Is having an affair beneficial to a woman's physical and mental health?

These women feel deceived or discriminated against, leading to extreme psychological imbalance. At best, they throw tantrums and threaten divorce; at worst, they attempt suicide or develop depression. If these women find a lover, they gain emotional support and feel respected. Their psychological pressure immediately eases, like encountering a beautiful ray of sunshine in their lives. At this time, they not only feel better and healthier, but their families also begin to become more harmonious. They may even gradually tolerate their husband's mistress and coexist peacefully with their cheating husband.
Secondly, for sexually repressed women, having an affair can be beneficial to their physical and mental health. Due to various reasons, some women do not experience long-term sexual satisfaction. Sexual repression causes them to enter menopause prematurely and may even lead to personality changes. If these women have an affair and find a physical partner, they can enjoy normal sexual pleasure and liberate their bodies. Thirdly, for women struggling in dire straits, an affair can be beneficial to their physical and mental health. This is unavoidable. If a family, or a woman, is reduced to exchanging her body for food and survival, none of us have the right or qualification to condemn them. It's better to steal than to die; after all, living is humanity's ultimate pursuit. At this point, stealing might be work, food, children's tuition, parents' medical expenses—it's the last struggle in life. Stealing isn't wrong.
Fourthly, for women other than those in the above three categories, an affair will not benefit their physical and mental health. Women may have many reasons and excuses for having affairs. But no matter your excuse, if your real reason isn't one of the reasons mentioned above, it won't benefit your physical and mental health! Furthermore, a woman must first overcome a psychological hurdle before having an affair. If you are a traditional woman with strong values regarding chastity, and infidelity brings you guilt and unease, then you should stay away from this volcano to avoid getting burned and bringing shame upon yourself. Let alone anything beneficial to your physical and mental health!
