Chapter 5 Blood Hand Scorpion of the Wind and Moon Continent

In the western wing of Sanssouci Palace stands a secluded villa, surrounded by high walls. It comprises five courtyards connected by covered walkways, adorned with flowers, trees, ponds, rockeries, and pavilions, exuding an exquisite and refined charm.

However, for those who reside there, there is no room for appreciation, for this is the place that imprisons them for life. Outside the walls, a considerable number of guards stand watch day and night—or rather, keep watch—their orders being to forbid anyone within the villa from stepping outside.

This villa is now the place where Prince Wen Yeda, the second prince of Fast, and his wife are under house arrest.

Night falls, the moon slowly rises, and although it is already May, the night air remains quite chilly.

Wen Yeda withdrew his gaze from the outside world, slowly setting down his wine cup. He has been under house arrest here for half a year; this hopeless existence can truly drive a man, a man like him with immense ambition and once enviable power, mad.

When he first arrived, he still harbored some illusions, hoping to gain Andre III's forgiveness and thus make a comeback. But Andre III seemed to have completely forgotten him, utterly ignoring him. For the past six months, this place had become a forgotten corner, plunging him into despair. He knew in his heart that he had been completely banished from the Fast

court.

The last wooden building he was in was a two-story structure with a long outer corridor and exquisitely latticed windows inside. The railings outside the corridor were carved low railings, and the interior was filled with delicate bonsai trees—it certainly had a royal air. However, in Wen Yeda's eyes, this was not a place to live, but a prison that drove him mad.

Turning back to see the woman sitting quietly on the embroidery stool by the bed, doing her needlework, Wen Yeda felt a strange irritation rise within him. The Princess Xiu of Wu'an before him seemed like a completely different person after arriving here. She had accepted this life with remarkable ease, abandoning her former ambition and even showing great interest in what he considered the work of a maid.

The lamplight illuminated Princess Xiu's exquisitely beautiful face, a serene smile playing on her lips as she meticulously sewed, stitch by stitch, with such focus and tranquility. This demeanor only made Wen Yeda more unbearable.

"What are you doing?!"

The light dimmed, and hearing Wen Yeda's question, Princess Xiu put down her work, raised her head, and softly replied, "Making you a dress." She held up the dress slightly.

"Is this royal blue dress pretty?"

"Is this what you want to do?!"

Wen Yeda abruptly snatched the dress away, his teeth clenched, his expression ferocious. Princess Xiu paled in fright, staring blankly at him.

"It's all your fault, you vile woman!" Wen Yeda threw the clothes in his hands to the ground, growing angrier with each word. "What kind of crazy idea was this? Now you've ruined me like this, and you act like nothing happened! Do you find this kind of thing fun?"

"Your Highness!

This concubine..." "I've had enough of this life! I can't take it anymore!!"

Before Princess Xiu could finish her sentence, Wen Yeda screamed wildly, then pounced on her, pinning her to the bed.

"Ah..."

Princess Xiu's scream did not bring Wen Yeda back to his senses; instead, it only made her situation worse.

With a tearing sound, her clothes were ripped open by Wen Yeda, and her bra was pulled down as well, revealing her glistening breasts, which fell into Wen Yeda's grasp. She cried out in surprise as he squeezed them.

A man, flushed with alcohol and his eyes blazing with lust, gripped her tightly. No wonder she cried out in pain; her full, firm breasts had changed shape, and the delicate, rosy nipples were erect.

"No…Your Highness…"

Princess Xiu screamed, pushing against the man's heavy body. But her strength was nothing compared to Wen Yeda's, a man of considerable cultivation.

Wen Yeda, like a lustful brute desperate for release, expertly lifted Princess Xiu onto his lap. With a tearing sound, her clothes ripped to shreds in his hands.

"No…no…"

Princess Xiu cried out in panic, writhing and struggling like a snake. The once gentle man now resembled a terrifying beast, filling her with dread. Her hands pounded against Wen Yeda's body, but it

was like an ant trying to move a tree—utterly futile.

