Life Log 57

In the evening, my wife watched a TV series on the computer for a while and then fell asleep. I was in the living room sending WeChat messages to my sister-in-law.
Me: Tomorrow?
Sister-in-law Zhou: (smiling face) Your brother's over there, wait a moment.
Me: (shut up)
A few minutes later, she sent a 30-second video: the lighting was dim, her brother was watching TV, an ancient costume drama, and her sister-in-law's feet were tapping to a rhythm, finally forming a V-shape, a victory sign.
I couldn't stop laughing, thinking, "Sister-in-law is so funny, she doesn't look her age at all!"
Me: (smiling face) (smiling face) (smiling face)
Sister-in-law Zhou: Get some rest, see you tomorrow afternoon!
The next morning, I told my wife I wouldn't be home for dinner, and went to work, absentmindedly staring at the computer.
Brother Zhou sent a message on QQ: "Your sister-in-law went to a meeting this afternoon, did she contact you?"
Me: Waiting for news, I'm so anxious!!
Brother Zhou: Hehe, you're anxious already? There's something else you should know that will make you even more anxious.
Me: What is it, brother?
Brother Zhou: I reckon that guy will be back for the meeting, your sister-in-law will be busy these next few days.
Suddenly, I felt a surge of jealousy, a wave of despair washing over me, and a chill ran down my spine.
Brother Zhou: I was just guessing; she didn't say.
Me: Oh, it's nothing.
My older brother noticed my low spirits and called to comfort me. I just listened, giving him perfunctory replies, and didn't even hear what he said after that.
I couldn't ask my sister-in-law if that person was coming, because in her mind, I couldn't possibly know about her affair. Asking would be like revealing the affair between my brother, my wife, and me.
I decided to pretend I didn't know and quietly wait for my sister-in-law's message.
