Our Passionate Years

For some reasons, I haven't played games for a long time. By chance, a friend asked, "Your experiences are so rich, why don't you ever write them down and share them with everyone?" I laughed and said, "What's there to share? It's just the same old thing, isn't it?" Having some free time, I decided to write about our experiences, as a way of remembering the past.
We are a cautious and meticulous couple, and we've been playing this game for a while now. From being completely ignorant to now being quite skilled, we've experienced not only time but also pain and torment. From being impetuous and arrogant to being cautious and serious, this is a summary and distillation of our experiences with other players. If I were to start from the beginning, it might become a novel, so let me write about our most recent game.
On October 1st last year, we played a game with a single man we had been chatting with for a long time. It wasn't our first time together, but it was our most successful game so far. The single man was young and well-mannered; from meeting him to our first time, it took us over a year. After confirming that he was the one we were looking for, we began our passionate game.
We arranged to meet online at a hotel in Yuzhong District on National Day. Because it was a last-minute arrangement, we were both a bit rushed, arriving at the hotel at exactly eight o'clock.
