Dragon Soul Heroes - Chapter Twenty: Drinking in the Demon Palace

With the soldier's eye destroyed and the Emperor's supernatural power greatly diminished, the Demon Lord was suddenly enraged and unleashed a thunderous strike with his palm blade.
The blade's aura was sharp and fierce; before it even reached him, a bloody gash was pressed into Ling Xiao's chest, and blood splattered everywhere.
Ling Xiao exerted all his strength, releasing his Thunder Flame True Qi to create an external avatar to ward off death.
But the Demonic Heavenly Gang Blade was incredibly sharp. Even after the avatar was beheaded, the blade's power remained undiminished as it continued to sweep towards Ling Xiao's neck.

The Demon Lord shifted his blade stance, unleashing a perfectly round blade aura to block the two beauties' attack, but this brief delay allowed Long Hui to catch up again.

The Demon Lord cursed angrily and turned to face the challenge.
Long Hui raised his Reverse Scale, and black lightning energy overflowed from the blade's edge—it was the Xuan Lei Pi Li Gang Jin (Mysterious Thunderbolt Force).

Long Hui said, "The house is half demolished, with only a tiny bit left. There's no reason to give up halfway!"
Chu Wanbing glanced around and saw that the four demons, Mingxue and the others, were already exhausted. She sighed softly, "Elders, you have worked hard. Leave the rest to us. You may all step down and rest!"
Xianhuo and his men collected the remains of Chishi and the others, let out a few mournful cries, and then retreated to the sidelines.
Long Hui, along with the two beauties, transformed into light and shadow and left the shattered Burning Void Heaven, heading towards the last Heavenly Palace.
The Imperial Heaven was solemn and imposing. A vast, unique space was filled with numerous mausoleums and underground palaces, densely packed and imposingly magnificent. These were the mausoleums of Emperor Heng, with a stone statue of a tomb guardian beast standing on either side of the tomb entrance.
The moment the three entered, a series of explosions rang out, and the stone statues of the tomb guardian beasts shattered one after another, releasing strange streams of energy. These streams then formed the shapes of the tomb guardian beasts, which roared and pounced on the three.

