These foods are considered essential for male "firmness" because they contain two effective substances that stimulate blood circulation: soluble fiber and
antioxidants. The former helps promote the flow of excess cholesterol, preventing it from adhering to blood vessel walls; the latter continuously attacks "bad molecules" such as free radicals.

To enhance female sexual sensation, women should consume the following daily: two small cups of coffee, a glass of skim milk, and two tablespoons of dark chocolate syrup. These foods make
sensitive nerve endings more easily dilated and responsive to stimulation, accelerating blood flow. A new study of 163 Italian women found that women who regularly eat dark
chocolate have a higher libido and greater satisfaction with their sex lives.

American sexologists and nutritionists have also suggested different dietary recommendations based on the timing of meals. For example, a sandwich with cured pork, eggs, and cheese is suitable for breakfast,
providing abundant zinc and niacin. Zinc is essential for women to maintain their sex appeal and for men to produce sufficient sperm. Niacin helps induce orgasm. Additionally,
men can sprinkle cinnamon on their breakfast. This aroma can energize them, boost their mood, and make them more aware of sexual signals.

In the morning, men can supplement their diet with a celery and peanut butter salad with raisins. Celery is rich in androstenedone; peanuts are
an excellent , which promotes blood flow throughout the body; and raisins are rich in lignans, an important source of antioxidants. Women can drink about 120 grams of unsweetened
cranberry juice for morning tea. This is a natural antibiotic that can significantly reduce the risk of urinary tract infections.

For lunch, you can eat whole-wheat bread, steak, salmon, and low-fat cheese to increase dopamine levels and enhance libido and sexual sensation. For dinner, it's best to eat more lean meat,
eggs, sardines, and dark green leafy vegetables. These are rich in iron, which helps maintain a positive mood.
