[Urban] Spring Breeze and Rain Record (Complete) - 14

Chapter Eleven.

I groggily opened my eyes, and everything before me slowly became clearer. I found myself lying in the bedroom, the curtains completely drawn, making the room dark.

I tried to move my body, but nothing seemed amiss. Just as I was about to raise my hand, I noticed Xiao Bing was asleep, her head resting on my right hand, lying on the edge of the bed. I gently pulled my hand out from under her head.

However, this small movement still woke Xiao Bing.

Rubbing her eyes, Xiao Bing saw that I was awake and asked with concern, "Master, you're awake! How are you feeling? What happened to you? You scared us to death!"

I smiled at her and said, "I'm fine, don't worry. What time is it?"

"It should be morning now, Master, you've been unconscious for almost a day!"

Xiao Bing replied. "Was I really unconscious for that long? Xiao Bing, open the curtains, I want to get some sun."

I said to Xiao Bing. "Hmm..."

Xiao Bing walked to the window and slowly opened the curtains.

The intense sunlight streamed in, blinding me so much that I quickly shielded my eyes with my hand. After a moment, I lowered my hand.

Xiao Bing walked to the door and called out loudly, "Sister Salena, Sister Lulu, Master is awake!"

Soon, Salena and Lulu both came into my bedroom.

Three pairs of beautiful eyes stared straight at me.

"Master, tell us quickly! Where did you and Derekes go yesterday? Why did you come back like this? Why is Derekes perfectly fine?"

Xiao Bing questioned me intently.

"Didn't Derekes tell you?"

I asked. "That guy, no matter how much we press him, he just won't tell us,"

Xiao Bing said angrily.

It seemed she must have run into a lot of trouble with Derekes. Derekes' decades of experience in the harem proved very useful; she managed to keep her mouth shut even under these circumstances. This kind of thing is easy to say, but very difficult to do. Thinking of this, I couldn't help but laugh.

"Master, what are you laughing at?"

Xiao Bing asked me curiously. "Nothing, I just think Dereks did the right thing.

It's not the right time to tell you about this yet. When the time comes, I'll tell you even if you don't ask." "But, Master..."

Xiao Bing was about to say something more. "Alright, alright. Don't ask anymore. I'm very hungry now. Salena, go get me something to eat. Oh, and please, no meat."

Just thinking about meat made my stomach churn.

"Lulu, Xiao Bing, you two go out too. Let me have some peace and quiet."

I said. Lulu and Xiao Bing saw that they couldn't persuade me otherwise, so they had to leave first.

(A-Qi: "Hey, Ike. How are you feeling now?"

"Feeling terrible."

I said to A-Qi: "Then why were you so stubborn yesterday? When I asked you, you said you felt good?"

"I didn't expect my body to feel so bad!"

I said to A-Qi: "Body? You're mistaken, kid. There's nothing wrong with your body. The root of all problems comes from your mind."

"My mind?... To be honest, A-Qi, do you think I'm a coward?"

I asked A-Qi: "Hmm, a little. But you have to know that no one in this world is born strong. Those who are strong grow up after countless trials of blood and fire. Ike, you have to remember, you're just an ordinary person.

Although you do have some talent in some areas, you're just an ordinary person in most aspects. As an ordinary person, feeling guilty and upset after your first murder is the most normal reaction.

If you don't have these reactions, something's wrong." Every time I'm in trouble, it's always A-Qi who helps me. After hearing what he said this time, I felt much better.)

"Thank you, Ah Qi. I feel much better now. But can you explain why I feel guilty?

I know those guys deserved what they got, so why do I still feel guilty?" I asked Ah Qi. "

It's simple, Ike. Because subconsciously, you value human life more than anything else.

That's why you feel guilty after killing them." "Isn't that right? Is there anything more important than life in this world?"

I asked Ah Qi curiously. "Of course, there are many things more important than life. For example, love, freedom.

When you lose these things, you'll realize how important they are." "Yes. Throughout history, countless people have committed suicide because of heartbreak. This alone is enough to show that life is not the most important thing for a person." "Thanks to Ah Qi's guidance, the knot in my mind has finally been untied." "I understand, Ah Qi, you mean...

these hunting teams captured many slaves, and these slaves lost their most basic rights, including those rights more important than life itself. So..." Ah Qi: "So, Ike, you did the right thing. These people should be killed. Killing them will only benefit society, without any negative impact. You have absolutely no need to feel guilty about your actions."

“Thank you, Ah Qi. Although I still feel a little awkward, I know what to do!”

I said to Ah Qi, “Ike, I’m looking forward to a perfect outcome for this whole thing. I believe, oh… no. I firmly believe… you won’t let me down!”

“…”

“Bang, bang…”

A knock sounded at the door. “Come in.”

