Men, please stay away from these five types of detrimental foods.

Sexual function largely depends on the transmission of signals through the cardiovascular and nervous systems. Healthy foods keep these systems functioning smoothly, while junk food clogs them. Therefore, food choices should be balanced.
1. Red meat (beef, bacon, sausages, luncheon meat) makes you unable to resist.

2. High-fat milk.
Milk and dairy products are considered excellent sources of protein, but there are differences between them.
If it's a full-fat product, it's best to avoid it.
In fact, high-fat milk and dairy products are just as harmful as fatty meat, and the worst thing is to confuse the two, as the destructive effects may be immediate.

3. Fried foods.
Recent studies have shown that soybeans contain estrogen-like substances, and excessive intake can increase estrogen levels in the body, thus affecting male sexual characteristics.

4. Refined Flour:
White bread and sugar may taste good, but from a nutritional perspective, it's a different story.
During the refining process from whole wheat to white bread, three-quarters of the zinc is lost, and zinc is crucial for libido and reproductive health.
Saturated fats and cholesterol can clog blood vessels, including those supplying blood to the sexual organs. Insufficient blood flow can lead to erections, especially since these are small blood vessels that are easily blocked.
The prostate gland has the highest zinc reserves in the body, and a high-zinc diet helps prevent benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).

5. Soybeans
: Soybeans are rich in protein and have cholesterol-lowering properties, which are beneficial to health.
However, moderation is key; it's important to consume them in excess. As long as you don't consume large amounts every day, it won't be excessive.
