[Secret Instructional Guide] Learn Natural Contraception Without Condoms

Natural Contraception Without Condoms:
Men crave natural sex and prefer not to use condoms. Women, like men, also find healthy, natural sex to be one of the sweetest things in a loving relationship. However, because the responsibility of pregnancy and childbirth falls on women, they desire more secure and safe sex.
Current science has provided a complete theory for this: natural contraception.
However, natural contraception requires the woman's active participation, and its accuracy is subject to many subjective and objective factors, potentially leading to failure. Therefore, it is generally not recommended by medical experts.
However, if your relationship with your partner is special, and you are 100% certain that she is in her safe period, you can try having healthy, natural sex together. What is natural contraception?
Natural contraception is an internationally recommended method that does not interfere with a person's reproductive physiology and is completely harmless to the human body. It requires neither oral contraceptives nor devices; instead, women of childbearing age determine their ovulation day by observing cervical mucus and the condition of their vulva, and then use the time difference to prevent sperm and egg from meeting, thus achieving contraception. Natural contraception is simple, reliable, and avoids the drawbacks of oral contraceptives, devices, or surgery, making it a popular choice.
This method relies on the cyclical changes in a woman's cervical mucus secretion. Based on the woman's own feelings and observations of the secretions, each menstrual cycle is divided into a dry phase, a wet phase, and a dry phase. The wet phase (with more and thinner vaginal discharge) is the fertile period, especially the day when the discharge is clear, transparent, elastic, and stretchy (like egg white), which is likely the day of ovulation and the most fertile time. Therefore, sexual intercourse should be strictly avoided for three days before and after this day to achieve contraception. This method is also known as the rhythm method, but it differs from the traditional ovulation-based method.
This method should be used with caution. Generally, after three months of training and observation, one can grasp the rhythm of cervical mucus secretion. When used appropriately, with close cooperation from both partners, this method is equally reliable for contraception, with an effectiveness rate of up to 98%.
When a woman experiences vaginal itching and burning, she should be alert to the possibility of fungal vaginitis or other infections. In such cases, treatment is necessary before intercourse, as vaginitis can affect the assessment of cervical mucus characteristics, easily leading to contraceptive failure.
Please note: If you cannot be 100% certain that the woman is in her safe period, for the woman's health, please use a reliable contraceptive method.
