencan shouted in unison, "Be careful!"

Each pointed a finger at Kumārajīva. Their attack was a superior martial art, a strike forced upon the enemy by force. However, Kumārajīva first sealed his vital points with internal energy, and the blade continued its straight downward strike without hesitation. Hearing the gasps of alarm from Duan Zhengming and the others, Duan Yu knew something was wrong. He simultaneously swung his swords, his heart pounding with fear, his true energy surging forth. He used his Shaochong sword in his right hand and his Shaoze sword in his left, both swords simultaneously parrying the Flame Blade's attack. The remaining force, with a hissing sound, launched a counterattack against Kumārajīva. Kumārajīva had no time to think, and his left hand unleashed its power to block the attack. After delivering those few thrusts, Duan Yu vaguely realized that he needed to first concentrate his mind before unleashing his inner energy, but he couldn't understand why. He flicked his middle finger, unleashing the Zhongchong Sword Technique again. In an instant, the six sword techniques he had just seen in the manual surged into his mind, his ten fingers flashing back and forth in an endless stream. Kumārajīva was greatly alarmed, desperately channeling his inner energy to resist. Sword energy crisscrossed the small room, blade energy danced, as if countless thunderbolts and gales were colliding and surging. After fighting for a while, Kumārajīva felt that his opponent's inner energy was growing stronger, and his swordsmanship was unpredictable, constantly innovating, quite different from the rigid sword techniques of Benyin, Benxiang, and others, making him truly unpredictable. He was unaware that Duan Yu couldn't remember the many complex moves of the six sword techniques; he was merely thrusting randomly in a moment of crisis—how could he be creating new moves? He was both shocked and regretful: "How could such a young master be hiding in Tianlong Temple? I've truly brought this humiliation upon myself."

Suddenly, he slashed three times with a series of sharp, sweeping blows, and shouted, "Stop!" But Duan Yu's inner energy couldn't be controlled at will. Hearing Kumārajīva shout "Stop!", he didn't know how to withdraw his inner strength. He could only raise his finger and point towards the roof, thinking, "I shouldn't have used my strength anymore. Let's hear what he has to say!" Seeing the bewildered look on Duan

Yu's face, and his flustered attempts to gather his inner energy, Kumārajīva, with a slight thought, leaped forward and punched him in the face. Duan Yu had only learned the Six Meridians Divine Sword, the most profound martial art, through a series of fortuitous events; he knew nothing of ordinary fist, foot, or weapon skills. Kumārajīva's punch, concealing seven or eight moves, was itself a highly skilled fist technique, but compared to the "Flaming Blade," which used internal energy to injure, the difference in depth and difficulty was immeasurable. Normally, no skill or knowledge in the world is inherently inherently shallow or difficult, but Duan Yu's martial arts were an exception. He saw Kumārajīva... As Duan Yu threw a punch, Duan Yu clumsily reached out to parry. Kumārajīva's right palm flipped over, seizing the "Shenfeng" acupoint on Duan Yu's chest. Duan Yu immediately felt weak all over and couldn't move.

Although Kumārajīva had already noticed a major flaw in Duan Yu's martial arts and realized he couldn't immediately defeat him with his Six Meridians Divine Sword, he wanted to use another advanced martial art to defeat him. However, he never expected that Duan Yu could be so easily defeated. He was also afraid that Duan Yu was feigning weakness and had other tricks up his sleeve, so as soon as he seized the "Shenfeng" acupoint, he immediately pressed several other major acupoints on Duan Yu's chest, including "Jiquan," "Dazhui," and "Jingmen." Duan Yu had never practiced any of the meridians associated with these acupoints.

Kumārajīva pulled Duan Yu back three steps, glancing around at everyone in the hall. Chu Bawang also took the opportunity to sized up Kumārajīva, noting that he was not yet fifty, dressed in simple clothes and straw sandals, his face radiant with a subtle, luminous glow, like a bright jewel, naturally shining. He truly looked like a highly virtuous and enlightened monk; it was unimaginable that he was such a despicable and shameless person. Kumārajīva said, “This young benefactor remembers the Six Meridians Divine Sword manual. The original manual was burned by Master Kurong; you are the living manual. Burning Mr. Murong alive at his tomb would be the same.”

He raised his left palm and swiftly slashed forward five times. A quick glance revealed the small golden box he had brought with him and the three copies of "The Seventy-Two Shaolin Arts" handwritten by Murong Bo. He realized he couldn't take them now that he was in a hurry to leave, but he couldn't let the monks of Tianlong Temple benefit from them. With another flick of his wrist, he slashed three times at the three books on the golden box, then grabbed Duan Yu and retreated towards the entrance of the Muni Hall.

Kumārajīva's flaming blade was incredibly fast; the air currents created by the blade's energy rapidly approached.

