[The Rise of the Mother-in-Law] (Chapter 6)

Mother-in-law, Part Six:
I went to take a shower, and when I came out, my mother-in-law had already brought out the food.
But I noticed that her legs were swaying a little when she walked, and I knew what was wrong, so
I chuckled.
She, however, had a frown on her face. She sat down and said, "What's so funny? It's all your fault, you naughty boy. It
hurts quite a bit." "Does it hurt inside?" I stopped chuckling and asked with concern.

was too old, and his health wasn't so good. I've been doing it for three to five years now." She sighed, "It'll be even
less likely in the future. Look at his illness; even if he recovers, his health is unlikely to improve."
I put some food on her plate. "Oh, Dad's getting old, of course. He's 60 this year, right?"
"Every year you get older, unlike you young people, when you go crazy—who can handle it?" Her face was flushed

"It's just that I feel sorry for Mom." I flattered her.
"Oh, don't talk about that. I don't know either. I wanted to for the first few years, but I've wanted it even more these past two years. I don't know why

not without morals, and I know this is something society criticizes, but I just couldn't control myself." I
felt obligated to take responsibility for this, to lessen her guilt. "Every time
I come home with Hanyue and see you, I feel so warm and loved. You're both so good to me. Sometimes I really have
the urge to lean on you."
She stared at me with wide eyes. "You've thought about this before—?"
"Yes, I've thought about it when Hanyue is around, but I have to restrain myself." This wasn't a lie; to some extent,
it was true. "I don't even dare to go too often, especially after Hanyue left. I can't go back to Hongyang as
frequently anymore. I never expected something like this to happen today. If you hadn't come to the meeting and stayed here, maybe
I would never have said anything, maybe nothing would have happened in my life."
She sighed deeply. "Is this just—fate?"
"But I think this is good fate." I took her hand and looked at her, saying, "I don't regret it at all.
I feel very happy and blessed. I think today might be one of the happiest times in my life
. I think I can bring happiness to others."
She also held my hand and said, "I don't know if you're a good kid or a bad kid."
I smiled. "But I know you're a good wife."
She glared at me and said, "I'm your wife's mother!"
"Okay, but for the next few days, you'll be my wife, okay?"
She paused for a moment, looking at my eager expression, and said... "Eat quickly, I still have to wash the dishes after you finish."
While watching TV that evening, we talked about Zhang Guangtao. I told her I'd found someone to help, and she was silent for a long time. "
A couple of days ago, I thought Zhang Guangtao wasn't so bad, but how much better is what happened to us today?"
I said. "Why are you overthinking things again?"

I suddenly stood up and kissed her on the lips. She was startled by my sudden attack, but quickly recovered and
tried to push me away. Of course, I didn't let her succeed. My tongue successfully found hers. She tried to dodge, but she
couldn't. I hooked her tongue in my mouth, and we remained entwined like that.
The moment we separated, her face turned bright red. "You bad boy, I was suffocating!"

She rolled her eyes at me and started teasing. She stood up and said, "My lower body hurts a little. I don't want to watch TV anymore.
I want to go to sleep."
I grabbed her and stared at her with longing eyes. "Can you sleep with me tonight?"
She immediately refused. "No, I'm not used to it."
"You said you'd be my wife for the next few days." My tone was humble, but aggressive.
She ignored me and walked straight to the bedroom. At the door, she turned back to me, who was already somewhat disheartened, and said, "Okay,
I'll try it, but promise me, absolutely no more tonight. I'm afraid I can't handle it." I was overjoyed and
quickly said, "Okay, whatever you say."When I woke up this morning, I saw my mother-in-law curled up beside me, like a plump white kitten. I'm 　　a person of my word, and last night, although I really wanted to, I ultimately restrained myself. But after my persistent nagging, 　　she took off her top, and I just held her like that as we fell asleep, my hand resting on her breasts, just like that 　　, without kneading or teasing, but I felt incredibly happy. I asked, "What are you doing?
" "I'm going to make you breakfast," she mumbled. Sitting up, she realized she was naked from the waist
up. She quickly pulled her shirt off from the bedside table and put it on, muttering, "You're so annoying."
I couldn't miss the alluring sight of her soft, white breasts hanging in front of her chest, so I went over, put my arm around her shoulder, and said, "I
really don't want to go to work."
Her eyes still held a hint of shyness and evasion. "What do you want to do if you don't go to work?" she asked, clearly knowing the answer.
However, I noticed her eyes were bloodshot.
I deliberately placed my hand on her breast; even through her clothes, I could still feel its softness
and warmth. "Like being at home with you," she said, twisting her body, clearly embarrassed.
"Go away, you're up to no good,"
I said. "Mom, didn't you sleep well last night? Your eyes are so red."
She tried to stand up and said, "How could I sleep well? You said you were thinking all night."
I was afraid she'd overthink things; older people are always so cautious. But I still asked, "What
were you thinking about?"
She sighed. "What? I thought about everything and nothing at the same time. My mind was a mess, I just couldn't sleep."
"Then you should sleep in this morning," I said softly.
"I'll make you breakfast first." She didn't remove my hand.
"No need, I'll go out and get something to eat. You should rest." I checked my watch and stood up.
Seeing that I was determined to leave, she didn't try to stop me. As she led me to the bedroom door, I heard her ask hesitantly, "Are you
coming home for dinner tonight?"
I smiled, remembering our agreement from last night, and turned back to ask, "Do you want me to come back for dinner?"
Her face was already flushed. "Whatever.
