Long Aotian and his group arrived.
"Ahem, this must be Brother Long. I've heard so much about you." Bai Dao flashed his signature smile,
trying to defuse the awkwardness.
"You little punk, get lost!" Long Aotian snorted coldly.
Bai Dao's expression changed slightly, but he suppressed it. He wasn't foolish enough to fight Long Aotian. He was no match for him
; the Long family could crush the Bai family with a flick of their little finger. Peace was paramount.
"Haha, then the three of us won't disturb Brother Long's enjoyment any longer. Please, please." Bai Dao cupped his hands,
winked at Su and Li, and was about to lead them away.
All three knew that Long Aotian was definitely interested in Su and Li and was planning to harass them. Su and Li
weren't idiots either; a wise man doesn't fight a bad man, and a good woman doesn't argue with a wicked man. They followed Bai Dao and tried to leave.
"Wait!" Long Aotian put his hand on Li Xuanxuan's shoulder as she turned around, trying to pull her down. However, he
used too much force, and Li Xuanxuan was pulled backward, her head about to hit the ground.
A figure suddenly rushed out, and in a flash, a short, stocky young man had already grabbed Li Xuanxuan
's waist and helped her up.
"Who are you?" Long Aotian roared, wondering if everyone had suddenly become so audacious
as to oppose him.
"Your humble servant is Gong Renshuo." Gong Renshuo casually pushed up his glasses, a gesture that melted Li Xuanxuan's
heart.
"What do you want? Are you tired of living and want to take my punch?"
"Private fights are forbidden in the academy. I saw Long attack Li just now, so I wanted to help you and prevent her from
getting hurt, thus avoiding any cause for gossip." Gong Renshuo spoke confidently, as if he were actually on Long Aotian's side
, while also warning Long Aotian not to try to harm him. In truth, given the Long family's power, even if Li Xuanxuan were injured,

The concept of brainwave chess was borrowed from the chess game in Fang Xiang's "Cultivation World," and the
character Gong Renshuo is somewhat similar to "Gongsun Niang" in the novel (haha, even the first character of their names sounds the same).
If anyone is interested in cultivation-themed fantasy novels, I highly recommend checking out "Cultivation World."
The passion of the story. I also recommend a currently serialized cultivation novel, "The Great Dao of Cultivation Tribulation," which was my gateway
novel to cultivation. There's an erotic version on SIS called "Against the Heavens, Soul-Stealing" (actually, "Against the Heavens, Soul-Stealing" was my true gateway novel to cultivation
...). Although the erotic version is discontinued, the erotic version is still excellent.
Some readers suggested I briefly introduce the story background and characters, which I'll include below. The character
section will only mention those who have appeared so far, as I might easily come up with new characters if I start writing.