The contest between the lamb and the lion was over in an instant. Princess Xiu, pinned to the bed, was like a large white lamb, completely naked, her breasts heaving, her slender waist and full hips on full display, her hair disheveled, hairpins askew, tears streaming from her eyes.

It was the same result again. Through her teary eyes, Princess Xiu had lost count of how many times she had been tormented like this by Wen Yeda. Each time she resisted, she could only accept the man's unbridled ravaging and torment, becoming the perfect object for his venting of his emotions.

With a long sigh, Princess Xiu gave up all resistance, letting Wen Yeda ravage her body, groaning in pain under his merciless touch.

Wen Yeda, his eyes red, panted heavily. He wanted to think of nothing else but the alluring woman before him.

Suddenly, a gust of cold wind rushed in, and the previously closed window was silently opened, the lights in the room dimming instantly. When the lights came back on, the window was already closed, only a strange airflow swirling freely in the room.

Sensing something amiss, Wen Yeda leaped from Princess Xiu's lap, turning to stare in disbelief.

A streak of azure light darted rapidly through the room, extinguishing the silver lamps wherever it touched. The entire room was filled with a hazy, azure glow.

Princess Xiu, her expression almost numb, stared blankly at this unbelievable sight.

Suddenly, the azure light lengthened, bursting forth with a dazzling aurora. In the blink of an eye, a figure appeared in the room. At the same time, the silver lamps on the walls suddenly sputtered with a "poof!" and flames erupted, filling the room with light once more.

It was an elderly man nearing sixty, with deep-set eyes, a high forehead, and a gaunt face that, at first glance, resembled a skull with hair. He wore a wide black robe that gleamed with a strange, blood-red light, the hem and sleeves embroidered with crimson scorpions in flight.

"Master!"

Wen Yeda collapsed to the ground, crying out with a mixture of sorrow and joy, "Master, save me!"

"He's actually Wen Yeda's master!?"

Extremely shocked, Princess Xiu couldn't help but come to her senses. She couldn't believe her eyes and just stared blankly at the two of them, Wen Yeda and his disciple.

"Get up. How can my disciple, Bloodhand Scorpion, be so useless?"

Bloodhand Scorpion's eyes were fixed on Princess Xiu's curvaceous body. His long, blood-red hair moved without wind, adding to the mysterious and terrifying atmosphere. It seemed that there were also flickering, blood-red ghost flames in his deep-set eyes.

Feeling Bloodscythe's gaze fall upon her, Princess Xiu felt a burning sensation on her delicate skin. Suddenly remembering she was still completely naked, she couldn't help but scream, her pretty face flushing crimson. She hurriedly grabbed the blanket beside her to cover her body.

"You really know how to enjoy yourself, disciple," Bloodscythe said, his tone laced with mockery and a strange undertone. "To be able to be carefree in a place like this."

"Master, you flatter me,"

Wen Yeda said with an awkward smile, standing up and hastily straightening his clothes.

Bloodscythe shook his head. "I already know about your situation. It's unbelievable that you've ended up like this. I came here specifically for your sake..."

Wen Yeda looked at Bloodscythe with surprise and asked, "Master, are you going to rescue me?"

"Taking you out is a piece of cake for me," Bloodscythe said arrogantly. "But in doing so, you will lose everything and be a wanderer on the continent..."

"As long as I can get out, I can start all over again!" Wen Yeda said urgently.

"Idiot!" Bloodscorpion couldn't help but curse, "Useless fellow! Are you really going to give up the throne of Fast just like that? All my scheming has been for nothing, I'm so disappointed!"

Wen Yeda paused, then suddenly realized something, and looked up at his master, asking hesitantly, "Master, do you have a brilliant plan? Could I still ascend the throne of Fast?"

