The Byeokju Executioner Series – Liu Qi (Part 1)

Liu Qi wasn't an executioner, but he was one of the founders of the Byeokju Special Criminal Technology Research Institute and its most senior member.

The Byeokju Special Criminal Technology Research Institute was the official name of the Byeokju City Judicial Police Detachment's Special Enforcement Division.
