8 Chapter 1 The Kingdoms of Ten Thousand Beasts

In July of the 194th year of the Great Swamp, in the capital of the Alliance of Ten Thousand

Ten thousand years ago, in the ancient war, the ancestors of the beastmen and the ancestors of humans

fought a great battle for a rich land in the southeast of the Great Eastern Continent. The human king Fuxi emerged victorious, driving the beastmen forever to

the harsh northwest of the Great Eastern Continent. At that time, the highly intelligent beastmen consisted of

nine species: brown bears, polar bears, black bears, tigers, leopards, mammoths, rhinoceroses, giant bats, and lynxes.

The progenitor of the beastmen, the Great Demon King Gonggong, inspired by the superior human form of pointing their heads towards the sky, created the highly intelligent

After humanity's great victory, they thrived in the most fertile southeastern part of the Great Eastern Continent. Over the years, their numbers increased dramatically,

and they developed sufficient self-defense capabilities. The more than three hundred spirit dragons originally responsible for protecting humanity found themselves

with nothing to do and began promiscuously mating on the planet.

The number of chromosomes in a dragon's genes can vary arbitrarily depending on the species,

allowing them to produce offspring with any creature. These offspring possess, to varying degrees, the dragon's supernatural powers.

A thousand years had passed since the extraterrestrial intelligent beings who created humanity discovered the planet. The planet was infested with

hybrids left behind by the dragons, severely threatening human survival. In a fit of rage, they imprisoned all the dragons on the planet

, refusing to release a single one.