Bloodscorpion smiled slightly, but it made his face look even more ferocious and terrifying, causing Princess Xiu, who was occasionally peeking at the two of them, to feel her heart pound wildly, as if her soul was about to leave her body.

"You're not so stupid after all. I've arranged everything, and all the people infiltrating Esnia are in place."

Wen Yeda's expression brightened slightly, and his mind quickly returned to its usual sharpness.

"Did Urma bring his men back?"

"Yes." Bloodscythe nodded. "He brought three thousand assassins to infiltrate Esnia."

"But such a small force is no match for Esnia's city guard." Wen Yeda thought for a moment, then calculated, looking at Bloodscythe. "Yunia has most of Esnia's city guard, and the rest of the military force is mostly controlled by Gilemans, plus the Eastern Governor's Office also has a considerable force..."

"Not bad, you have some brains." Bloodscythe nodded. "In a head-on conflict, we have almost no chance of winning. But..."

"..." Wen Yeda looked anxiously at Bloodscythe.

"What if the emperor were to pass the throne to you?" Bloodscythe asked. "Would the city guards and palace guards oppose you? Would they dare disobey the emperor's decree?"

"That's impossible, isn't it?" Wen Yeda looked at Bloodscythe in surprise. "My father is in his prime; how could he suddenly abdicate? And if he were to abdicate, it wouldn't be to me!"

"We're going to turn the impossible into the possible now!" Bloodscythe said coldly. "If the emperor dies, he will definitely pass the throne to his son. At that time, as long as we have a formal edict of succession, even if ministers like Yunaia and Gilemans oppose it, they won't dare to openly disobey the emperor's decree!"

Wen Yeda's expression changed drastically. He felt his mouth go dry, and upon closer inspection, his heart raced. This was indeed a brilliant plan; he had originally considered such a method before.

"The key lies in two points," Bloodscythe analyzed. "First, the emperor must die quickly; second, we must obtain the Imperial Seal and use it to issue edicts. Once things are settled here, immediately order the transfer of Shah's army to Esnia. This will give us complete control of the situation in Esnia."

Bloodscythe chuckled. "If it weren't for the recent campaign against Wu'an, which drew most of the domestic army, especially Haiyingyang's troops, this troop movement and sudden shift in the situation might have provoked a backlash. But now they are too far away to help. Once the troops in Wu'an return home, you should be able to control the entire situation, right?

" Yeda's expression shifted rapidly, then he nodded vigorously: "I know where the Imperial Seal is kept, but Father is surrounded by numerous experts, making it difficult to get close. Moreover, very few people in the palace know where he might be."

Bloodhand Scorpion nodded, satisfied, and said, "You only need to know the location of the Imperial Seal. Before, Andre III's whereabouts were difficult to track, but now..."

He snorted twice, then continued, "Obsessed with the bodies of young women, he has lost his former shrewdness and decisiveness. I can find him quickly." Changing his tone, he looked at Wen Yeda and said, "Wait a few more days, and you'll be able to sit on the throne of Fast. Then it will all depend on your own abilities..."

"Master!" Wen Yeda hurriedly said, "If I ascend the throne of Fast, you will be Fast's Grand Tutor! Won't you stay by my side and help me?"

Bloodhand Scorpion smiled sinisterly and said, "Wealth and glory are like fleeting clouds to me. What meaning does being a Grand Tutor have?"

"Then how can I repay Master's great kindness?" Wen Yeda said very respectfully.

"I cultivate the Path of Heavenly Entry. Everything in this world is dung to me." A smile appeared on Bloodhand Scorpion's face as he said lightly, "However, if you are truly sincere..."

Wen Yeda understood his master's meaning and immediately swore an oath to the heavens, expressing his sincerity. Bloodhand Scorpion said with satisfaction, "After you ascend the throne of Fast, I will require three Myriad Spirit Blood Pearls."

"Myriad Spirit Blood Pearls?" Wen Yeda asked, puzzled. "What kind of rare treasure is that? I don't think I've ever heard of it before. Is it in our Fast royal treasury?"