Chapter 104

With three sharp "clangs," the three books were struck by Kumārajīva's three blade strikes, turning into pieces that drifted down into the air. Even the small golden box below was shattered into three pieces by these three strikes. Duan Zhengming and the other four had rushed to the entrance of the Muni Hall to chase after Kumārajīva, but were blocked by his flaming blade. They were each using their One-Finger Divine Skill to rush outwards, but couldn't break through his invisible blade net. Meanwhile, Master Kurong remained seated facing east, unmoved.

Just as Kumārajīva was about to abduct Duan Xiaoqiang, with a loud bang, Chu Bawang, no longer bothering to gracefully open the door, kicked open the door of the Muni Hall. He rushed in, for Chu Bawang's priority was rescuing Duan Xiaoqiang; otherwise, with Wang Yuyan entangled, it would be difficult for him to make a move, and even capturing Wang Yuyan would be a struggle! Chu Bawang's kicking of the door immediately startled everyone. Except for Master Kurong, the other old bald monks all looked towards the door. Kumārajīva, fearing an attack, had no choice but to use Duan Xiaoqiang as a shield. Taking a moment to catch his breath, he feigned two flaming slashes towards the door. Kumārajīva was certain that the person who rammed the door was the enemy, intending to ambush him from behind, so he didn't bother to look closely and simply swung two flaming slashes. Chu Bawang saw it clearly and knew that those two feints were not real, nor were they casual gestures; they were his signature move, the Flaming Blade. Chu Bawang had already witnessed the power of Kumārajīva's Flaming Blade, which was not to be underestimated. Moreover, the Flaming Blade was ethereal and unpredictable, capable of killing without a trace, similar to the Six Meridians Divine Sword—truly formidable. In the blink of an eye, the force of the Flaming Blade struck from afar. Without a second thought, Chu Bawang immediately caught Duan Xiaoqiang and tossed him towards Kurong. Kurong was indeed unmoved, just as Duan Xiaoqiang lay motionless in his direction. At the same time, Chu Bawang used the Lingbo Weibu (Lingbo Steps) to move sideways along the wall. The Lingbo Weibu truly lived up to its reputation as the world's premier light-body skill; otherwise, Chu Bawang would have been severely injured, if not killed. If Chu Bawang hadn't used the Lingbo Weibu to dodge and had hastily engaged in battle, the power of his Six Meridians Divine Sword would have been less than thirty percent, and Chu Bawang and Kumārajīva would have been mutually injured. Sure enough, just as Chu Bawang dodged, two "crack" sounds were heard, and two deep knife marks were cleaved into the tree wall near the door, through which light could be faintly seen.

Although Xiang Yu had dodged Kumārajīva's two strikes, he was still shaken. He thought to himself, "If I had been even slightly slower, I would have been struck by those two blows. Then I would have lost both my wife and my army." Xiang Yu knew the power of Kumārajīva's Flaming Blade, but due to his lack of combat experience, he was only fortunate to have used the Lingbo Weibu (a martial arts technique) to avoid the attack. He would regret it then: even if Duan Xiaoqiang saw Wang Yuyan, he might not be able to take her from him. Although he was incredibly lucky, hadn't he already taken Mu Wanqing and Zhong Ling from him? After dodging Kumārajīva's two strikes, Xiang Yu didn't dare to stop. He carefully used the Lingbo Weibu along the wall to create some distance between himself and Kumārajīva. Having been routed for the first time, Chu Bawang was furious. He had underestimated this bald monk and almost suffered a great loss. This bald monk was indeed as cunning as described in the book. He hadn't expected him to use Duan Xiaoqiang as a shield. If he didn't teach him a lesson, he would think he was a pushover. Suppressing his anger, he silently recited the Six Meridian Divine Sword Technique, inhaling through his nose, focusing his mind on his forehead, channeling his inner strength into the meridians of his palms, and directing his energy to his thighs. The true energy traveled along the inner side of his upper arm, before the Hand Shaoyin and Hand Jueyin meridians, down to the elbow crease, along the forearm to the pulse, and along the edge of the thenar eminence, connecting with the Hand Yangming Large Intestine meridian. The Six Meridian Divine Sword reappeared, and a Shaoshang Sword strike, more than ten times more powerful than Duan Xiaoqiang's half-baked sword energy, was launched from Chu Bawang's thumb. Kumārajīva, seeing Chu Bawang pointing at him, was puzzled. He had no idea... Having learned that Chu Bawang also knew the Six Meridian Divine Sword, Kumārajīva thought he was just bluffing like Duan Xiaoqiang. He lightly launched a series of flaming blade attacks at Chu Bawang, but the silent Six Meridian Divine Sword's energy collided with the flaming blades. The Six Meridian Divine Sword, unstoppable, effortlessly dispersed Kumārajīva's flaming blades, its momentum not only undiminished but even slightly increasing as it struck Kumārajīva. Seeing his flaming blades instantly neutralized, Kumārajīva realized Chu Bawang's power and dared not linger. He hastily used his movement technique to dodge, but the Six Meridian Divine Sword was not so easily avoided. Furthermore, Kumārajīva underestimated Chu Bawang. Although Kumārajīva was skilled in martial arts, he was still a little too late. Chu Bawang struck his arm with the Shaoshang Sword, as if he had been shot at close range, and blood flowed freely. Fortunately, although his flaming blade attack hadn't been very effective, it had at least slightly reduced the power of the Six Meridians Divine Sword. Otherwise, Chu Bawang's Shaoshang Sword attack would not have pierced his arm. Even so, Chu Bawang had still managed to punch a small hole in his arm. Although the Six Meridians Divine Sword was temporarily blocked by the flaming blade and couldn't unleash the power of a sniper rifle, it still possessed the power of a regular pistol. Seeing Chu Bawang wield the Six Meridians Divine Sword, which was even more powerful

