What does this dream mean?

I had a dream last night, and when I woke up I felt really confused. I dreamt that my wife and I went to a classmate's house, and they were playing cards. I went out to buy drinks, and when I came back I couldn't find them. After searching and searching, I finally found them in a card room. I pushed the door open and saw my wife's top was off, her skirt was lifted, and he was licking her... and my wife didn't resist. I went over, pushed him away, and made my wife come home with me. I noticed she couldn't stand up, her face was flushed, so I just picked her up and carried her home. When we got home, she was still asleep. When I asked her what was wrong, she said that her two friends had given her something to drink, and she felt dizzy and had a fever... Then I woke up and found my wife beside me, okay.
