How could I ever forget your kindness?

It's been a long time since I last visited. How are you all? I've been very busy with work for the past two months. I've been in touch with my sister frequently, but for various reasons, we haven't seen each other. When I finally had some free time, it was already the end of the year. Around 6 pm on the 27th, my sister called me, saying she wasn't feeling well and didn't want to move. I said, "I'll come see you," and she readily agreed. I brought them two pounds of tea leaves and some other things. When I arrived at the door, my sister came down to meet me. Her complexion was slightly yellow. I asked, "Are you feeling better? Did you take your medicine?" She nodded. When we got to the house, I put down my things and hung up my coat. My sister was boiling water.