Salena came in carrying food. On the tray were several slices of bread spread with jam and a glass of milk. Salena placed the tray in front of me.

I grabbed the bread and ate it quickly. After all, I hadn’t eaten for more than a day, and I didn’t care about manners when I ate.

“Master, eat slowly, no one will take it from you.”

Salena said, picking up the milk and bringing it to my lips for me to drink a sip.

After I finished eating, I handed the tray back to Salena and jumped up from the bed.

“Ah, Master, you…”

Salena looked at my actions in surprise.

"I told you I was fine! You didn't believe me, now you do."

I said to Salena, stretching my slightly sore body. After stretching, I got dressed and went to my lab.

I already had a rough plan in mind. I needed to make some magical items first, which would be convenient to use later. The main focus was on making low-level offensive spells, like 'Fireball' and 'Ice Bolt'. I would gather the magical elements and put them in a special capsule. When needed, I would just throw the capsule out. These magical items could be used even by people who didn't know magic, and the effects would be the same as those cast by a mage.

The reason I made these magical items was because I didn't understand the environment of those places (it's impossible for every place to have the perfect killing environment like when I killed those three idiots), and the enemy's numbers were relatively large. Therefore, I couldn't waste all my precious magical power attacking the enemy; I also needed to ensure no one escaped and my own safety.

Of course, these things weren't omnipotent. Because the movement of magical elements is extremely intense, these capsules had a relatively short 'shelf life,' generally only two or three days. So, I needed to make the capsules and then launch a swift attack.

A while later, Lulu and Xiaobing came to my laboratory.

"Master, you're better so quickly?"

Xiaobing asked me. "I was fine! You wouldn't believe me, now you see."

I said, my hands still busy.

"But, but..."

Xiaobing scratched her head, looking puzzled.

"No buts. Perfect timing, you're here to help me make some things."

I said, handing some capsules to Xiaobing.

"Make some magic capsules for 'Ice Bolt' and 'Freeze',"

I instructed Xiao Bing. "What are they for?"

Xiao Bing asked. "Don't ask, just do it,"

I said. "Master, is there anything I can help with?" Lulu asked from the side. "Go out and play first, I'll find you if I need anything,"

I said. "Okay."

Lulu left after saying that.

Xiao Bing and I stayed in the lab and worked hard to make these things.

Although they were just some low-level spells, I still felt extremely weak after a day's work. I used up the last bit of my magic power.

That night, perhaps because of fatigue, I slept very soundly.

"Lazy Master, get up!"

When Xiao Bing threw a pillow on my head to wake me up, the sun was already high in the sky.

I stretched and felt the magic power I had lost yesterday returning to my body.

It felt so good to have power.

"Come here, Xiao Bing, let me give you a kiss,"

I said, and pounced on Xiao Bing.

"No, Master, you didn't brush your teeth, your breath smells!"

Xiao Bing said as she ran away. "You dare disobey my orders? See how I deal with you after I catch you!"

I chased after her.

Seeing my menacing appearance, Xiao Bing turned and ran out of the room. I didn't care that I wasn't dressed and followed her out. Still relying on my hands? How can that be enjoyable? Unexpectedly, as soon as I stepped out, I saw Salena, Lulu, and Xiao Qing standing at my door. Xiao Bing was hiding behind Salena.

Lulu saw that I wasn't dressed and screamed, "Ah..."

before covering her eyes with her hands.

"Master, stop fooling around,"

Salena said. Although she called me "Master," her tone was more like my older sister.

"Hehe..."

I chuckled awkwardly twice and quickly went back to my room to put my clothes on.

Joking aside, serious business still needed to be done.

I had already planned for today. Today, I was going with Derek to Black Hawk's rented place to scout out the terrain.

Arriving in the living room, Derek was still drinking his wine.

I went over and took the bottle from his hand.

"What is it, boss?"

Derek knew that when I did this, it meant I had work to give him again.

"Go call a carriage; we're going out for a bit."

I said. "Okay, boss."

Derek said and immediately left.

Turning around, I noticed the women standing behind me, all with concerned expressions.

"Master, you're going out again? Where are you going?"

Xiao Bing asked. "I'll tell you later,"

I said. "Then I'll go with you, okay?"

Xiao Bing said. "No need, I'll be back soon.

Don't worry." I said Xiao Bing wanted to ask more, but she held back. After following me for so many years, she knew that once I made a decision, few could change it.

After a while, the sound of horses' hooves told me that Dreix had returned.

After bidding farewell to the women, I boarded the carriage.

"Boss, where to today?"

Dreix asked. "To check out Black Hawk's rented place,"

I replied. "Yes, boss."

Dreix told the driver the destination, and the carriage set off.

"Clatter, clatter..."

The rhythmic sound of hooves striking the ground reached my ears. I pondered my future plans.

"Boss..."

Dreix suddenly spoke.

"What is it?"

