Liu Yan gently stroked Liu'er's delicate leg skin. Liu'er twisted and turned over at his touch, lying on her side on the sofa, making a few meaningless mutterings from her rosy lips.
Underneath Liu'er's pink dress was a one-piece tulle skirt. The hem of the skirt had already flowed up to her slender waist with the little girl's movements, while the thin fabric above the skirt billowed and was pulled up to her shoulders. Fearing that her vigorous movements might wake her little niece, Liu Yan kept her touch gentle and controlled, while also observing the girl's expression to see if she was waking up.
