Why do young men and middle-aged women experience passionate encounters?

The main reason is physiological. There's a saying, "A woman's libido increases after thirty, and reaches its peak at forty," referring to the increased sexual desire in women after thirty, reaching its zenith at forty. Men, on the other hand, experience a decline. As the saying goes, yin and yang are inherently interdependent. Men's libido generally begins to decline after 35. While men may still be sexually active and have affairs, it's often just impulsive passion; their sexual prowess isn't what it used to be. They can easily satisfy themselves, but find it harder to satisfy their wives at this age. Furthermore, poor communication between couples in China has historically contributed to dissatisfaction in the sex lives of Chinese women after forty. So why don't women know how to cheat? Actually, middle-aged women have always cheated, but it was less common in the past. Now, you see more reports in the media. Did they not want to cheat before? No. It was due to the constraints of traditional thinking and the traditional Chinese judgment of women's actions. In the past, if a woman cheated, she would face widespread condemnation, making it difficult for her to live in such a society.
Why is it becoming more common now? There are three main reasons: First, the progress of women's self-awareness; second, the change in social attitudes—people are no longer so harshly critical of women's actions, because men are also at fault, and this isn't a matter of right or wrong. Third, in China's society over the past 20 years, increased population mobility has led to more separations of couples beyond emotional factors, creating fertile ground for non-marital unions.
In my own view, this should also be considered human progress, at least from a fairness perspective. I think that as long as it's not excessive, having a lover is a good choice, even if it's someone younger or older than oneself. Because nowadays, some couples only see each other about once a year, some don't even see each other once a year. This is bad for both men and women.
Furthermore, unions between middle-aged women and younger men are reasonable as long as they are voluntary, discreet, or mutually beneficial. This kind of thing can't be simply judged by right or wrong, nor can it always be addressed through moral arguments; morality is also evolving and changing, and nothing is static. What might have been immoral 10 years ago may be accepted and considered moral today.
As long as it's moderate and not excessive (for example, if your spouse is right beside you, and you're always out having affairs, that's disrespectful, unless both parties agree), such as the few cases of partner swapping where both parties agree and are honest, it's even more reasonable, and outsiders shouldn't criticize too much.
