Chapter Two: Taking Office

At 9:00 AM on Monday, a young man with black-rimmed glasses and a refined appearance walked into the lobby of the China World Trade Center in Beijing. He stood in front of the floor indicator, which clearly stated that only IIC was located on the entire sixteenth floor.