I asked. "Can I ask you a question?"

Dreix said. "Go ahead."

"Why did you kill those people?"

Dreix cautiously voiced his question. "Didn't they deserve to die?"

I countered.

"Logically speaking, they did deserve to die. However, the laws of the Bunker Empire didn't prohibit these actions.

That is to say, their actions were legal," Dreix said. "The law." I had never thought about the law.

My judgments of others were entirely based on my own subjective feelings. The word 'law' was quite unfamiliar to me.

"What's the use of law?"

I asked. "Yes, it's extremely useful. Human society is very complex. Often, we can't judge a person as good or bad, nor can we judge a matter as right or wrong.

At such times, we need a standard to make judgments. Law is, in fact, a yardstick by which humanity measures itself," said Drexler.

I knew Drexler's nature; he would never say a word more than necessary. This time, he said so much, showing how important he considered it.

After hearing this, I didn't say anything.

What is right, and what is wrong?

("Seven, can you answer me? Is what Drexler said right?"

I asked Seven. "He's right.

For human society as a whole, law is the most important thing. But that doesn't apply to you right now. As for what you want, ask yourself." "Myself..."

Drexler kept looking at me. I looked at him too, and we both fell into deep thought.)

"What...what is it that I need to do?"

A series of questions flooded my mind.

Suddenly, I snapped out of it.

"Dreix, you know what? No one can stop me from doing what I'm going to do. To hell with the law!"

I said confidently. In that instant, I seemed to see a glint in Dreix's eyes. Dreix

looked me up and down, as if he were about to re-evaluate me.

"I understand, boss."

He didn't say anything more.

The atmosphere in the carriage suddenly became a little strange. Dreix and I didn't speak, each lost in our own thoughts.

"Sir, we've arrived."

The coachman's voice came from outside.

"Let's go."

I got out of the carriage first.

"Hmm..."

Dreix followed closely behind me.

Although the time in the carriage was short, it was of extraordinary significance to me. I understood at least one thing, something very important.

"We still have a lot to do..."

I said to Dreix.

Chapter Twelve

The place where we got out of the carriage was still some distance from Black Hawk and his men's rented place. This is a semi-rural area, and not many people come here by horse-drawn carriage. Not wanting to attract attention, I got off early.

Remembering my experience at the bar, I changed my clothes. Dressed in farm clothes, I really did look like a farmer.

"There's a small hill over there; it should be a good spot for observation,"

Dereks said. "Okay, let's go."

I said this small hill, less than a hundred meters high, was probably the highest point in the area, making it ideal for observing the surrounding environment. Plus, there were some trees on it, enough to conceal our movements.

"There, that's where Black Hawk and his crew are staying."

Following Dereks's direction, I easily spotted several farmhouses.

The houses in this area were scattered, mostly built among farmland. The one where Black Hawk and his crew rented several houses built together was unique, making it easy to spot.

During our observation, people came and went from time to time.

"Who are those people coming and going?"

I asked Derekes. "They're all from the hunting team."

After observing for a while, Derekes said, "Is their business doing well?"

I said, "Not really, boss. Actually, based on my observations over the past two days, these people don't have a fixed schedule. Some sleep during the day, some sleep at night. They go out and fool around all the time, either drinking, gambling, or going to prostitutes. These people coming and going are either members of the hunting team who have just gone out or just returned. As for their business, it doesn't seem to be going very well."

Derekes said to me, "Oh, I see. That's caused me a lot of trouble. How can we gather all these people together?

Only by wiping them all out can we completely atone for their sins." I muttered, "Boss, what did you say?" Derekes didn't hear what I muttered, so she asked me.

"When will these people get together?"

I asked. "Get together... they'll probably only get together when business comes in... but I'm not sure,"

Dreix replied. "Probably..."

Faced with this uncertain answer, I thought of the help Ah Qi had always given me. If only Ah Qi could help me now. But I refused Ah Qi that day, so now I have to figure it out myself.

While I was racking my brains about how to get the entire Black Hawk Hunting Team together, Black Hawk was also worrying about making a living.

Black Hawk had long had the idea of changing careers. The work of the hunting team was both dangerous and cheap. Although as the captain, he could earn much more gold coins than the team members, compared to the slave traders, what he could earn was not even a fraction of what they earned.

Not to mention the two elves his hunting team captured for Moon, the big slave trader Hassan only gave him 230 gold coins. Thinking of this, Black Hawk couldn't help but slam his fist hard on the table in front of him.

It wasn't that Hassan offered too little, but rather that Black Hawk felt incredibly foolish. He hadn't realized before how valuable these elves were. This was because he had secretly sent a monkey to track Hassan's men. He only learned this after the two elves were sold and the monkey returned to report. The two elves they captured had been exchanged for eight South Sea black pearls. After inquiring about the price of South Sea black pearls at a jewelry store, Black Hawk finally understood something. He had been making money for others all along; that short, stocky Hassan only needed to sit there and talk, earning several times, or even more, gold coins. And for slave traders, this was a daily occurrence, while for him, earning such a sum once every month or two was considered good.