楚婉冰不明所以，却见龙辉不着痕迹地朝白翎羽那边使了个眼色，小凤凰用眼角余光瞥了一眼，见白翎羽面色凝着复杂神色，心想自己若使出这黑色凤火虽说能解围，但难免殃及陵墓。
楚婉冰会意过来，不着痕迹地收回凤火，说道：「翎羽，这些异兽前仆后继的，我实在没办法，还是得靠你了！」
龙辉也说道：「小羽儿，此地乃大恒皇陵，我们实在不熟悉，还得你来带路！」
家族变故本就让白翎羽忧愁，如今魔尊又用自家祖坟来作掩护，她碍于战事大局才压住情绪，但从内心来说还是希望能保住祖宗陵墓，如今见爱婿和好姐妹这般体谅，心头聚暖，好生感激。
「上回我护送母妃遗骸入皇陵安葬，也熟悉了皇陵的布局！」
白翎羽以神念将实情娓娓道来，山脉延绵千里的东皇峰雄奇清雅，聚气藏风，乃十足的风水宝地，藏龙宝穴，故而被选为大恒皇室的安眠之地。
其陵寝分为帝、王、后、妃四种规格的墓葬群，其中以帝陵规模最为宏大，每一个帝陵都安置在东皇峰的主龙脉之上，在主龙脉四周又遍布着各条从龙地脉，用来安置后、妃、王。
就因为有东皇峰这一独特的风水宝地，所以大恒墓葬都集中在一处，使得帝气聚集得更加密集。
到了后来，东皇峰被煞气坏了风水，导致龙脉枯萎，紧接着便是遭受心魔控制的元鼎和净尘联手重修皇陵，重新改换风水格局以呼应天地合龙之局。
如今大恒皇陵便成了现在的帝恒天，魔界最后的阵地。
恢复神智的净尘和元鼎将东皇峰的详情道出，白翎羽再结合东皇峰昔日的情形，便从中找出了一些端倪。
「这边！」
白翎羽领着两人侧身钻入一条墓道，那墓道已青砖大石建成，甚是宽大，四周布满彩画，楚婉冰仔细观望，上边描述的内容尽是墓主生前事迹，说道：「平定八藩，立青田法，改善民生……这是恒惠宗的陵寝！」
通过墓道，本以为会来到惠宗地宫，谁知却又到了另一异端空间，龙辉扫了一眼，道：「这帝恒天内空间错综复杂，一条通道的尽头未必就是原来的模样！」
他顿了顿，说道：「咱们刚才走过的路想必也已经消失！」
楚婉冰回头一看，果然先前走过的墓道已经成一片凌乱星空。
楚婉冰蹙眉问道：「这么复杂的地形，怎么走得出去？」
白翎羽道：「皇陵的布局按照九九重环式建造，一重扣一重，首尾相连，起初我刚进去的时候也险些迷了路。大恒皇室的墓局由传统风水术蜕变而自成一格，虽遵循一般的风水格局，但却又有不同，如今魔尊又在此地糅合了佛道魔三家秘术，使得更加复杂难辨。」
龙辉问道：「那该如何寻得道路？」
白翎羽低语呢喃，仿佛在叨念着口诀一般，道：「左七右八，东三南六……」
只看她踏出矫健轻盈的玉步，来回穿梭在空间乱流之中，很快便又重新回归墓穴地宫。
这次眼前竟是一大片的宽阔校场，校场上布满了俑像，包含了人俑、马俑、战车、兵刃等，显然是殉葬的兵马俑。
楚婉冰环顾四周，问道：「这又是那一代皇帝的陵寝？」
白翎羽花容凝重，咬唇道：「是我父皇的……」
龙辉和楚婉冰闻言脸色一变，朝着地宫深处微微作揖以作歉意和敬重。
三人欲绕开校场，却见那些兵马俑忽地眼放绿光，冒出若隐若现的黑气，紧接着便开始动了起来，却是活了过来。
一众兵马俑或策马冲锋，或驾车驰骋，或持戈奔跑，浩浩荡荡扑杀过来，势要剿杀入侵者。
龙辉欲施展虚空结界避开，却被白翎羽制止道：「不要用虚空秘法！」
龙辉不解。
白翎羽道：「此地已经被魔尊布下奇术，只要展开境界类的招数就会再次扰乱此地空间，我可没有无痕那么好的算法，到时候若是乱了空间，还不知道要从哪里再找路呢。」
龙辉试探着问道：「那是正面对敌了？」
白翎羽咬了咬牙点头：「直接杀出一条血路！」
说罢提枪上前，挥出刚猛绝式，一杆大枪大开大阖，横挑竖劈，前刺后荡，将众兵马俑打得支离破碎。
龙辉暗叹一声，携手楚婉冰在她身边策应，很快打破校场上的兵马俑，杀出一条血路来。
过了校场，便是地宫主墓，望着宫门前耸立的皇甫武吉铜像，白翎羽眼圈一红，泪水溢眶，呆呆地望着那具铜像，心中百感交集。
倏然，整个地宫开始剧烈颤动，三人察觉主墓室内溢出沛然罡气，气息凝成皇甫武吉生前形象，依旧的英伟神武，但眼神无光呆滞，好似扯线木偶般被抽走。
「不好！」
龙辉惊讶大叫一声，「老魔头要抽取帝陵各大先皇骨骸最后的帝气，完成最终的佛道魔帝四元一脉！」
帝气外泄，地宫崩塌瓦解，皇甫武吉的铜像砰地一声碎成疯魔，白翎羽悲呼一声，猛地跪下，对着残破的铜像磕头道：「父皇，女儿不孝，让您尸骨遭奸人所辱！！女儿在此发誓，无论如何都要将魔界荡平，替您报仇雪恨！」
龙辉扶起她道：「小羽儿，我定会手刃魔尊，雪此大仇！」
楚婉冰感受着四周澎湃的气流，忧心地道：「先是紫微帝星、再到龙脉地气，如今便是最后的人皇帝气，魔尊欲将天地人三皇帝气归于一体，如此加上他先前的佛道魔身、心魔、魔魂，以及被诛杀的五行魔兽、阴阳魔兽，他的力量已经到达了一个不可思议的境界。」
龙辉道：「这也是他最后的疯狂了，这般极端的做法纵使赢了，下场也是极为凄惨，轻则功脉尽毁，终身残废，重则神魂俱丧，永不超生！」
楚婉冰道：「这么看来，就算咱们现在转身离去，魔尊也活不了多久了！」
她所言可谓是最有效、最稳妥的方法，就是摆明了让你魔尊自己发狂，咱们不奉陪，叫你自生自灭。
龙辉道：「端木老魔也算是一代枭雄霸主，我敬他帝皇之身，便亲身去送他最后一程！」
白翎羽咬紧下唇道：「我随你走一程！」
小凤凰嫣然笑道：「我也陪你去。」
六目相对，柔情中包含默契和信任，三人通过墓道，继续在错综复杂的空间中前进，一路上又经过了宣宗、太宗、明帝、文皇等大恒帝尊的陵寝，无一例外，全部都是墓室崩坍，石像倾碎，遗骸不存，看得白翎羽心头滴血，强忍着悲痛前进。
前方又出现一座悬浮半空的陵墓，原本整座墓室是修建在山中，此刻因为空间错乱的缘故，被硬生生掘了出来，远远看去就像是悬浮在半空的一座小山丘，其墓葬规模不如帝陵，但保存完好，并未出现崩塌的现象。
墓门乃两扇厚实的青铜大门，左右铜门上各刻着一个身着铠甲的士兵，一左一右，手持直刃军刀，身披明光战铠。
龙辉和白翎羽面色一阵凝重，施展柔劲缓缓推开青铜大门，门后立着一块晶莹如玉的墓碑，碑文清晰可见：武君太子铮，文武双全，弱冠之年征讨蛮族。
