Shen Baixue and Tingting were tidying up some messy and useless things at home because they were getting married tomorrow, to the brothers Xiaogang and Xiaolei, and they were going to sell the apartment they lived in! So they had to clean up the house today!
Shen Baixue was still a little reluctant to sell the house she had lived in for so long, after all, it was a house that she and Tingting's father had bought together with great effort!
Seeing the sad and reluctant expression on her mother's face, Tingting comforted her, saying, "Mom, didn't you long for the scenery of the countryside? You thought it through yesterday, so why are you reluctant to leave today?"
“Tingting, it’s not that Mom is reluctant to part with it. It’s just that I remember the time when we bought this house. Your dad and I worked so hard to save up the money to buy it. We’ve lived here for so many years, and now we have to sell it all at once. I just feel a little sad!” Shen Baixue said to Tingting with a pessimistic expression on her face.
"Mom, do you miss Dad..." Tingting asked softly, her expression suddenly turning serious as she thought of her deceased father...
"A little...sigh, let's not talk about these unhappy things anymore, it's all in the past. Let's hurry up and get ready, we need to make lunch!" Shen Baixue sighed when she saw that Tingting was also a little unhappy.
"Then you go cook, I'll clean up the rest!" Tingting said to her.
"Okay, then you can continue tidying up. There's not much left. I'll go cook lunch first!" Shen Baixue said as she walked out of the room and went to the kitchen to make lunch.
At noon, the mother and daughter had lunch and sat in the living room to rest and chat!
"Mom, do you think they'll have a lot of guests tomorrow?" Tingting asked.
"Didn't they say there were eight tables?" Shen Baixue said!
"That's a lot!" Tingting exclaimed, remembering that there were eighty people at eighty tables!
"Yes, I've been telling them to keep the wedding simple, but there are still so many tables!" Shen Baixue thought about how she and Tingting were mother and daughter marrying two brothers at the same time, so the simpler the wedding, the better, to avoid attracting too much attention. She and Xiao Lei were also so many years apart, and she was starting to worry about facing so many of his relatives and friends tomorrow.
"Mom, are you a little scared about the wedding tomorrow?" Tingting asked her mother when she saw the worried look on her face.
"Yes, after all, my mother is already so old. If she marries a young man who is only nineteen, how will he feel when he sees me?" Shen Baixue said with a worried look on her fair and dignified face.
"Mom, don't worry! You look so young and beautiful. If you dress up again tomorrow, I guarantee their relatives and friends won't be able to tell the difference, hehe..." Tingting said, giggling sweetly!
Upon hearing this, Shen Baixue blushed on her dignified and skillful face, glanced at Tingting, and said, "No matter how you dress up, your actual age is still there!"
"Mom, don't worry!" Tingting said, then suddenly remembered and asked, "Mom, didn't you say you were going to the hospital with Xiao Lei today to remove the IUD?"
"I'm getting married tomorrow. Xiao Lei is very busy at home today, so I asked him to come over tonight to accompany me to the hospital. I've already contacted a hospital and said I'll go tonight!" Shen Baixue felt that at 46 years old, it would be shameful to have to remove her IUD and have another child. Hospitals are also crowded during the day, so she contacted a small hospital and arranged to go tonight to have the IUD removed!

Shen Baixue was an extremely intelligent person, so how could she not see through Tingting's thoughts? She smiled and said to Tingting, "Tingting, are you jealous because you think that Mom will belong to Xiao Lei in the future?"
"Yes!" Tingting nodded in agreement.
“Silly child, you’re overthinking it. Mom will still care about you and take care of you. Xiao Lei will be my husband from now on. A woman’s fate is to follow her husband wherever he goes. There are some things we have to do with him. Men also have to be proud. You have to treat Xiao Gang well in the future and don’t bully him all the time…” Shen Baixue looked at Tingting and explained to her.

"Mom, I didn't bully him at all. Besides... besides, he likes me to bully him, hehe..." Tingting smiled happily as she thought of how obedient Xiaogang was to her!
"Xiao Gang is really something, always giving in to you. Xiao Lei is his brother, how come their personalities are so different?" Shen Baixue recalled how Xiao Lei could be so willful at times, completely different from how obedient Xiao Gang was!
"Mom, does Xiao Lei often bully you? Tell me, and I'll help you get revenge!" Tingting asked after hearing her words.
"What are you saying? How dare he bully me? I don't need you to stand up for me. I have plenty of ways to deal with him, hehe..." Shen Baixue couldn't help but laugh when she recalled the time in this very living room when she put on a stern face and scared Xiao Lei half to death!

"Xiaogang is already so well-behaved, do you really need to discipline him? Honestly!" Shen Baixue rolled her eyes at Tingting and said!