Therefore, within two days of the monkey's return, he decided that he would become a slave trader who exploited others, not a hunter being exploited.

And the largest slave market in the country was in Bunks City, so Black Hawk set his sights there.

For his men, Black Hawk offered two choices: find their own way, or follow him on his adventures.

If successful, they could earn ten or even a hundred times more money than they do now. Most importantly, they would no longer have to risk their lives. The final result was obvious: everyone willingly followed Black Hawk to Bunks City.

However, things didn't go as Black Hawk had anticipated. As the saying goes, "every profession has its own secrets," and there were many things Black Hawk hadn't considered beforehand.

For example, where to buy slaves?

Black Hawk's previous plan was that he only needed to raise the price, and other hunting parties would sell their "goods" to him. However, this only happened once.

That time, Black Hawk spent 500 gold coins to buy an elf from a hunting party, and then sold it for 3,000 gold coins. This single transaction earned Black Hawk more gold coins than he had earned in several years combined.

But after that, Black Hawk could no longer find that hunting party. Later, he heard that the hunting party had been attacked by a pack of wolves and had all died in the forest.

At first, he didn't doubt this claim, until Hassan brought him a wolf cub.

"It's just a wolf, but I've got it all figured out!"

Hassan said meaningfully to Black Hawk while fiddling with the wolf cub.

Black Hawk then realized that the hunting party hadn't been attacked by wolves; Hassan must have done something behind the scenes.

From then on, Black Hawk didn't acquire a single slave.

This situation of dwindling resources had lasted for a month, and if there was no business soon, they would all be starving within two months.

Black Hawk was constantly worried about this.

"Drex, I have an idea to keep all these people here,"

I said, looking him in the eyes. "Boss, you wouldn't be thinking of…"

"Yes, pretend to be a buyer or seller and talk business with Black Hawk," Dereks tentatively asked.

I smiled and said, "Boss, is this really going to work...?"

Dereks asked. "How do you know it won't work if you don't try?"

I said. "Then..."

Dereks whispered and discussed it with me.

A few minutes later, after changing clothes, Dereks and I, dressed smartly, appeared at the entrance of Black Hawk's rented residence.

"Who goes there?..."

Just as Dereks and I were about to enter the seemingly undefended courtyard, four people appeared in front of and behind us, four knives pressed against our bodies.

"Don't misunderstand, don't misunderstand, we're here to talk business."

I said, raising my hands above my head.

A thin man circled Dereks and me a few times, looking us up and down. This person was probably the "monkey" Salena had mentioned. "Hmm..."

He waved his hand, and the four men lowered their knives.

"Who are you, and what business are you here to discuss?"

Monkey asked, glancing at us.

“We are vineyard owners, here to buy some strong orc slaves to work for us. We also have a few elven slaves that we don't need and would like to sell to a slave trader, but we don't know if you buy them here,”

I answered, head held high.

This was something Drexler and I had already discussed, because we didn't know if they were short of slaves to sell or had a surplus of slaves they couldn't sell, so I mentioned both sides. Black Hawk certainly wouldn't let this business opportunity pass him by.

“Are you serious?”

Monkey asked me incredulously. He seemed to disbelieve that such a good deal would come to them on its own.

“Of course, I came here on a friend's recommendation. If you don't want to do business with us, then I'm leaving,”

I said, pointing to the knives in their hands.

“No, no, no. Please come in first, I'll go get our boss right away.”

Monkey bowed and scraped as he ushered us into the house, then hurriedly ran to the backyard. That must be Black Hawk's room.

"Boss, boss, business has come knocking!"

Monkey excitedly reported.

Black Hawk, who had just been worrying about his future livelihood, was almost incredulous upon hearing this good news.

"What did you say? Say it again!"

Black Hawk pulled Monkey close and asked, "Boss, a big deal has come knocking on our door."

Monkey recounted their conversation at the door.

"Is it really that good?"

Black Hawk muttered to himself.

"Boss, what are you hesitating for? This kind of business has come to you, aren't you going to take it?"

Monkey asked. "We have to be careful. We haven't been here long. How did they know we're involved in the slave trade?"

Black Hawk said, "They said they were introduced by a friend."

Monkey replied.

"Introduced by a friend..."

Black Hawk hesitated.

Just then, a commotion erupted from ahead.

"What's going on?"

Black Hawk asked one of his men.

"Boss, those two who came earlier are making a fuss about leaving!"

the man reported.

“I’ll be right out,”

Black Hawk said, grabbing a coat and putting it on before heading forward. He was acutely aware of his financial situation; if there was business to be had, he wouldn’t let it slip by.

