After listening to Tao Long's story, the three women were deeply moved.

经过较长时间的寻找，他最终选定了桃源。
这里原有几间破败不堪的草房，一块荒芜的菜地，很明显已经多年没人居住了。
东边的山脚下还有两个山洞，偏南的山洞蜿蜒向南通向山外。
偏北的山洞则酷似一个房间，他认爲这是理想的工作间。
下了决心定居于此的他先修葺茅屋、整理菜地，接着给隧道两头安装了简易的铁门，然後开始给两个山洞做石门。

此後，他每日天还没亮就起来弄饭，将食物带进工作间後就拴好石门，黄昏时才出来。
三年的时光很快就过去了，他也终于大功告成：经过八道工序，精心研制的药丸新鲜出炉。
他用镊子小心翼翼地将二十粒药丸夹进小瓶子里，包好後放进了抽屉。
关好抽屉，他沉思良久，随後毅然在本子上写下了药丸的用途和用法。
因爲此时的他对自己的身体很是清楚，今生是不可能再有男子汉的雄风了。
既然自己无法享用这些珍贵的药丸，那就留给有缘人吧。
本子上记载的事情到此爲止，时间是１８６３年春末。
听完後，三女又感慨了一番，随後四人一起走进书房。
陶龙打开瓶塞，倒出药丸，只见粒粒饱满，大小如豌豆，数了数，正好二十粒。
虽然问世一百余年，却依然散发着沁人心脾的清香。
由衷佩服陶龙的陶雨说道：「龙儿，你刚来才一天，就有这麽多的发现，真了不起。」
听闻此话，陶龙有点不好意思，嘿嘿笑了两声。
生怕上当的刘娟说道：「龙儿，那个叶世乾会不会耍什麽花招。比如把真的药丸吃了，然後用假药充数？」
想了想後，陶龙答道：「妈，应该没有这种可能。叶世乾做好药丸後说自己身体出了问题，我推测他也不清楚桃源的特殊性，以致出现了与张猛等人同样的症状，否则他不会刚制好药丸就密封起来，并留下遗言给有缘人。再说，没过多久，他就被王德贵父子杀了，没有找到女孩，他不可能吃药。」
三女听了陶龙的解释很快就释然了。
刘娟又想到一个问题：「龙儿，如果我肚子里是女孩，到时候用她的初经可以吃几粒药？」
陶龙答道：「叶世乾写得很清楚，一个女孩子的初血只能用一次。也就是说，要想把这些药丸全部吃下去，需要二十个女孩。」
陶云也很惊讶：「我还以爲一个女孩的经血可以用好几次，那样的话，我们三个每人只要生两个女孩就够了。如果要二十个女孩，我们怎麽生得过来呢？」

衆人想想後，都觉得陶雨的话很在理。
短时间内吃完这些药不一定有太大的好处，细水长流才是上上策。
仅是一时糊涂的陶云立马恢复到正常水平：「我觉得龙儿确实是有福之人，一到桃源就遇上了那麽多的贵人，虽然他们早就不在人世了。」
陶龙问道：「奶奶妈，你是说叶世乾吗？他们？是不是包括赵艳茹母女？」
陶云点了点头：「不仅是叶世乾和赵艳茹母女，还有王德贵和张猛，他俩从某种意义上说，也是我们大家的贵人。」
见三人不置可否，陶云解释道：「叶世乾就不用多说了，他留下的药丸肯定会让龙儿今生有享不完的艳福。赵艳茹母女留下了文字，让龙儿不会重蹈覆辙，他们三人都是我们应该感谢的。王德贵虽属恶人，但他留下了大量的不动産与财物，让我和龙儿的奶奶衣食无忧地度过了近三十年。再过几十年，就算这里增加几十口人，依然没有问题。」
想了想後，觉得陶云的话很有道理，这让陶龙改变了对王德贵的看法：「王德贵一进桃源就杀人，我对他本无好感。但从留下财産这个角度来看，我们确实应该感谢他。同时，我还要感谢他在东山脚下修建了一排小房子，否则，就算他没发现，以後的张猛也会发现石洞的秘密，那我岂不吃亏了？至于张猛，我认爲他是个十恶不赦的坏人，除了杀人就是欺负女性，好像没做过什麽好事，奶奶妈怎麽说他也是我们的贵人呢？」
别看陶云快六十岁了，可她会辩证地思考问题，对张猛的所作所爲能一分爲二地分析：「龙儿，任何人知道张猛的事情都会说他是个不折不扣的大恶人，但从客观上讲，他还是有功劳的。首先，他抢来的钱财实际上便宜了我们。再者，爲了避难他炸了半边山，把隧道变成了山洞。正是由于桃源的与世隔绝，我和你奶奶才不受干扰地在这里生活了二十八年，今後我们陶家的乱伦关系也一定不会被外人知晓，这不能不说应该归功于张猛。」
三个听衆对陶云分析问题的能力极爲佩服，略加思索後，陶龙说道：「奶奶妈的话很在理。我觉得张猛客观上还有一个功劳，那就是把女人关在这里，让她们老死于此。如果不是这样，赵艳茹就没有机会留下文字，我们对桃源的特殊性就一无所知，那後果将是非常可怕的。」
四人感叹一番後，最终得出一致看法：这一切都是天意，是老天在护佑他们陶家！此时已是中午一点多，陶龙让三女去休息後，又开始了上午没有完成的工作。
对寻找石门机关颇有心得的陶龙这次并没有花费太多的时间，很快就开啓了第二扇石门，踏入了进出桃源的唯一通道。
作爲一百一十多年来置身于这个山洞的第三人（若算上当年被陶云抱在怀中的陶武，则是第四人），陶龙的心情久久不能平静。
如果不是有这个山洞，陶云母女根本进不了桃源，那样的话，不仅他的乱伦史不够完美，他的性福生活也会大打折扣。
沿着曲折的山洞走到洞口，只见洞门大开。
仔细检查後，他发现是石栓断裂所致。
爲防止有人从外面找到开关打开石门，他没有找合适的石条替代，而是回家寻来铁棍和铁丝，将石门固定。
他很清楚，今後从外面是无论如何打不开这道石门的。
不再担心会有人闯入桃源的陶龙又接着巡视起他的领地来。
走了一圈後，他由衷地感叹：自然环境得天独厚，生活条件应有尽有，这比陶渊明笔下的桃花源不知道要好多少倍，说它是人间仙境绝不爲过。
这天晚上，由于没有了後顾之忧，四人的心情格外舒畅。
经过两轮大战，神勇的陶龙让陶云陶雨得到了极大的满足，最後如烂泥般摊在床上，刘娟也来了两次小高潮。
接下来的一个多星期，这一男三女白天做家务、准备年货，晚上则颠鸾倒凤极尽淫欲之能事，一直持续到２月１６日。