"Mom, you don't know, men can change their minds. Before they win a woman's heart, they always try their best to please her. But once they've won her over, their hearts change too!" Tingting said to Shen Baixue worriedly.
"Don't worry, Xiao Gang isn't the kind of person you're talking about. Don't overthink it! But Xiao Lei is a different story..." Shen Baixue thought of Xiao Lei's womanizing ways and was genuinely a little worried about him!
"Hmm, Xiao Lei can be quite glib sometimes, Mom. You really need to watch out for him from now on, hehe..." Tingting giggled as she spoke to Shen Baixue, remembering how good Xiao Lei was at talking.
With a blush spreading across her dignified and composed face, Shen Baixue glanced at Tingting with her beautiful eyes and said, "Don't worry about that. Generally speaking, he still listens to me quite well!"

“咯咯，妈，我与小刚也商量好了，结婚后就想生个小宝宝呢，所以才问你也想马上要小宝宝吗？”婷婷娇笑着对她说！
“这与我有关系吗？”沈白雪不解你说！
“当然有关系了，你如果和小雷马上想要孩子，那我与小刚暂时就不要了，要不我们两个人同意生孩子，我怕我们的婆婆会忙不过来的啊，咯咯……你不是啊？”婷婷说着就咯咯笑了起来！
“你啊你，还想的这么周到啊！”沈白雪红着脸说！
“妈，还是你与小雷先要个小孩吧，我与小刚可以再过几年生！”婷婷说！
“为什么呢？”沈白雪问！
“我听同事说，女人一旦有了小孩身形会变还不先说，以后就没安静日子过了！我与小刚都还年轻，再过几年安静的日子再说吧！”婷婷说出了她的想法！
“嗯，你的想法不是没有道理的，可是妈与你就不一样了，妈都四十六岁了，再不能等了！”沈白雪想起自己都这年纪了，要是再不生，停断经了，那就想怀也怀不上了，可不可给小雷断了后，所以就不能再等了！
“嗯，妈，那就你们先生个宝宝吧，也好让我们的婆婆早点抱孙子，咯咯……”婷婷笑着对她说！
想起自己都四十六岁了，还要与一个十九岁的小伙子生小孩，沈白雪心里还是有些羞涩的，就红着脸对婷婷说：“我们的婆婆见我先给她生孙子，到时间对我好，而对你冷淡可不要怪我哦，呵呵……
“妈，我无所谓的，只要婆婆对你好，我也会很开心的呢，谁叫你是我的妈呢？咯咯……”婷婷高兴的说着就娇笑了起来！
“嘻嘻……还是我的女儿好，知道心疼妈妈了！”沈白雪听了高兴的笑嘻嘻说！
“妈…”婷婷突然又轻柔的叫一声！
“嗯？
“我们明天结婚了，这房子也卖掉了，那要是我哥哪一天回来了，找不到我们怎么办啊？”婷婷突然想起了她犯事出逃的哥哥林强！
沈白雪一听，娴熟白皙的脸上一下子露出了愁容，两年多没有儿子林强的音信了，这个不争气的儿子害了他自己还不说，还连累自己被少军威胁了这么长时间！心里就开始恨起这个不争气的儿子来！但是他毕竟是自己的亲生儿子，再怎么样坏，自己也要关心他照顾他！
“妈！你还在生哥哥的气吗？”见沈白雪脸上的表情，婷婷就轻轻的问！
“你提起他我心里就有气，他太不争气了！”沈白雪生气的说！
“妈，事情都过去了，你就原谅他吧！”婷婷心里还是向着她哥哥林强的，不管他怎么坏，还是自己的亲哥哥呢，说实在的，他从小到大对自己还是很关心照顾的，不让自己被别人欺负！
“唉……都两年多了，一点音信都没有，也不知他现在怎么样了？”沈白雪虽然一提起他很生气，但是心里还是很挂念他的！