By the time Black Hawk reached the front, Drexel and I had already stepped one foot out the door.

“Sir, please wait a moment,”

Black Hawk hurriedly called out, turning me around. He looked me up and down.

“You are…”

“I’m the boss here. You can call me Black Hawk,”

Black Hawk quickly introduced himself.

“Oh, the manager has finally arrived. Hello, my name is Ike.”

I pulled my foot back and shook hands with Black Hawk.

“Please have a seat!”

Black Hawk quickly ushered Drexel and me back into the living room.

“I’m so sorry about earlier. I was discussing business with another customer, so I took up your valuable time. Please forgive me,”

Black Hawk fabricated a lie to get me to stay.

"Hmph, I came here to patronize your business, but after all this time, not even a manager has shown up. Isn't this blatant disrespect? If I didn't live so close to you, I wouldn't have come to a small place like yours. There are plenty of places that buy and sell slaves, not just yours!"

I said, feigning anger.

"The main problem is that I'm the one who makes all the decisions here, big and small. No one else can make any decisions, so... hehe, I'm really sorry, Mr. Ike," Black Hawk explained repeatedly.

"Alright, alright, let's not talk about that anymore. I'm short on time, let's get down to business."

I waved my hand, pretending to be impatient.

"Okay, okay. I just heard from my men that you seem to be both buying and selling. Is that right?"

Black Hawk asked cautiously.

"Yes, I have a large vineyard. I'm short of slaves to work in, so I'd like to buy a few orcs from you. Also, someone gave me a few elves, and I already had a few, so now I have too many and want to sell some. What do you think..."

I looked at Black Hawk with a questioning gaze.

“Okay, okay, no problem.”

Black Hawk’s eyes practically lit up with excitement when he heard I wanted to buy him elves.

“The price…”

I said, “The price is negotiable. Orcs sell for 50 gold coins in the market right now, I’ll give you 40. As for the elves, I’ll buy them for 400 gold coins each. How does that sound?”

Black Hawk asked me, “Isn’t 400 gold coins a bit low?”

Of course, I wasn’t really trying to haggle with Black Hawk, I was just doing it on purpose to dispel his doubts.

“Then… 500 gold coins it is.”

Black Hawk hesitated for a long time before finally saying it with a heavy heart.

“Hmm… 500 gold coins is acceptable.”

I nodded.

“One more question, how many elves do you want to sell?”

Black Hawk asked. He was afraid that the little money he had left wouldn’t be enough to pay for the elves.

“Three or four, I guess. What’s wrong? Is there a problem?”

I asked. “No, no. Once you’ve decided how many, I can prepare the money for you in advance.”

Black Hawk said with a smile.

"Hmph, he's probably figuring out how to borrow money,"

I chuckled to myself.

“I have a lot of work to do in my vineyard. If possible, let’s make the deal as soon as possible, okay?”

I asked Blackhawk. “No problem, no problem. We can have everything ready the day after tomorrow. What do you think?”

Blackhawk said. “Okay, then the day after tomorrow. I’ll bring the elves here the day after tomorrow.”

I stood up and said.

“Okay, I’ll be waiting for you.”

Blackhawk also stood up and said. “Goodbye.”

“Goodbye.”

Leaving Blackhawk’s lair, I could finally breathe a sigh of relief.

“How was it, Dereksie? My performance was alright, wasn’t it?”

I said. “Boss, you could switch careers and become an actor.”

Dereksie said. “By the way, you have to come with me the day after tomorrow. I’ll give you some magical items. You’ll be in charge of taking down those who try to escape. I want to wipe them all out, leaving none behind.”

I said to Dereksie. “Okay, boss.”

On the way home, I planned every detail myself. I had to imagine every possible situation.

I was going to carry out a perfect massacre.

“Master, you’re back.”

As soon as I entered the door, Little Ice and Lulu greeted me in unison.

These two are inseparable now, practically twins.

"Hello."

I took off my coat and headed straight for my lab. These past two days, I've been working hard to create more "fireballs" and "ice bullets." I was so engrossed that I forgot to eat. It wasn't until Xiao Bing and Salena brought my dinner to the lab that my stomach started growling.

"Master, what's wrong with you these past few days? Why are you always going out so mysteriously without telling us where you've been?"

Xiao Bing asked curiously.

"It's not time to tell you yet. I'll tell you later,"

I said, picking up the plate and

shoveling large mouthfuls of fried rice into my mouth.

"What? Always making up such lame excuses. Fine, don't tell me then. Oh, right, Sister Salena, I think you should ask. You and Master have such a good relationship lately; if you ask, Master will definitely tell you,"

Xiao Bing said, laughing as she ran out of the lab.

"You little brat!"

Salena laughed and chased after her.

After I finished eating, I tossed the plate aside and continued working.

