The next day, before dawn, Yang Erzheng and his aunt Zheng Duochun met at the pre-arranged place.

"You mean, big poisonous snakes are most afraid of tobacco pipe oil?" Yang Erzheng seemed to understand.
"Yes, the buildings at Xiangyun Temple are old, and venomous snakes often infest the eaves. I asked Geng Erbiao to get me
two bottles of tobacco oil. I smeared some on the tip of a stick and applied it to areas where snakes might appear, and they all

“Why are you here again?” Yang Erzheng greeted the large yellow dog, who was slowly running towards them, with great surprise…
