89% of female orgasms originate from clitoral stimulation.

A couple had a lovely daughter three years after their marriage. However, the wife said she had never experienced orgasm and gradually became indifferent to sex. One day, the husband, engrossed in scientific research, casually flipped through a magazine and, as if struck by a dream, said to his wife, "So you women also have a clitoris as sensitive as a man's penis." The wife also understood. That night, during sex, he consciously touched his wife's clitoris, and she experienced her first orgasm.
Such true stories are probably not isolated incidents. According to extensive surveys by sexologists, most wives and about half of husbands don't know where the clitoris is, let alone its function and role. As a result, during sex, neither party understands why the woman doesn't experience orgasm.
The clitoris is located at the tip of the anterior commissure of the labia and consists of a pair of clitoral corpora cavernosa. The entire clitoris consists of three parts: the clitoral crura, the clitoral body, and the clitoral glans. A well-developed clitoris is about 2 cm long and 0.5 cm in diameter, visible from the outside. The clitoris is the most nerve-rich and sensitive sexual organ in women. It is normally covered by the clitoral hood and only becomes visible when sexually aroused. When fully erect, it has a firmness similar to the tip of the nose.
Sexologists have found that 89% of female orgasms are caused by clitoral stimulation. For men, reaching orgasm without penile stimulation is unimaginable; similarly, 5-15 minutes of clitoral stimulation is essential for women to achieve orgasm or enjoy a fulfilling sexual experience.
A common misconception is that many couples believe the wife's orgasm is due to the husband's large penis or deeper penetration as orgasm approaches, often leading to disappointment. In fact, the wife's orgasm primarily relies on the husband's penis dilating the vaginal opening during penetration, creating mechanical traction on the labia minora and clitoral hood. This, combined with rhythmic movement of the clitoral body and active penile thrusting, indirectly stimulates the clitoris. Additionally, unintentional friction of pubic hair against the clitoris, and deeper penetration, unintentionally increasing the contact area and pressure on the clitoris.
Even if the husband doesn't penetrate deeply or not at all, the wife can still achieve orgasm through appropriate stimulation of the clitoris. This means that the deepest part of the vagina lacks erogenous zones; a woman's primary erogenous zone is the clitoris, and penetration merely provides the husband with an opportunity to reach orgasm.
The husband's stimulation of the wife's clitoris should be done with "art." Generally, kissing and breast stimulation should begin before clitoral stimulation. The technique should be varied during clitoral stimulation; using the same technique repeatedly will reduce stimulation. Occasionally, gently patting the perineum and groin can enhance sexual stimulation. The husband should remember that the clitoral glans is as sensitive as the glans of his penis; avoid rough handling, as this can cause pain and discomfort. To prevent harsh friction, wait until vaginal lubrication is felt before proceeding.
Many women lack libido primarily because they have never experienced the pleasurable sensations of orgasm, thus lacking the internal motivation to seek it. While there are many reasons for a woman's lack of orgasm, in a normal marital relationship, it is related to the husband's insufficient or inadequate stimulation of the wife's clitoris during foreplay (including stimulation from kissing and breast touching), and the fact that intercourse is mostly conducted in the missionary position. This traditional position has a drawback: it doesn't easily provide direct stimulation of the wife's clitoris. Some women always keep their legs closed during intercourse, or due to limited physical ability, they cannot open them, making it even more difficult for the clitoris to receive adequate stimulation, resulting in few or no orgasms.