Just then, the door creaked open a crack, and Salena slipped in through.

Judging from her furtive manner, she clearly didn't want to be seen. But I was puzzled; how did someone with such a voluptuous figure manage to squeeze through such a small gap?

"Salena, what are you doing here?"

I asked, feigning ignorance.

"I...I, oh, right. I'm here to

collect the dishes," Salena said, quickly tidying up my utensils.

Looking at her, I almost burst out laughing. She was an elf hundreds of years old, yet she acted like a naive little girl.

"Alright, stop pretending. You probably want to know what I've been doing these past few days,"

I finally called her out.

"Master, um...if...it's convenient for you to tell me...please tell me,"

Salena quickly put down her utensils, pulled up a chair in front of me, rested her hands on my lap, and looked at me with curiosity.

"Actually... it's a huge secret. If you really want to know, I'll tell only one person, but you absolutely mustn't tell Xiaobing and Lulu!"

I said mysteriously. "Okay, okay. I won't tell, I promise I'll keep it a secret,"

Salena quickly promised. (I was practically bursting with laughter inside, it was really hard to hold it in.) I leaned close to Salena's ear and whispered, "The secret is... it's..."

"It's what, Master, just tell me!"

Salena urged anxiously. "It's... it's... I want to do you!"

"Ah..." Chapter 1

of Part 4 "Oh... Master... no... not here... um..." Salena resisted slightly. But under my caresses, Salena's resistance quickly turned into enjoyment. However, clothes alone were no longer enough to satisfy my desires. Without much effort, I stripped Salena into a tantalizingly naked lamb. Her full breasts stood proudly erect, and I carefully stroked and licked her nipples. "Mmm..." Salena held my head in blissful embrace, letting out a series of soft moans. At this moment, describing her as having fragrant breath and seductive eyes would be no exaggeration. Looking at such a captivating beauty, which man wouldn't be moved? "Master, hurry up..." Salena, perhaps afraid of being seen by others if it took too long, urged me coquettishly. How could I disobey such a beauty's command? I immediately stripped off my clothes and mounted her. After ample foreplay, Salena's flower path was thoroughly wet, and that soft, tight feeling enveloped my entire body once more. Since we were in the laboratory, being seen by others would be embarrassing, so I didn't hold back, penetrating to the hilt each time, each thrust creating a ripple in Salena's breasts and buttocks. "Master...slow...slow down..." Salena was also starting to feel the strain, pleading repeatedly. “You asked for this, I won’t let you off.” I said, not slowing down, my hands gripping her breasts tightly, as if trying to crush them. “It’s coming, Master, faster…faster…” Salena, nearing climax, had her fingernails digging into my skin. “Go…” With a roar, my penis slammed into Salena’s cervix, sending her to the brink of orgasm. “Ah…” Salena bit her lip hard to stifle her cries, as if trying to draw blood. And I fared even worse; her fingernails left ten deep, bloody welts on my back. During her orgasm, Salena’s vaginal canal suddenly contracted powerfully. I had never experienced such intense stimulation; I could no longer hold back, and my life essence gushed forth. We were immersed in the afterglow of our orgasms, comforting each other. I licked the handprints I'd left on Salena's chest, while her small hands stroked the wounds she'd just scratched on my back. "Master, you're really rough! Look, you've even left handprints," Salena said, half-pouting, half-angry. "The wounds you left on my back are much worse!" I retorted. After looking at the wounds on my back, Salena stuck out her tongue; she herself seemed surprised to have left such terrible marks on me.

"Who told you to always bully me!"

she said, giving my wound a hard pat, but quickly turning it into a gentle soothing touch.

"Ah..."

Salena's hard pat made me cry out in pain.

"This is to teach you a lesson. As the saying goes, 'Curiosity killed the cat,' don't ask about everything."

I said, while casting water magic to heal myself.

"I know."

Salena said, quickly getting dressed and tidying up my dishes. "Master, be good, okay? I'm going to wash the dishes."

Salena said playfully before leaving. I made a pounce motion, "Ah..."

Salena was so startled that she quickly closed the door and ran away.

I tidied up the lab and went back to my room.

I entered the bedroom and saw Xiaobing reading under the magic lamp. I quietly walked over and suddenly hugged Xiaobing from behind, my magic hands covering Xiaobing's firm breasts.

"Stop it, Master."

Xiaobing said casually.

"Couldn't you just pretend you were scared?"

I said helplessly, looking at Xiaobing.

"But I knew you were back even before you came in!"

Xiaobing said.

"So unromantic,"

I said, plopping heavily onto the bed.

"Sigh, men are like children..."

Xiaobing shook her head, but her eyes never left her book.

"I'm going to sleep now,"

I said, kicking off my shoes, lying down on the bed, and closing my eyes. The day's exhaustion made me fall asleep before I even started counting sheep.