“是啊，他明明知道我们的手机号码的，怎么一直也没给我们打一个电话呢？”不想起他还好，一想起他，婷婷就着急了起来！^
“他如果回来，找不到我们，应该会给我们打电话的！”沈白雪对她的儿子真是又恨又挂念！
“但愿如此吧！”婷婷边说着心里边在为她的哥哥林强祈祷着，但愿他哪天能平平安安的回到家来！
沈白雪可能也是想起她的儿子了，竟双手托着脸，发呆了起来！
“妈，你说哥哥犯事都两年多了，现在要是回家了，还会不会有事呢？”婷婷又突然的问！
“谁知道呢？”其实沈白雪也不知道！
“妈，要不我们找人打听打听，公安部门是不是把这个案件消了没有？”婷婷说！
“我们又没有认识公安里面的人，找谁打听呢？”沈白雪很无奈的说！
“我们不认识，也不代表别人不认识啊，妈，你可以去问问你的同事们啊，看看他们有没有认识公安里面的人？
“儿子犯了这样的事，做妈的已经在同事们面前都抬不起头了，你还叫我去问他们，叫我怎么好意思开这个口呢？”沈白雪想起当时儿子林强犯事的时候，同事们都冷淡对她，意思说她都是个人民教师，一心教育孩子们，反而自己的儿子都教育不好，那有资格再教育别人的孩子呢？
“妈，他毕竟是你的亲生儿子，是我的亲哥哥呢，你还是打听一下好不好嘛？”婷婷这时可想哥哥心切了，就搂住沈白雪的手臂摇着说！
“哦，我想起来了！”沈白雪突然想起来说！
“想起什么了？是不是有认识公安里面的人了？”婷婷一听，忙高兴的问她！
“小雷，我好像听小雷说过，他说救了人民医院的院长，后来还把他送到一个男人的家，那个男人好像是刑侦队长呢！”沈白雪想起来说！
“那太好了，你快给小雷打电话啊！”婷婷高兴的叫她马上打电话！
“你急什么呢？晚上他不是要来吗？到时候问问他就是了！”沈白雪双目瞟了婷婷一眼说！
“嗯，那晚上他来了你可记住要问问他哦！”婷婷嘱咐着说！
“就你关心你哥哥啊？”沈白雪白了婷婷一眼说！
婷婷听了高兴的说：“妈，你原谅哥哥了？
“傻孩子，其实妈早就原谅你哥哥了，他毕竟是我身上掉下来肉啊，我怎么会不原谅他呢？”沈白雪拍了拍婷婷的手说！
“妈，你真伟大，哥哥害得你受了那么多的耻辱，你现在还能原谅他，他如果知道了你原谅他了，没准早就回家了！”婷婷知道她哥哥就怕妈妈不原谅他，所以一直不敢回家来！
“他要是改过自新，我怎么可能不原谅他呢？要是他还是和以前一样，那我真的不会再原谅他的！”沈白雪说！
“妈，你放心，哥哥这次出逃，一定会受很多的苦，他也一定会很后悔当初做了不敢做的事，我相信他一定会改过自新，好好做人的！”婷婷很有信心的说！
“嗯，但愿他能改过自新！”沈白雪也在自己安慰着自己说！
“妈，我真担心哥哥还会不会回来呢？他现在不知道在干嘛？在外面过的到底怎么样？一定受了很多的苦吧！”婷婷想着哥哥林强一个人在外面，没有亲戚朋友，又无依无靠，她的心一酸，眼睛都红了！
“婷婷，你哥一定不会有事的，你也别伤心了，如果他在外面真的很受苦，他早就回家了！”沈白雪反倒是安慰婷婷说！
“妈，哥的脾气你还不知道吗？他怕你不原谅他，宁愿在外面受苦，也不会回家的！”婷婷伤心的说！
“婷婷，你是不是怪妈狠心呢？”沈白雪问！
“妈，没有呢，你受了这么多的耻辱和委屈，还不是哥哥引起的吗？我怎么会怪你呢？”婷婷忙摇着手慌忙的对她说！
“婷婷，妈当时确实很恨你哥的，他太不争气了！想永远不再原谅他了，可是后来想想，他犯下的错误其实妈也是有责任的！是我没有教育好他，才会使他犯下了这么大的错误！”沈白雪想起自己也有不可推荐的责任，就很自责的说！
“妈，这怎么能怪你呢？是哥哥他自己不争气，他犯下的错误就要他自己承担的，你已经为了他付出了这么多，忍辱了这么久！”婷婷激动的说：“但是哥哥出逃在外，也是受苦了两年，也受到了应有的惩罚了！
“如果他知道自己在外面这样受苦，回家后一定要好好做人，那妈妈一定会很高兴的！”沈白雪说。
“妈，如果哥哥回来，我相信他一定会回心转意的，会好好做人的！”婷婷很坚信的说！
正这时，客厅内响起了门铃的声音……
沈白雪与婷婷对望了一眼，心里都在想着现在会有谁来呢？
唯一的可能就是小雷提前来了，沈白雪想着就对婷婷说：“婷婷，你去开门吧！可能是小雷来了！
“哎！”婷婷应了一声就急忙从沙发上站了起来，快步往门口走去，心里却在想着，他来的正好，就可以问问他认识那个刑侦队长不？
来到门边，伸手开了门，只见门外站着一个年轻人，婷婷的脸上当下就露出了惊喜的表情，好像不敢相信自己一样的对这个年轻说：“你是哥哥……