煞鬼乱界，强占酆都，太子铮亲领大军，征讨阴冥，镇压厉鬼，然天妒英才，含冤而亡，立此碑文，以敬皇脉英魂，痛哉悲哉。
龙辉长叹道：「是齐王的安息之地！」
白翎羽眼圈微微一红，绕过墓碑看去，只见墓道中刻着一幅幅色泽鲜明、栩栩如生的壁画。
第一幅便是一个少年将军身着类似明光铠一般的盔甲，脚下跨着一匹矫健的战马，手提长枪，统领大军，可谓是威风凛凛，意气风发，而壁画的另一侧则是一群狼狈逃窜的残兵，正是齐王征讨铁烈蛮族的事迹。
第二幅画中：齐王正领着大军围着一座城池，壁画中的景色颇为诡异，大军所在之处天清气朗，而那座城池上空却是乌云密布，在齐王左右各有两名与他年纪相仿的将军，左侧将军生得眉清目秀，鼻俏唇红，颇具女相，身披白袍银甲，脚跨雪白战马，手持丈八银枪；右侧那人则是一袭轻装战袍，不带头盔，头发随意挽了个发髻，相貌俊朗，剑眉入鬓，目若灿星，但面部线条极为硬朗，俊美之余更透着一股雄性的阳刚之气，显然便是龙辉和白翎羽，而这幅画描绘的便是围攻丰郡时情形。
在第三幅壁画中，大军已经进入一个灰暗阴森的地方，战况及其激烈，敌人各种各样，有身躯腐烂的怪人，有悬浮半空的鬼魅，有奇形怪状的巨兽，有长着三头六臂的魔鬼，有长着九个脑袋的巨鸟。
双方就在一座山峰下展开恶战，太子铮的军队要攻下山峰，而这些鬼怪奇兽则要守住山峰，山峰之上站着一个手握令旗，身穿王袍的人，看他的样子就是这群鬼怪的统帅。
太子铮这一边除了军队之外，还有不少能人异士，左右两个将军身先士卒，一者提刀杀敌，一者挥枪冲杀。
此外还有道士、和尚、儒生、剑客等装束的人，在天空之中有一头五彩凤凰同那九头鸟激战；而在地上则有一口长剑正在斩杀一条大蛇。
这幅画以写实和虚幻的手法将七阴岭上的恶战描绘出来，儒生、和尚、道士、剑客分别指的是三教教主和楚无缺，五彩凤凰和长剑便是洛清妍和于秀婷，此外还有一个拿着长棍的猴子，一个舞动战戟的三眼男人，分别指的是袁齐天和杨烨。
接下来一副壁画里战场却到了水中，无数恶龙从水里冒出，大军跟水里恶龙激战不休，个儒生化作一颗紫色太阳将所有恶龙全部烧毁，正是孔岫最终一战，施展儒门镇教绝式纯阳霹雳掌诛杀鬼虬。
看着这一幅幅的壁画，龙辉和白翎羽仿佛又回到了昔日那同甘共苦的时光，心中百感交集，不胜唏嘘。
白翎羽低声道：「父皇的陵墓已经保不住了，无论如何我都要护住皇兄的棺椁。」
说罢，运起麒麟神力，将真气化入墓中，将整座墓宫包裹住，更形成一具身披银甲、头戴面具，手持长枪的物外化身，永久守护兄长陵墓。
龙辉感慨莫名，亦使出天龙神通，挥掌运劲，结印蓄劲，将天龙罡劲糅合宇宙星辰释出，这股玄力化作一堵石墙封住了墓道，只看那堵石墙刻着一条龙游寰宇的图腾，气势磅礴无比。
龙辉想了想，伸出手指凌空虚划，在石墙上刻下篆字，以警后人：神龙天印，护友安宁，宵小速退，违逆者死！落款为玄天真龙。
做完这一切后，龙辉大手一挥，运起虚空结界，将墓宫投入其中，使其免遭战火。
也就因为他施展境界异术，使得帝恒天空间再度错乱，前方道路一片凌乱，无法觅得通路。
龙辉问道：「小羽儿，这下子怎么办？」
白翎羽咬牙道：「我皇甫一脉的祖坟都被魔尊糟蹋至如斯，也不必顾忌什么了……直接动手吧！」
「好！」
龙辉大喝一声，抬掌一运，霹雳罡劲沛然而生，强行崩碎异构境界，连同四周陵墓一并摧毁。
霹雳罡劲不断蔓延，撕开空间，露出隐藏其中的宏伟宫阙，龙辉当初进入魔界时便见过此宫殿，正是魔界至高权威所在魔皇宫。
魔宫一改常态的平静无声，看不见一个守卫，空荡荡的，好似一片死域，但更像是皇者末路的悲凉。
龙辉对双姝说道：「我一人进去即可，你们在外等我！」
白翎羽花容微凝，抿了抿嘴说道：「那你去吧，小心点！」
楚婉冰含笑地朝他点头，柔声道：「早去早回！」
一副贤妻良母的模样。
踏上石阶，一步一步走入魔宫，四周仿佛就连风都凝结了一般，气息越发肃静。
踏入宫阙正殿，却见魔尊摆着一桌美酒，独自坐在桌前自斟自饮。
龙辉也不客气，走到桌前做了下来，拿起一只杯子也喝了起来。
魔尊淡淡说道：「准备终局了！」
龙辉点点头道：「是啊，要结束了，我是一肚子话想说。」
魔尊微微一笑，举杯道：「我也如此。」
龙辉耸耸肩道：「你先？」
言语间毫无战杀之气，反倒像是老朋友见面饮酒畅谈般轻松。
魔尊叹道：「枉我机关算尽，最终仍是一败涂地，但本尊无悔！」
龙辉道：「撇去立场，我却是敬佩你！」
魔尊微微一怔，说道：「是么？想不到你还会敬佩我一个穷途末路之辈。」
龙辉摇摇头道：「说真的，你我间的争斗看似短暂，但却是惊心动魄，每次交锋结束后再回想都不免惊出一身冷汗。你从数十年前就开始布局，谋划深远，先是冷眼旁观昊天教崛起，任由沧释天再明处兴风作浪，而你却在暗处韬光养晦，借力使力，使得沧释天的谋划反而成了你的布局，连番手段，搅得三教精疲力尽，昊天教败亡、煞域覆灭，又一步步地暗中掌握朝廷大权！」
魔尊微微一笑，闭目回味似地道：「不瞒你说，若是妖族当初的掌权者是鹭明鸾而非妖后，就连妖族也要落入我的局中！」
龙辉细想起来，若当初掌权者是鹭明鸾，以她当时的心态定，入世后必定会掀起一番激烈争端，以谋天下大势，反观洛清妍虽杀伐决断，智勇双全，但却有进有退，始终记得族群羸弱的现实，奉行守弱之态，故而除了铁壁关一战之外，妖族在入世后极为低调，几乎不浮在台面上，反而使得魔尊的无从下手谋划。
龙辉点点头道：「你说得有理，若妖族也如同昊天教、煞域那般，未必不会成为你的牺牲品。」
魔尊叹道：「可惜那只凤凰却是精明得很，入世之后便严令族人低调行事，就算是几次大风波，妖族都将参与其中的人数控制在最小。就拿那次酆都大战来说，本尊还以为那只凤凰会祭出炼神浮屠来对付煞域，谁知她仅仅派了几个人出战，当时真是气煞本尊了！」
龙辉笑道：「其实当初炼神浮屠还没有完成！」
魔尊哈哈一笑，恍然道：「原来如此。不过让我更憋气的却是你！」
龙辉道：「貌似从一开始我只是在针对昊天教，并未对魔界有明显的敌意啊！」