than his own, Ku Rong exclaimed in surprise, "Six Meridians Divine Sword? How does he know the Six Meridians Divine Sword?" Even

he, who was usually as composed as Mount Tai, couldn't help but be shocked to see someone who knew the Six Meridians Divine Sword, a secret technique of his Duan family. Moreover, this person had mastered it even more skillfully than he had, making him, as a direct descendant, feel incredibly ashamed. But now another problem arose: how could an outsider know the Six Meridians Divine Sword, a technique that his Duan family never passed on to outsiders? But with Kumārajīva, an external enemy, still around, it was clearly not the time to ask.

Hearing Ku Rong's scream, Kumārajīva was also greatly alarmed. So this was the Six Meridians Divine Sword, far more powerful than the one used by the boy earlier. However, he dared not attack Chu Bawang. Chu Bawang's Shaoshang Sword move had indeed terrified him. Having witnessed the power of the Six Meridians Divine Sword, he was even more eager to try it, but he dared not fight Chu Bawang again. He only wanted to capture the boy and force him to reveal the sword manual. He knew very well that he couldn't defeat Chu Bawang in a fight. If Chu Bawang unleashed a few more sword strikes, he would definitely be overwhelmed. However, if he could withstand a few more strikes, Chu Bawang wouldn't be able to unleash them. After all, Chu Bawang was too lazy. He had only been in Tianlong for less than two months, but he had spent more than a month indulging in debauchery with Dao Baifeng in her Taoist temple! If it weren't for the golden elixir left by Xiang Yu constantly circulating, Chu Bawang might not have such power now. However, very few people in the martial arts world could truly terrify Kumārajīva. Aside from the nameless old man from Shaolin Temple and the Tianshan Child Granny and her sisters, who else could frighten him? Keep in mind, Kumārajīva was one of the top masters in the Demi-Gods and Semi-Devils series; even the renowned Qiao Feng might not be able to defeat him. This also demonstrates the extraordinary power of the Six Meridians Divine Sword.

The Six Meridian Divine Sword struck successfully, much to the delight of Chu Bawang. "It truly is a fine weapon! My act of stealing wasn't in vain!" he thought. Even Kumārajīva, a top master of Tianlong, was no match for his Six Meridian Divine Sword. This showed just how powerful it was. However, while the Six Meridian Divine Sword was incredibly powerful, it consumed too much internal energy. The Shaoshang Sword, in particular, was the most powerful move, consuming even more internal energy. After unleashing the Shaoshang Sword, Chu Bawang immediately felt his internal energy visibly decreasing. "Another martial art similar to the Overlord's Decree!" he thought shamelessly. "Although it's powerful, it's all 'oil-consuming' stuff. Don't those martial arts masters know that the most scarce thing in the world is 'oil'? Isn't there a martial art in the world that's incredibly powerful yet doesn't consume much internal energy?" He initially thought that mastering the Six Meridian Divine Sword was like carrying a sniper rifle that didn't need "bullets," but it turns out that "bullets" do run out. However, it's alright; he has more "bullets" than a sniper rifle, and they'll replenish after a short rest! Unlike expensive bullets, the Six Meridian Divine Sword is free, so it seems it's still useful. The world is going to the dogs! There are such greedy people! May the heavens send down a bolt of lightning to strike him down! Don't they know that greed knows no bounds? A monster! A monster indeed! He's been in Tianlong for so long, but Chu Bawang has only settled down to cultivate for a few days. His current achievements are already something to be proud of, but he actually wants a technique that makes him invincible without needing much internal energy. One has to admire him!

"Who are you?"

Kumārajīva asked in surprise. He was already shocked to see Duan Xiaoqiang's rudimentary Six Meridian Divine Sword skills, but he hadn't expected to encounter someone so proficient in it so soon. Logically, someone as young as Chu Bawang, possessing such profound martial arts, should be someone Kumārajīva had heard of, someone renowned in the Central Plains martial arts world, comparable to, or even surpassing, Qiao Feng of the South or Murong Fu of the North.

Chu Bawang laughed, "You don't need to know who I am. Just know that as long as I'm here, your schemes will absolutely not succeed."