In 2859 AD, groundbreaking progress was made in brainwave control research. Wearing brainwave antennas (brain devices),
ordinary people could unleash up to 10% of their brain's potential. Around the level of the so-called "Ten Realms of Brainwaves," and the so-called "Original Force Realm,"
brainwave research rapidly developed. Because traditional weapons were completely countered by brainwave warriors who utilized brainwaves and brain-device combat
, a new strategic era arrived. As early successful brainwave research groups overthrew their own nations and began
expanding outwards, the world fell into turmoil for over a century. Finally, in 3000 AD,
the leaders of the world's five major federations (Europe, Asia, Africa, America, and Australia) signed a peace agreement, establishing the International Brainwave Special Operations Team, responsible for
judging and suppressing the federations. Amidst the turmoil, everyone knew that this agreement was merely a facade of peace.
The major powers within each federation hoped to take advantage of the peace to quickly annex smaller nations within their own federations…
II. Power Structure
After the Hundred Years' War, the world was divided into five major federations (Europe, Asia, Africa, America, and Australia), each containing numerous large and small nations
. Although the federation leaders signed peace agreements and established international brainwave commandos, successfully curbing the turmoil between federations
, the nations within each federation still schemed against each other, hoping to unify the federation and dominate the world.
The following is an overview of each federation:
1. The Falo Federation of Europe – Europe has only one federation, the Falo Federation
. 2. North and Central Asia – The Hua Empire, the largest nation within the Asian federation, whose emperor is the current
leader.
3. Southeast Asia – The Xing Empire, a medium-sized empire occupying Southeast Asia, rich in resources and culture,
holding a very important position within the Asian federation.
4. West Asia – The Sha Empire, a mysterious western empire, whose harsh environment fostered a martial spirit.
Northeast Asia – The Radiant Empire, a land of glory, attempted to unify Asia during a century-long war, but its
ambition was thwarted by internal divisions.
3. Africa – A mysterious territory with very little information available (actually, the author hasn't thought of it yet...).
4. North America – North America has only one federation, the Libyan Federation. The North American Federation and the South American countries are collectively
known as the Federation of the Americas. The Libyan Federation is the world's most powerful federation, containing two major powers: the Republic of America and
the Republic of Jonaga. The head of the Republic of America is the leader of the Federation of the Americas.
South America – The Pau Empire, the largest country in South America and the leader of the South American countries.
5. The Commonwealth of Australia – A somewhat mysterious territory with very little information available (self-deprecating comment: Author, you're being mischievous again
...).
III. Glossary
1. Ten Realms of Brainwaves – The ten realms of brainwave cultivation. It is said that the strongest humans have only reached the seventh realm
, the Realm of Godhood. The last three realms have no corresponding names because there is no written record of them.
The first seven realms of the Ten Realms of Brainwaves are, in order:
a. a. **Force Realm:** Emits brainwave energy to control the movement of objects. Ordinary humans
can reach this level by wearing a brainwave antenna (a type of brain-device).
b. **Materialization Realm:** Trained warriors can control the frequency of their emitted brainwaves to condense tangible objects
. Different frequencies create different objects. Common weapons include brainwave knives, guns, shields, and machine guns.
Incidentally, the minimum admission standard for Star Moon Academy is the initial stage of the Materialization Realm.
c. **Shape Control Realm:** Brainwave warriors, through training, enhance the amplitude (energy) of their emitted brainwaves, allowing them to
transmit over a wider range, thereby condensing weapons that can leave the body. Common applications include using brainwave machine
guns to fire brainwave projectiles. While Materialization Realm warriors can create machine guns,
they cannot use such long-range weapons because they cannot keep brainwave projectiles too far away.
d. **Concentration Realm:** Those who reach this level can control the consciousness of living beings.
e. **Refining Emptiness Realm:** Those who reach this realm can control the elements of heaven and earth using brainwaves, commonly earth, water
, and fire.
f. **Enlightened Mind Realm:** Those who reach this realm can reflect on their true nature and unlock their potential.
Masters of the Enlightened Mind Realm are typically among the top combatants of their respective countries.
g. **Divine Endowment Realm:** Legend has it that this is the highest realm currently held by humankind. It is said that those who reach this realm can create
sentient beings using brainwaves.
2. **Brain Devices:** Technological products that utilize brainwaves. Because using brain devices requires
specialized brainwave frequency control, they typically require specialized training. Currently known
brain devices include:
a. **Brainwave Antenna:** The first invented brain device, allowing ordinary people to utilize about 10% of their brain's potential , reaching the Force Realm. Trained brainwave warriors can exert 　　power beyond
the Force Realm without wearing a brainwave antenna . 　　b. Brainwave Resonator – This device combines the power of multiple brainwaves synchronized at the same frequency to amplify brainwaves 　　. However, it is generally quite large and only exists in heavily fortified military locations for defense against air-to-ground attacks. 　　c. Telescopic Vision – A brain-device capable of observing objects thousands of miles away. The user injects their brainwaves into the telescopic vision device and stores them. 　　The images observed by the telescopic vision device are transmitted via radio waves. It is a common military surveillance brain device. 　　3. Brain-Destroying Device – A new theory of brain-devices proposed by Dr. Bartholomew ten years ago. Unlike ordinary brain-devices that are simply 　　carriers of brainwaves, the brain-destroying device itself contains brainwaves, called primordial brainwaves. Theoretically, primordial brainwaves have 　　various frequencies, just like the brainwaves emitted by humans, making it extremely difficult for the user to achieve frequency harmony with them. 　　It is claimed that there are two methods to control the brain-destroying device: one is forcibly controlling the primordial brainwaves within the device using the user's own brainwaves 　　; the other is achieving frequency synchronization with the primordial brainwaves of the device. Some say the second method...

Rather than using a brain artifact, it's more accurate to say one is identified with the primordial brainwaves within it. Currently, in the world of knowledge,
only the Star Empire has successfully developed the first brain artifact—the Miniature Brainwave Resonator (Brain Slave). Its abilities are speculated
to have the same effect as the Brainwave Resonator, but its size should be much smaller, making it more suitable for battlefield use.
IV. Characters
1. Star Moon Academy
Star Moon Academy—the Star Empire's premier brainwave academy, cultivating countless brainwave talents for the Star Empire.
It adopts an elite education system with small class sizes, with 30 students per class. Most students at Star Moon Academy are
sons and daughters of powerful families within the Star Empire, but there are also a few children from ordinary families.
Zhang Ziyan—18, Upper Stage of the Condensation Realm, the top student in the graduating class of Star Moon Brainwave Academy, with a beautiful appearance and a clear mind
