In their haste, they forced the green dragon to retreat and charged forward, one against the other, punching and shoving. The old man, hearing the commotion outside the door, opened it again to try and mediate. He stood frozen, leaning against the doorframe, unmoving. Suddenly, he heard from inside... A soft cough escaped his lips. Turning around, he saw it was the same woman in green who had been playing around. She stretched out her jade-like wrist, pulled at the back of her robe, and Zhen Sheng slipped inside. Just as he was about to step through the inner door, the old man, unable to dissuade him, slapped his backside and slammed the door shut, leaving Zhen Sheng terrified. He hurriedly squatted down beside the plum blossom stone, paused for a moment, then stood up, intending to go back out. But the door was bolted shut and locked with an iron lock.