The next day, I gave the magic bullets I made to Dereks and had him practice using them. Although Dereks had no knowledge of magic, he quickly mastered the use of such simple items that could be used simply by throwing them. As long as Dereks didn't throw these magic bullets at his own feet, there shouldn't be any major problems.

Meanwhile, at Black Hawk's temporary residence...

After a busy day, Black Hawk bought five strong orc slaves from the slave market. He wouldn't actually make much money from these orc slaves. The most tempting lie I told him was that I'd sell him some elven slaves.

Even though preparations were complete, Black Hawk was still thinking about yesterday's business deal.

"Hey Monkey, what if there's a problem with yesterday's deal?"

Black Hawk asked anxiously.

"Boss, you're overthinking it! What could possibly be wrong?"

Monkey said dismissively.

"But I still feel like something's off," Black Hawk said

, still a little worried.

"Boss, if you're so worried, let's make some arrangements. If he really comes to do business, fine. If not..."

Monkey said, making a downward cutting motion with his hand.

"Hmm... okay. Monkey, go make the arrangements. Tell the brothers that nobody goes out tonight. Get some rest. If anyone makes a mistake tomorrow, don't blame me for being ruthless,"

Black Hawk said.

"Yes, boss,"

Monkey said.

Both sides were prepared for what would happen the next day, and things proceeded according to their established trajectory.

The appointed day arrived, and I ate a peaceful breakfast with Derek. Of course, my inner world was definitely not as calm as I appeared.

"Master, you seem to have something on your mind today?"

Xiao Bing, with her female intuition, seemed to sense something different in the air.

"No, what could possibly be on my mind?"

I replied, feigning nonchalance.

"Really?..."

Xiao Bing asked me with disbelief.

"If you don't believe me, why ask me?"

I had no choice but to use this method to avoid the question.

As for Xiao Qing, my summoned beast, she was connected to me by mind. She seemed to sense the killing intent emanating from me, so she kept rubbing against me while I ate breakfast.

"Alright, Xiao Qing, stop fooling around. Can't you see I'm eating?"

I patted her head, signaling her to be quiet for a while. But she didn't listen to me and continued to rub against me.

"Xiao Qing, be quiet. That's an order!"

I said, a little annoyed.

"Waaah..."

Xiaoqing let out a pitiful sound and hid to the side.

Seeing this, Xiaobing gently patted Xiaoqing's back to comfort her, then glared at me fiercely, as if to say, "Why are you so mean to Sister Xiaoqing! Master, you must have something on your mind today, and you lied to me saying nothing, you're a big liar."

I pretended not to see Xiaobing's gaze and continued eating my breakfast.

After breakfast, Dereks and I packed up and prepared to leave.

"Master, are you going out again?"

Salena asked, seeing Dereks and me packing.

"Yes, is there something you need?"

I asked back.

"Ah, nothing, I just wanted to ask if I should make you lunch,"

Salena said.

"Hmm... don't wait for us for lunch, we'll be back for dinner,"

I said.

"Then you must come back, I'll be waiting for you, Master,"

Salena said with a concerned expression.

I turned around and saw Salena gazing at me with her large, bright eyes, full of affection. "I'll bring you a gift,"

I said.

"No, I don't want any gift, I just want you to come back safely, Master," Salena

said.

In that instant, I was deeply moved. Yes, there were people at home waiting for me to return.

"We'll be back for dinner you made,"

I said, planting a deep kiss on Salena's full, red lips. This time, I didn't hide the presence of Xiaobing and Lulu.

"Wow..."

They both stared in surprise, their mouths agape at my actions. But I didn't give them time to ask questions; I pushed open the door and left, leaving the blushing Salena to the chattering Xiaobing and Lulu.

As I got into the carriage with Derek, I tried to calm myself down. My reason told me that to complete today's plan, I had to use my intellect, not my feelings. But my body wouldn't follow my brain's instructions. I felt my hands trembling, and my legs were shaking too.

"Hey, Ike, now's not the time to be scared,"

Ah Qi suddenly spoke up.

"I...I...I'm not scared!"

I replied.

"Now's not the time to lie either. Ike, didn't you say you were going to do this brilliantly and prove your skills to me? I don't want to see you mess things up and beg me to clean up your mess,"

Ah Qi said with a contemptuous tone.

"Go to hell! Do you think I'd do something like that? I'll prove you wrong!"

I said angrily.

“I hope so…”

Ah Qi’s tone remained unchanged.

Such conversation might not be of much use to me, but at least my body wasn’t trembling for now. For a deity, he knew very well how to manipulate human emotions; replacing one negative emotion with another was often very effective.

What wasn’t a long journey seemed to stretch two, three times longer during my anxious wait.

When we were still some distance from our destination, Derek and I got off the carriage; I didn’t want the driver involved.

