I'm torn. Any women who have played this, please advise.

I've been on 69 (a Chinese online forum) for a while now and have read some blogs, but I have a question that's been bothering me. I'm hoping experienced women or couples can offer some advice. Through reading and observing people and events around me, I've come to this conclusion: men seem to be able to separate sex and love, while people often say that women are inseparable from both; there's also the saying that once a woman has someone else, her heart wanders elsewhere. If it's a 3P or 4P, and the woman is pregnant, it's just that her partner knows and agrees, or supports and encourages the other person. Afterwards, what are the woman's thoughts? Some 69 friends have blogs saying that women are more grateful to their husbands or that their husbands are great.
