Was my account banned by the system, or is there a vulnerability in the system?

I've been trying to upload some photos lately, but for some reason, I've never succeeded. According to the administrator, after uploading, the photos need to be reviewed, and only the uploader can see them at that time; only after approval can others see them. But I can't see anything.
Could the administrator please take a look? What exactly is going on? Thank you!