After walking for a while, Derek and I arrived at Black Hawk’s rented place. Monkey was already waiting for us at the door with several men.

“Mr. Ike, you’ve arrived. We’ve been waiting for you for a long time,”

Monkey said.

“Where’s your boss?”

I asked.

“The boss is inside, waiting for you,”

Monkey said.

“Hmm.”

I nodded and went inside.

Black Hawk was already there as soon as I reached the door. “Mr. Ike, you’ve finally arrived.”

Black Hawk said warmly, stepping forward to shake my hand. “Consider this handshake your farewell to this world!”

I thought to myself with a chuckle.

Black Hawk glanced behind me, seeing only Dereksis; there was no one else. “Mr. Ike, didn’t you say you were going to sell me some elven slaves last time? Why…”

Black Hawk asked, puzzled.

“I’m sorry, Mr. Black Hawk, I don’t want to sell them to you anymore,”

I said with a smile.

“What?”

Black Hawk was momentarily stunned by my words. “But…but…didn’t we agree? I’ve already prepared orc slaves for you.”

Black Hawk was still trying to salvage the deal.

“I don’t want to buy your orc slaves either,”

I said, still smiling.

“You…you fucking messed with me!”

Black Hawk was clearly furious.

“I am messing with you, what can you do about it?”

My smile remained on my face.

"Then die!"

Black Hawk's voice was fierce. "Whoosh..."

A knife silently attacked my back.

However, when the knife was at least three feet away, it was blocked by an invisible force. The advantage of "Wind Shield" is that it's completely transparent; your opponent can't see it at all.

The attacker looked at the knife in his hand in confusion, wondering why this was happening. "You should be the ones dying,"

I spat out through gritted teeth, and gave the attacker a free "Fireball."

"Ah..."

A shrill scream drew everyone to the doorway. The attacker's knife was nowhere to be seen; he was completely engulfed in flames, his hands flailing wildly in the air as if trying to grab something as he rushed towards the door. The people who had just gathered at the doorway immediately retreated, avoiding this "human torch." Soon, the flames engulfed everything, and a charred corpse sent a chill down everyone's spine.

"You...you are...a mage?"

Black Hawk asked, trembling.

"Don't you think you've found out a little too late?"

I retorted.

“But…why? Who are you, and why are you doing this?”

Black Hawk asked.

“Go ask Yama, the King of Hell, after you die. Hmph…”

I said with a cold laugh.

A series of fireballs appeared between my hands, faithfully carrying out my commands, flying towards their targets along the trajectories I had designed. Screams rang out one after another, including those from the main group, including Black Hawk and Monkey.

Clearly, these people hadn't expected me to be a mage, because the weapons they used against me were either daggers or short swords, which couldn't even get close to my body before being ignited by the fireballs. (The reason I used the fireball spell is because I'm most skilled in fire magic, and the fireball spell is a low-level fire magic, consuming less mana and requiring less incantation.) The short duration of the attack made it ideal for quickly and massively eliminating enemies without magical defenses.

As the enemies fell one by one, they began to realize that the difference in strength between them and me was simply not on the same level, and some started to flee. But Drexxs had been waiting for this, and those who fled ultimately met the same fate: being burned to a crisp.

The massacre lasted less than 10 minutes. The last enemy fell, and a final scream was swallowed by the flames. Apart from my heavy breathing and the crackling of the flames, there was no other sound.

I glanced at Drexxs; he was looking at me with the same gaze.

“Boss, what should we do?”

Derekes asked.

“Wait… let me calm down first.”

I had never used so much magic in such a short time. The exhaustion of my magical power left me a little dazed, my mind blank.

“Okay, boss. But with such a commotion, the sheriff will probably be here soon. Let’s get out of here quickly!”

Derekes said.

“Alright, I understand. First, help me find Black Hawk’s body,”

I said.

I panted, bent down, and began searching for Black Hawk’s body as well. I had promised Salena I would bring her a gift, and I hoped to find something on Black Hawk. I remembered that at the beginning, I had fired a fireball at him, and he had collapsed on fire. As for where his body was, I could

n’t remember. The bodies on the ground were all burned, making it difficult to identify them. I had to frown, cover my nose, and search for them one by one. “Derekes, you seem so calm. Have you done this before?”

I asked Derekes as I searched.

“If you’ve spent 30 years in the palace, then nothing in the world can surprise or frighten you anymore,”

Dreix replied.

“I’ve heard that the palace is the darkest place in the world. Is that true?”

I turned to ask Dreix behind me.

“Hmph…”

Although Dreix only let out a cold snort, it contained a great deal of meaning.

He raised his head, about to say something to me, when suddenly his expression changed drastically. "Master, watch out!"

Dreix warned me.

Just as I was about to turn my head back to see what was happening, I felt something cold snap against my neck.