魔尊又仰头饮酒道：「没错，原本计划是先让你收拾了昊天教，再引你跟煞域死磕。」
龙辉道：「然后这两次大战，三教也会被牵扯进来，这样一来，就剩下你一家独大了，然后你再借着皇甫铭把持大权，一步步地蚕食天下！」
魔尊道：「正是如此，谁知你跟沧释天开战过程中，全天下修者功力莫名大增，重返太荒时期的神魔乱舞年代，千军万马已经不在是决定胜负的关键，绝顶高手方是最强存在，这样一来，你这边反而成为最强的一方。」
龙辉道：「这便是人算不如天算，你的布局再好，也难免会出现纰漏，你在谋划的同时，妖凰却查清了封神法印所在。」
魔尊长叹一声，摇头苦笑道：「一个封神法印搅得我满盘皆输。」
龙辉道：「其实你的心魔大法也差点要了我的命！」
魔尊笑道：「其实在太荒时期，三教便有应对心魔大法的功决，只不过年代久远失传罢了。若非如此，我恐怕连露面的机会都没有，便直接出局了！」
龙辉道：「有得必有失，有利必有弊。不过说真的，就算我这边高手众多，你若再多一年时间备战，胜负还真不好说呢！」
魔尊道：「可惜，我那些重要的矿脉、铁山都被你兵不血刃地夺了过去，逼得我要跟地藏抢回魔界！」
龙辉道：「其实这些不是我干的，其实是内子崔氏的手笔！」
魔尊奇道：「何出此言？」
龙辉道：「对于行军打仗我在行，而内修民政则马马虎虎，但商海浮沉、财富搬运我确实一窍不通。」
魔尊哈哈笑道：「想不到你居然这般谦虚！」
Long Hui said, "Whether in past or present lives, whether in martial arts or intellectual contests, you are the strongest opponent I have ever encountered. To belittle you is tantamount to belittling myself, so of course I must acknowledge your superior abilities!"