Bloodhand Scorpion shook his head and said, "No, this is a supreme treasure that needs to be refined. It can help me ascend to the Path of Heaven. I will tell you the specific refining method after your great undertaking is successful." Seeing that Bloodhand Scorpion didn't want to discuss the Myriad Spirit Blood Pearls any further, Wen Yeda could only nod in agreement.

Afterwards, Bloodhand Scorpion discussed the entire operation plan with Wen Yeda for a while, agreed on a time, and then drifted away.

As he left, Bloodhand Scorpion gave Princess Xiu, who was clutching the brocade quilt on the bed, a meaningful glance that sent chills down her spine.

After Bloodscythe disappeared into the vast night, Wen Yeda stood there for a long time, then suddenly burst into wild laughter. He rushed forward, scooped Princess Xiu up from the bed, and excitedly told her, "Do you know? When I ascend the throne of Fast, you will be the Queen of Fast!"

"But, Your Highness..." Princess Xiu said timidly, but Wen Yeda interrupted her. He wasn't listening to her at all; he just wanted to vent his feelings. Unable to hide his wild joy, he gestured wildly and kept talking. Finally, he concluded,

"Hmph, at that time, everyone who has offended me will be executed!"

His tone was so vicious that Princess Xiu couldn't help but shiver. She said to Wen Yeda with some fear, "Your Highness, I don't think doing this is..."

"Shut up!" Wen Yeda raised his hand and pinched Princess Xiu's mouth, preventing her from saying the ominous words that followed.

"Just be a good girl and listen to me! Don't worry about anything else!"

Under the moonlight, Bloodhand Scorpion raced through the streets of Esnia, feeling an immense sense of exhilaration. Everything was proceeding according to his plan, and Wen Yeda's promise gave him even greater confidence in the successful refining of the Myriad Spirit Blood Pearls.

"Senior brother! Perhaps it won't be long before I can defeat you!" Bloodhand Scorpion grew increasingly excited, his movements becoming even faster. "As long as I obtain three Myriad Spirit Blood Pearls, I can surpass all the founders of our sect and become the first to reach the state of oneness with heaven and man."

Overjoyed, he almost burst into laughter, but a cold voice suddenly interrupted his good mood.

"So it's you, you old devil. What are you doing in Esnia?"

Bloodhand Scorpion was startled, stopped, turned around, and couldn't help but snort coldly.

"Rutu Xian, what are you doing here?" The

Iceblood Demon Clan man stood at the alley entrance, coldly scrutinizing Bloodhand Scorpion. Hearing this question, he retorted without hesitation, "Now I'm asking you! How many years has it been since we parted at the Snow Mountain? You're still alive?"

Bloodhand Scorpion chuckled strangely, "If you're not dead, how could I be?"

"Hmph, be careful in Esnia, lest you lose your life."

A fierce glint flashed in Bloodhand Scorpion's eyes, then his expression shifted, and he said, "I'm leaving. Next time, I'll show you my power!" With that, a flash of blue light, and he vanished without a trace.

Rutu Xian was slightly taken aback, then realized that a large patrol of city guards had arrived. He couldn't help but be surprised by Bloodhand Scorpion's improved six senses; he hadn't expected him to have progressed so much, clearly surpassing him in hearing.

"What business does this guy have in Esnia?"

Shaking his head, Rutu Xian also quickly fled. As far as he knew, Bloodhand Scorpion, hailing from Ludian, was a terrifyingly mysterious expert who rarely showed his face on the continent. Even in Ludian itself, no one knew of his existence. Furthermore, the "Path of Bloodlight" he practiced was an extremely mysterious school of thought on the Fengyue Continent.

"What a nuisance! There are more and more mysterious experts in Esnia, and to make matters worse, the Lord is not here..."

Sighing, Rutu rushed towards the Eastern Governor's Mansion. The variables were increasing, and he really needed to devise a new plan for contingencies.
