Sex education ~ alternative sex

The methods of sexual intercourse,
with a scientific summary and organization of the traditional "nine shallow and one deep" methods, can be divided into seven categories: forward and backward movement, up and down movement, compression movement, mixed movement, vaginal contraction, and clitoral stimulation. Combining these male, female, and coordinated movements can create more subtle sexual experiences.
Forward
and backward movement is the most common method used by men during intercourse. Because it resembles the movement of a piston in a cylinder, it can stimulate the anterior vaginal wall and cervix. However, this movement itself is quite simple; to deepen the emotional atmosphere, it needs to have speed and depth. Techniques such as angle and depth are important. In the normal position, this back-and-forth movement is almost horizontal, at which point the uterus is pushed towards the head. Movements such as swaying the woman's entire body can help increase arousal. Women can also respond to the man's peristalsis with back-and-forth movements, but generally not as freely and flexibly as men.
Up-and-down movements
are typical techniques in positions such as woman-on-top, front-sitting, or flexed, and are actually variations of back-and-forth movements. It is well known that women cannot perform this up-and-down movement as flexibly as men because the male erect penis is perpendicular to the body axis, while the female vagina is roughly parallel to the body axis. Therefore, when women perform up-and-down movements, it is important to avoid excessive force and to move slowly.
Rotational movements
are a technique where, after the penis is inserted into the vagina, the woman uses her waist to draw circles. These techniques are best suited for the female-on-bottom position. During rotational movements, the two partners are pressed tightly together, which helps stimulate the vaginal opening at the base of the penis.
Compression movements
involve close contact of the genitals after penile insertion. This close contact and compression provides intense stimulation to the clitoris and uterus of the vagina, allowing the man to experience the pleasure of vaginal contractions. Compression movements can also be used as a short break during intercourse or to prevent male ejaculation.
Mixed
movements are a variety of techniques, but female cooperation is crucial for achieving a rich and varied sex life.
Vaginal contraction exercises
involve contracting the muscles of the vulva to enhance sexual pleasure. With training, the vagina can be tightened significantly; the simplest method is... The method involves practicing anal sphincter contractions. The vaginal sphincter and anal sphincter are innervated by the same nerve. Therefore, contracting the anal sphincter will inevitably cause the vaginal sphincter to contract as well. Strengthening and contracting these muscles is not merely for male pleasure; by increasing the sensitivity to stimulation through vaginal contraction, it helps enhance a woman's own sexuality.
The most important technique is clitoral stimulation.
While six sexual techniques have already been introduced, the clitoral stimulation technique discussed in this section is crucial for women. Regardless of the sexual position, if the clitoris is not directly or indirectly stimulated, it is difficult for a woman to reach orgasm; this is something men must understand. Therefore, depending on the position, it is essential for men to caress the clitoris with their fingers or other means while engaging in sexual intercourse.
