This is a description of our first and only experience. The only regret is that my sister's partner wasn't very stable, but the best part is that the experience was very fulfilling. All four of us felt great, and my sister kept saying it was exactly what she wanted.
Actually, we're just very stable with my sister and we understand each other fairly well.