The Demon Lord chuckled and asked, "Settle all grudges? I turned your princess's ancestral graves upside down. You might be willing to settle things, but she might not!"
Long Hui laughed and said, "Demon Lord Duanmu, you are nearing your end. Although my wife is a woman, she will not hold a grudge against a dead man."
The Demon Lord chuckled, "Haha, well said, but you'll have to have the ability first!"
Long Hui drew his Reverse Scale Dragon Blade and said calmly, "We'll find out soon enough!"
The Demon Lord swung his hand back, and the Emperor-level Demon Blade appeared in his grasp. He raised his head and said, "Hidden for many years, you've finally put your skills to the test! How exhilarating! Unleash your peak cultivation and let me witness the true power of the Dragon Martial Heavenly Book!"

The two sides confronted each other, each seeking an opening, feeling that the other had no trace to be found, thus both merging into the Dao and transcending it.

The next chapter will be a summary of the book's plot. The rest will consist of a few chapters of explicit scenes and some supplementary information for the side stories. After finishing the next chapter, I will focus on writing "The Legend of Fierce Warriors" and supplementing the explicit scenes in the final chapters and side stories of "Dragon Soul". I will also revise the original text and make minor adjustments and additions to some plot points.
I've been incredibly busy lately, practically working myself to the bone... Please forgive my outburst.
