The relationship between massage, spas, and sex

Regarding Tuina (Chinese massage), I took a Tuina course in college because of a family member's shoulder problem, so I'll just chat about it casually. If anyone from a TCM college specializing in Tuina sees this, please just laugh it off and don't take it too seriously.
Tuina refers to using the hands to press on the meridians and acupoints on the body, using techniques such as pushing, grasping, lifting, pinching, and kneading to treat and achieve the effects of unblocking the meridians, promoting Qi and blood circulation, dispelling pathogens and strengthening the body, and harmonizing Yin and Yang. The most important thing is locating the acupoints. Once the location is found, you can obtain Qi through acupuncture or acupressure. The manifestation of obtaining Qi is a feeling of soreness, numbness, distension, and pain at the contact point. For example, spread the thumb and index finger of your left hand, place the transverse crease of the thumb joint of your right hand on the web between your thumb and index finger, and find the midpoint of the line connecting the web between your thumb and index finger and the junction of the first and second metacarpal bones; then close your thumb and index finger, and find the acupoint at the highest point of the muscle. Pressing firmly on this location on your left hand will produce a feeling of soreness, numbness, distension, and pain, which means you have obtained Qi and found the acupoint.

Let me mention a few important acupoints. If you are interested, you can look up their locations online. Regular massage can have health benefits. The first is Yongquan (涌泉), the first acupoint on the Kidney Meridian. It connects the internal and external meridians of the Kidney Meridian, from which the high-temperature, high-pressure fluids of the internal Kidney Meridian gush out to the surface, hence its name. The other is Zusanli (足三里). The *Ling Shu* states: "When evil resides in the spleen and stomach, it causes muscle pain. Excessive Yang Qi and insufficient Yin Qi result in internal heat and excessive hunger; insufficient Yang Qi and excessive Yin Qi result in internal cold, intestinal rumbling, and abdominal pain. When both Yin and Yang are in excess, or both are deficient, there will be both cold and heat, all of which can be regulated at Zusanli." These two acupoints are easy to locate and you can press them yourself, so feel free to press them more often in your spare time.

SPA stands for "Salus Per Aquam" (Health by water), and it is closely related to water. The original poster (OP) interned in Conghua, Guangdong, where there are natural hot springs (those familiar with Guangdong will likely know this place). They experienced the atmosphere of a spa firsthand: a deep soak in the hot spring until the skin feels warm, followed by an essential oil massage under soft lighting and soothing music – a truly enjoyable experience for the eyes, ears, nose, and touch. If you want a massage but don't have oil or running water, take a hot bath first, then have a spa treatment. The experience is completely different from showering directly. If you don't want a hot bath, a full-body massage can warm the body, but it can be quite strenuous.

There are many tutorials online about how to do a spa treatment. If it's just a simple spa treatment, then just enjoy it. If it's foreplay or pre-coital sex, pay attention to the order of the treatments, leaving the pelvic area for last, and stimulating the clitoris or G-spot with your fingers is also acceptable.

Everyone's understanding of sex is different; most people now refer to it as foreplay, sexual contact, and afterplay. Personally, I prefer to call it sex.
In my understanding, sex is caressing. Sexual contact is the caressing of the vagina by the penis, the caressing of the body, and verbal praise and compliments that soothe a woman's spirit. Only when all these aspects are achieved can it be considered sex. So, brothers, don't just focus on your penis during sex. Oh, I almost forgot, you can stimulate the Jianjing acupoint with your chin while whispering sweet nothings in her ear. It works quite well; you can give it a try.
