The gym made such a huge embarrassment, I'm so embarrassed!

Last weekend, I went to the gym after work as usual. Unlike most women, I almost never run, do aerobics, or cycle. Aside from weight training, I only do yoga.
I was thinking that the gym would be crowded on weekends, so I changed into my yoga clothes and prepared for my class. To my surprise, I passed the weight training area and found only a handful of people, which immediately cheered me up. You know, on weekends, half the weight training area is usually packed, and it's rare to find a spot. I hadn't used the weight training equipment all week, and today I was going to work out my legs. So, without much thought, I warmed up briefly and started using the equipment.
But then the trouble started. Normally, when I use the weight training equipment, I wear the most ordinary workout clothes—loose, sweat-absorbent, and very comfortable. But I was planning to do yoga, and you know how it feels to use the weight training equipment in tight clothes—more like posing than working out.
After a few sets, I was completely hot and sweating all over, and my wife was even more tightly pressed against my body, her private parts were vaguely visible, which was incredibly embarrassing. When I got to the third set of leg presses, I was embarrassed. I had reached my limit in both sets and weight, so the urge to urinate, which hadn't been very strong before, suddenly became uncontrollable, and the urine stream quickly spread. Because the legs are on top of the body during leg presses, the urine flowed back into my pants, completely uncontrollable. By the time I managed to stop the machine, I had already urinated more than halfway through, and my entire crotch and buttocks were soaked. I immediately looked around, thankfully no one was nearby. I quickly got up, disheveledly tidied my clothes, grabbed a towel to wipe the wet machine bench, and ran back to the locker room.
